amazing people mech location is amazing such sweet people!! Very knowledgeable as well. Miss a lot of the old people from Carlisle but still a good place!!:) I hope this helps either way great service.

Very friendly, open environment. Everyone is very knowledgeable from the pharmacists to the budtenders. Willing to take the time needed to make sure you fully understand what you're looking for and what you're getting. All ages work here & all age patients too. Something for everyone. They make it an easy, pleasurable experience.

Rarely fully stocked your left to choose from strain that left over that earlier customer did not want, staff not fully knowledge of the variety of strains. Overpriced prices for low thc quality 13% thc strains cost just as much as 28 or 34% strain would cost. Unable to view to the cannabis before you purchase. Audacity to have a tip jar . Worst dispensary I've been to hands down, it's jus ok to not have to deal with black market. Until other dispensary open up this is what we're left to deal with

The nicest people. Better selection than OrgRem especially flower. The biggest difference between here and the "other" York dispensary is efficiency. Even before Covid, but especially now. I spend 45-60 minutes in a line in the old Kmart parking lot, whereas I am in and out in 5-10 Max at Rise.Thank you for curing, not Giving me a headache, Rise!

Absolutely love this place!! Love the employees and the atmosphere. You can actually go inside but make sure you bring a mask! They have a limited supply unlike other places but it's usually enough to find something you need. The service is fast even if there's a line outside

Had a recent order miscommunication that had me pretty steamed at corporate (still am for the way they handle things in ways that are more complicated than they need to be), but the manager and the good people working behind the counters at Rise York got things completely straightened out and we're really awesome about the situation once they were able to do something. Zero stars for corporate Five stars for the people working at Rise York!

I’ve visited several dispensaries now and not only do they have an exceptional menu this place is very clean during this crazy time you should feel very safe going there they don’t allow too many people in or out at once but they’re fast they get you in out and you’re done the employees are great to deal with answer any questions and also give Great advice to what medicine can help you individually make their menu a daily loop on your phone because you will so enjoy going through it just to see what new stuff they got give them a try you can’t go wrong 10 out of 10 with me?

Only just started here a few weeks ago but the place is nice, the staff have been knowledgeable, and the online ordering for pickup is a huge time saver.

Had a pretty bad experience with Briana (red head type new girl) today. I came in, immediately ready to add extras to my store order. She wants to tell me “well you can’t just get that stuff, you have to like... get regular priced items too” and I’m not new here.what she didn’t realize is THAT menu dictates how much regular priced items I can afford today. So, for her to start on that foot- ride rather than sharing knowledge- Her tone was NOTHING like what I have experienced here before.

My account was hacked but overall I would say that Rise is a great place has great selection the prices are a little high but it’s like that almost everywhere in PA. My only complaint with then is that I went to a different dispensary they told me that rise said I refused consultation which I didn’t they asked me if I had consultation before and I said yes over the phone but now on my record it says I refused
