The customer service and all our business has been amazing since the recent buy out a Sweet Relief. From the first moment you walk in it is so much more attractive and appealing for the customers eyes. You guys are doing a great job and I can’t wait to see what Ive already seen as a strong team, get even stronger. You’ve left quite an impression on Yakima I haven’t heard one bad thing and don’t expect to. I just want to thank Keven and Arty the most for making my regular visits easygoing and productive. You make it easy to find what customers are looking for and have the knowledge to inform of of any questions we may have. We appreciate you Edit it is Tuesday, February 16. And they are on it as a regular I feel recognized and appreciated. I called in ahead of time and the worker named Kevin answered the phone. Cause I told him who I was and what I was looking for and by the time I walked into the store Kevin Saw me and was already grabbing the product off the wall. Thank you for remembering us.

Pretty easy system set up for choosing what you want, good product but customer service is a little too unpersonal.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! This was our first experience with this store & the bud tender was genuine, informative, and helped apply a whopping 20% Veterans Discount! Best service experience hands down!

Stopped by while in town to visit family at the hospital, obviously needed to relax so I hit up the closest dispensary which happened to be local roots. Kinda funky location, but not too difficult to find. Small shop but quite the selection, and they had a great discount going on for customer appreciation which was a great surprise. Bud tenders were friendly and seemed to care I got something I would enjoy. Even when I said to just pick random ones that fit the budget I had, he made sure the ones he picked was of flavor/strain I enjoy which was appreciated. Prices seemed fair, although I haven't been to other shops in Yakima. I paid what I would usually pay in Spokane, for what I got. Btw, if you see this, budtender who helped me, all the joints were great. Thank u
