Line moves pretty quickly. Always some type of sale or incentive. Med patients have the ability to skip the line. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices and tax for rec use are a tad expensive so be prepared but all and all not a bad place.
This was my first experience at a dispensary and I’ll tell you what if they are all like this I will be back. The staff was very readily polite, friendly and, very informed. They did everything in their power to answer all my questions to make sure I was 100% comfortable with the process. I was told that I get a discount as a first time visitor and my first few visits. The location was super clean and again I can’t get over how friendly the staff was. All incredibly happy/friendly/polite people all around was a great experience! I will make my way to worth from now on!
Close to home, good selection!
Showed up without my I.d without knowing. Had my gf of (27) with me. I’m physically standing there asking if they can use my loyalty points just her I.d for the purchase. They said no. Over $5. Waisted a 30 min trip I also spend about 100 a week there. So great business move guys. You traded $5 loyalty for about 5k a year with my average spending. Lost a customer. Head to midway dispensary
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking situation has improved greatly with the ability to park in the old Enterprise lot. Flower becoming more readily available, and a rewards points program that makes it worthwhile to be a returning customer. Edit: what a difference the name on the marquee makes. Ever since Curaleaf has taken over, this dispensary has been horrible. Smoked mirrors so you don’t know when you’re supposed to enter, no security to do their job outside like they used to, leaves nothing but confusion. Then you get attitude from the door people for their own messed up system. Don’t go when it’s raining. It flash flooded and they let the woman checking id’s at the door with the task of directing traffic, including dispensary workers trying to lay sandbags at the very last minute. No point in ordering online as you’ll still have to wait in line behind a walk in, while they take the 10-15-20 minutes to go over the menu. The only discernible point of authority was a woman in the backroom needlessly double checking everyone’s order when the bud tender leaves to retrieve it. Change management again because I won’t be back. I can get the same 10 strains at Ascend right down street, ran 1,000x better.
During this time of uncertainty, Curaleaf will remain open and serve our community. Pre-order is highly encouraged, as it can cut down on your exposure time in the dispensary. As always, please check our website and social channels for the latest updates. Stay healthy!
