Amazing place with great prices and even better bud. Takes top spot for dispensaries in Worchester for sure. Special shoutout to Budtender Kevin Watts, helped us out alot on deciding what we wanted to buy and was super nice and funny. He definitely made our day.

First dispensary experience and it was great! Everyone here was was so helpful and they had a great selection of products. We were helped by Morgan, who was SO great and accommodating! Since it was our first time we didn't know what to get but she helped us so much and gave us plenty of suggestions. Overall, awesome place!!! Highly recommend.

Customer service is great. They answer all questions with a smile. Facility is very safe and parking is convenient. Love coming here. Will back in a few weeks. Prices are better than average. Love Diem

First things first, this is my first time here through a recommendation. The space is a very nice open concept and kept extremely clean. It almost gave me like a futuristic vibe for some reason. Secondly, this place has amazing customer service-- like Tyler deserves a huge raise! Tyler made the buying experience all that more enjoyable. He was able to answer all of our questions, and even had suggestions for us amateurs. We're very happy we ended up having him ring us out-- his personality alone definitely made our night! We will absolutely be back!!

Out of all the dispensaries we checked out in Massachusetts and this was one of my favorites. Great selection, easy to order online and do pickup, parking lot for parking, and super clean and bright reception area for pickup. Great diversity of product and price point too. The bag they put all your goodies in contains any smells from escaping.

Great dispensary! Such friendly and informative staff. They were very patient and polite with answering all of my friends questions. The space itself is clean and well-kept. This dispensary offers a great array of products that should satisfy almost every weed need. Most of their edibles are hybrids and theyre awesome. After trying some different ones with my friends i would say they feel more indica based than sativa. We all enjoyed them but would all have preferred more sativa based edibles so that we didnt get so drowsy from them. Although, i have never had an edible that didnt make me feel at least a tad drowsy. As for the strains and vapes, there was a lovely selection of sativa, indica and hybrid strains. Definitely one of the pricier dispensaries ive been to throughout the US but it seems that MA in general has pretty high tax rates/ fees for marijuana.

This is my go to dispensary in the area.  Parking is limited, so you are better going there on off peak hours.  I like their selection, their location and the staff is always friendly

First visit to any dispensary this past Wednesday mid afternoon. Security at the door, I believe Eric? was great. He showed me around briefly and made me feel comfortable right away. The young lady who helped me pick out what I was looking for was great too. The whole process was smooth and very professional. I’ll be back again!

This is by far one of the most Honest businesses, they actually care about the customer And their satisfaction. Staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They make each sale a personal experience, and always answer questions to the best of their ability or quickly find another staff member who can. When a mistake is made they Fix it !!! Abbie is definitely the Best !! She is so knowledgeable, professional, and really listens to the customer making sure to give Every customer a relaxing, friendly, helpful experience they will enjoy. I love the experience every time.

I had a great experience here. The staff is positive and knowledgeable. Tyler Hamilton assisted me (bud tender) and his attitude, conversational skills and product knowledge were truly noteworthy. He has the disposition of an old friend that is happy to see you. Well done and thank you for being good at what you do!

Been to tons of dispensary’s and honestly would never have took the time to survey my experience, however, today was different. There was a few people waiting and getting antsy and she didn’t panic at all. When it was ‘finally’ my turn, she brightened my day just by being her. *Jesse rules! I absolutely love ❤️ her unique personality and style! Friendly, fun, warm and not to mention overtly knowledgeable in the field and was super easy to talk to. She could easily answer questions regarding the entire spectrum of the marijuana environment at “Diem”. Great employee with drive and her dedication shows through the way she interacts with people. Definitely deserves an extra tip, and this was the first time I ever consulted with this particular employee, so that should show you, a lasting impression, causes repeated excellent customer service experiences! Hope to be able to shop with her again sometime soon ! Thanks again! Kelley

Every time I have come to this dispensary, I am never disappointed! I have come here since you have opened and I can say this is one of the best teams around. I have watched this dispensary and grow into what has become. Every single person here is awesome, I have never had a bad experience! Maddie is exceptional at her job! She is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, but most importantly you can tell she cares and loves what she does! Outstanding customer service as always, even though I was that guy that came in right before closing!
