They never seem to have the correct updated items for sale online. Every time I go they never have what they say they do online and its very disappointing to say the least.

Always a pleasure to go to valley pure. Soooo many mouth watering selection and what ever you want they got a variety of uplifting herbz

Great customer service even though the staff changes. The layout of their store is nice and their system keeps records of what you buy. Unfortunately they keep restocking with different brands. Maybe some like the variety.

Rude customer service rep. and security. Both employees was confrontational & wanted to fight. I am a regular customer & spent thousands of $ there & because of this rude customer representative and security I am never returning here. They just lost some business. I recommend you go somewhere else unless you want bad custom service. Spoke to the manager and same bad attitude. No wonder employees act like that. Don't give them your money.

Excellent service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I've literally never had to wait in line, even on the 4/20 holiday when all the other valley pure locations have at least a two hour line. It's about a 15min longer drive round trip but absolutely worth the time! They usually have more in stock than their other locations as well!! Well worth the drive all things considered!!
