Soooo...I visited this dispensary for the first time last week. Happy to use the discount and buy some of their quality products. The Hybrid concentrate is the best and I love that they carry PAX products (more selection please). I have no idea what the "stuckup" first reviewer meant, because there were 2 really Sexy guys dispensing my meds.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a dispensary open in Polk county, Winter Haven was a bonus! I will start by saying I have tried every "brand" of dispensary in central Florida. The great thing about Liberty is there is never a crowd or long wait (I've waited hours at some Trulieve & CuraLeaf locations). Parking is in a safe area and ample. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't tried their concentrate yet but the indica Vapes are very helpful. They offer several discounts, so don't hesitate to ask!
This place mostly false advertises so you can get inside. Then they hit you with the "our website says we are restocked, but we are sold out. Want to buy a $70 cartridge?". All false advertising to get you to waste your time and maybe settle. Any dispensary is better than this place.
I love the feeling I receive when I am welcomed by my first name. I could use a wider selection of entertainment options while I wait, other than that this place us flawless.
I've been here a few times. They are conveniently close to my home. Unfortunately, none of my regular product has translated into anything they sell. Sometimes it's fun trying something new. The staff do the best they can. They're always so friendly and willing thelp out.
Never had any issues with the place. Staff is friendly,they are efficient ( my online orders are always correct and ready) Maybe more variety other than that ,all good
This place hits it out of the park every single time. The staff goes beyond expectations to get the product I need. And if they don't have it they try their absolute hardest to get me the next best thing. Cheapest flower. Best sales. This place can't be beat!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I go to the South Orlando store, I have NEVER had any issues finding what I need. Prices are very good, compared to other dispensaries. This is my "go to" place!!
I love medical marijuana! One of my pit stops before becoming a mom. Too bad I am too strict about medication uses. I will not ever be returning here for medication. It was nice for the time being but bringing any kind of drug around my children is a big no no. I don't care if it is legal. It will not happen. The company is great though.

This is the only place I go for my meds. The customer service is amazing and the staff is super knowledgeable. I’m always greeted by name and with a smile. When you leave you feel like they really care about their patients. The pop up discounts are always nice and I love the free stuff from time to time. The Rewards program is a great bonus, you can get free product after so many points. I love this place and the staff. They are all rockstars.
Went into my local liberty and was met by all new faces and they were awesome. Vanessa and Jessica were great and made me feel right at home. Keep up the great job guys. This is why I only shop at liberty. You guys are the best!!!
