This dispensary is the absolute best. There are so many good things to say about this place. They have a huge selection of product. The staff is very friendly and willing to help answer any of your questions. The facility is clean and secure. I would highly recommend this dispensary!!

Overall just a great dispensary. It has everything. Great atmosphere, product selection and pricing. The people here are what truly make this place shine. From the moment you push that button and hear that sweet voice over the intercom to come on in, whether it be Hannahs, Miles or Haleys....off to the pharmacy where the knowledgeable David, Andrew, Debbie, or Frankie, to name a few, are always waiting to help you and answer any questions you may have......you will always leave with a pep in your step and a smile on your face clutching your precious little white bag. Love this place!!

Fine Fettle is the BEST dispensary in CT, hands down. Staff is amazing, product selection is HUGE, and the discounts and prices are great. Could not recommend a better place!

This review, for obvious reasons, will only affect a small percentage of Yelp readers, but for them, here it goes. According to state law, when you're applying for your medical certification, you must pick a dispensary first. Unless it's word of mouth, you're going in blind. Fine Fettle was recommended by my medical provider, in which she said that patients had nothing but good things to say. First off, dealing with any part of the state is not the easiest thing to do. The people here went beyond the call to help out with a snafu in my application, ( which was the state's fault, but they wouldn't admit).The following was pre- COVID:After my certification was issued, I went there and was pleasantly greeted by staff members. I was taken into a consolation room, and was educated in the purchase of products. Next we went into the sales floor. Very easy on the eyes type layout. Due to federal regs , you have to purchase with cash. No problem, there's an ATM on the floor. Product selection is fantastic. THC and CBD levels and any info is available. Just a footnote, due to state law (again) product is not sold by its street name, as other states do. Go to the site called terpstreet, which is just for Connecticut, and all the info about that strain is there. The people here are so friendly and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience whatsoever.Now for COVID, it's mandatory that you either order online, or by phone. Doing it online is so easy, that I'll probably keep doing it after COVID precautions are lifted. So in a nutshell, if you're new and need a dispensary, or not fully satisfied with your current one, you're making a good choice selecting Fine Fettle.

After switching from the Mansfield location I've had nothing but complications and problems coming here Every time I try to place an order it seems like there's a problem with my order being sold out or on hold for someone, And the time frame that they give you to pick up your product makes 0 sense If I place my order online i should be able to come pick up my order at my convenience. The Mansfield location never had that problem I was able to place my order and walk in within 5 minutes and get my order. also closing at 5pm on Saturdays and not being open on sundays gives patients that work very minimal opportunity to get their medication during the weekends. One thing I do like about the place is it's discount program and the bulk bundles they give off of buying in bulk. I hope this place Realizes the opportunities where they need to get better And fix some of problems they have.

So happy I made the switch over to Fine Fettle in Willimantic. Great staff...large and well kept retail space. They keep a GREAT inventory of products! It's so nice to have choices again!! Thanks Fine Fettle Fam!

Fine fettle Willimantic is the best dispensary I've ever been a patient with.they have a great selection of truly medicinal quality products. Haley,Hannah & front staff are always super friendly and welcoming. The pharmacists in the back are very caring and knowledgeable.They always take the time to answer any questions you might have while confirming your order. I always have massive anxiety going just about everywhere. Following my first visit with fine fettle I was comfortable enough to speak with the employee's with more than "Hi" "bye" ??

I switched over about a couple month ago from natures medicine, and the switch has been AWFUL. I thought it would get better after a little and figured I would give them time but boy was I was wrong. The customer service and overall treatment compared to nature’s medicine is absolutely HORRIBLE. They don’t treat you like patients here they simply just want your money. If I lived near another one I would have switched already. Oh and don’t you dare go against one of the rules or you will be sent to time out!! I dread every trip I have to make to fine fettle, man do I miss nature’s med.

I have had my medical card in 3 different states & can honestly say you can't beat the service, quality and overall value I find at Fine Fettle, Willimantic. The whole family aka "staff" are super friendly, helpful and makes each visit an exceptional one :) They have a great selection and their concentrates are top notch!! I highly recommend Fine Fettle to all of my friends and family :)
