Jake from the cake house was a very energetic and an outgoing bud tender. He was super helpful! Also Frank was awesome!!! Can't wait to return.

This was the first time my husband and I ever went to a dispensary.  We were a little nervous but everyone there made us welcome and we felt right at home.  Anthony was our amazing Budtender and he took his time explaining the differences in the balms and salves and made suggestions on what might work for a better nights sleep.  We will definitely be attending their grand opening on the 18th.

Super nice new spot.  Good prices.  30% off first time.  Anthony was very helpful, and they have a great selection.

First time, and Jeremy was so polite, helpful and patient. I enjoyed the % off for first timers, as well as the deal for spending. Certain amount. Normally grab bags/gifts don't have good stuff in there and it did. I will be back!

This place is honestly beautiful inside. There's so much variety of everything.  My only issue is how expensive everything is for no reason. You can easily spend 50$ and something that can cost 20-30$ someplace else. The employees have been super helpful and patient especially with my boyfriend who likes to see everything.

This place has it all. From flower to edibles, to drinks and tinctures. I was thoroughly impressed with the inside and professionalism of the employees. Definitely a high quality place to shop. I will be back. Great location as well with ample parking

Good news Murrieta, no more having to drive up to Lake Elsinore for cannabis. Cake house is totally unassuming from the outside, and seeing as it's only been open for less than 3 weeks at this point, caught me by surprise.I've lived in and around the cannabis industry for years and the one thing that's stood out to me is that there are a lot of different vibes you can get from dispensaries- and for some that's a big deal. If you're not used to the process, or aren't super knowledgeable with products, it can be uncomfortable for people, especially to new smokers. Cake House presents itself like a sweet shop, with tons of color and enough personality to make you second guess if you're actually in a confectionary. Friend of mine from out of state isn't super used to shops and kind of feels antsy about them, but this place was super inviting. When everything is painted in pastels and there's a 6 foot display in the middle of the room that looks like a birthday cake, it's kind of hard to feel intimidated.Cake House does one thing that I think is actually brilliant. When you walk into the shop it's very open and displays span across every wall, but it's actually the same display multiple times. It's all mirrored, so there's no walking back and forth across the entire store looking at different types of products. That also means multiple people can be helped by the staff at once, and you're not crowding around the same display as other customers while they figure out what they want.There's something to be said about shop workers who know their stuff and make good recommendations. If you're new to dispensaries, and since this area was kind of underserved until recently- so some people probably are- seeing just tons of products from companies you've never heard of can be daunting. I've never been pushed towards more expensive products without the staff taking my budget into consideration, and a lot of the time their recommendations hit pretty close to what I was looking for. It seems like less people like sativas, so when I meet staff that are knowledgeable on them, I make note of that. All of the staff are really amazing, but on my last visit Jeremy and Alyssa really took the time to help me make my purchase. Can't thank them enough.30% off on your first visit, and it seems like they give $10 off coupons pretty frequently. Only thing they've got to get caught up on is accepting debit cards; that is pretty new tech as far as this area is concerned, and I'm sure that will come with time. ATM on site though, so not a deal breaker. Prices line up with other dispensaries, maybe a little cheaper, but for me it's mostly about not having to drive 20 minutes north to Elsinore anymore. 3 years ago all we had out here were delivery companies, but the future is now.

Sooo I tried the patch and the sleeping edibles. Kept forgetting to update my review because I'm on the go 24/7!! Lol So here's the breakdown:***Edibles to help aid with sleeping: I only took it once so far. That's because I really don't like trying anything that makes me drowsy on a night before I have to work the next morning. Sooooo I chewed half of one, as stated on the directions, and did notice I felt drowsy within a half hour. I do recall getting some good sleep that night and will be taking it again, probably tonight, lol. I've had a pretty rough 2 weeks and will definitely need the extra help falling asleep! Btw, it tasted amazing, too!! Elderberry is so yummy!***Patch to help my chronic old lady trouble spot helped a little. I placed it on my left neck/shoulder area. It supposedly dispenses medication for up to 12 hours. I slapped that bad boy on after a shower so I didn't have any lotion on and the thing stayed put!!! I wore it into work the next day but by then its magical powers had already diminished. In all honesty I wanted to love it but I didn't. It was great for about the first one or two hours after I put it on, but then the minty feeling vanished. Not worth spending another $13 imho!The blunt I'm still saving for my sis to smoke when I visit back home soon. I'll let y'all know what the verdict is and maybe she'll let me get a video & pic of her so I can post here, haha!!And there y'all have it!! Try your hand at the goodies from Cake House. I hope you have a great experience like I did. If anything I'd definitely go back for more sleepy edibles, haha! =) Zzzzzz...
