My favorite spot to go to. They all know there stuff here and staff is very friendly.  They keep me updated with all the new supplies. I'm very happy with this place. Just great!!!!!

I am extremely pleased with this dispensary because it is the only one that actually treats me like a patient.  The staff (doesn't matter who) listen to what you say and do their best to get the correct fit between you and your medicine. Other "dispensaries" hustle you in, give you quick answers that are not always correct and send you out the door with your product, caveat emptor!At Dispensary Works, you are welcomed in and a relationship has started. The staff engages you in a conversation about you and your medicine, finding out what it is that you need and how they can best meet it. I never feel pressured to hurry and decide, nor when I am waiting, do I feel neglected ( or as in some places, being herded until they can get my cash).I know that they time they take with someone else is also the time they spend with me.....so it's good.The prices at DW are some of the best values around......the prices on concentrates, sugars, etc. are some of the best......even when not on specials. Unlike other shops, DW has reasonable prices on cartridges ( most hover at $50- $60),  so your dollar goes further. ( I still can't believe that some places are gouging $70+ for a .5 cart..just saying).I am not trying to do anything other than inform other patients about being good consumers. I believe in good service for my money.....and I prefer a place where people are professional, truly care about the patients, open to feedback ( I personally witnessed the owner working very hard to make sure that a customer was upset over a transaction. The fact that the owner wasn't going to be happy until the customer was satisfied, explained it until it was understood by the patient.  It was an outstanding effort...and one that tells me these people care.  Another dispensary failed to return my card to me, I forgot to ask for it. I had to call, inquire, wait for an answer, go get it and when I got there, there was not anything resembling an apology.) It's okay...just like way back when, my money speaks for me...and I have never been  disappointed with any purchase at Dispensary Works! Thanks Rob, Steve and all.....your openness and willing to provide the best service ever is appreciated!

I have visited most of the dispensaries in DC and Southern Maryland. Before the Pandemic I only visited Dispensary Works once. I went back a few weeks ago for the first time and I want to say that they are the best dispensary in the area. Their point system is fair and consistent and so are the staff. The atmosphere is calming and their energy is on point. Their selection is consistent as well. This is definitely my go to dispensary.

I love to get information and I'm sure to get that and so much more every stop is different but there's one constant The staff and building Remains Impeccable I Recommend To Everyone!!!

AMAZING!!! TO BE HONEST I THINK ON AVERAGE I GO TO DISPENSARY WORKS ABOUT ONCE A WEEK SOMETIMES MORE... THE BARTENDERS ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WELL EDUCATED BUT TENDERS WILLING TO GIVE ANY INSIGHT NEEDED. THEIR PRICES ARE ABOUT THE SAME BUT THEIR LOYALTY POINTS ARE ON THE MONEY AS A MATTER OF FACT I SAVE TONS OF MONEY EVERY TIME I GO ON AVERAGE ANYWHERE FROM 5 TO 10 DOLLARS IF NOT MORE EVERY TIME I GO!!! BY THE WAY THERE IS NEVER A WAIT... IN AND OUT THE ONLY TIME I SPEND MORE THAN 5 MINUTES TO WALK IN IS WHEN I'M RUNNING MY MOUTH SOCIALIZING WITH THE TENDERS IT'S AN AMAZING PLACE

The people there are very nice and quite informative about their products. Great bunch of people from the owners to the security team. Love them. I definitely would recommend checking them out. Tell them El sent you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The entire staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable of the products. They don't treat you like a job. They make you feel welcomed and LISTEN to your needs. DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK!!!
