Awesome staff, great product selection and convenient. The inside is like an Apple store. Pretty impressive.

My girlfriend and I went to visit for our first time a few months ago. The atmosphere in Hatch is quite different from most other dispensaries. Often - you're walking into a large room that feels like a mix between an Apple store and a DMV. Not the warmest feeling. However - at Hatch, it feels cozy and earthy. The decor is welcoming and comfortable and the display cases of products are beautiful. Now the real reason I came to Yelp -- when we were finally ready to talk to someone, we were greeted by a gentleman named Song. He had such a great attitude and was so knowledgeable about the inventory. Song spent more time with us and provided us with more information than you'd get paying for a one on one tutor. We were so appreciative especially as the choices and selections can be overwhelming and it's hard to know where to start. We've back back to see him several times, and every trip there has been phenomenal. We had a chance to chat with some other staff as well, and they were all equally as warm and friendly. Honestly - there's no reason to ever go anywhere else. This is the place.

Snobby budtenders, poor customer service and they no longer require masks.  I was so happy this place opened along my route to work and ended up being so disappointed. Oh well.

My second time here, and another excellent experience. I am a cannabis newbie, and the staff couldn't be more knowledgeable, patient and friendly with answering questions or making recommendations.

Great friendly staff, very organized and efficient. Love that they have options not just for flower etc but I love that they have glass and pipe options for everything from basic low price point to a bit fancier mid tier price range to ur more well known fancy brand names. Although there are closer dispensaries to my house I go out of my way to this one. They also are right by a target so two birds one stone(r)! Haha!

WILL SCAM YOU COMPLETELYI ordered a Rythm cart from the website and they sent me home with a "shine" brand cart. Complete bullshit. Fuck this place.Edit: upon further review, they sold me a completely different style cart too. I ordered full spectrum and this is not even full spectrum.When I called to complain the "manager" (who by the way, did check me out because her name is on the receipt) told me she didn't tell me that she was giving me a different cart because she didn't check me out. She also condescendingly called me "sweetheart" and told me that the cart I got was the correct one. I can't see how ordering a FULL SPECTRUM rythm cart ends in me getting a distillate "&shine" cart, which sells for cheaper.These people are scammers. I will never go back, and neither will any of my family or friends. I am also filing a report with the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Have fun hearing from them.

Very nice dispensary with a very friendly and helpful staff. Large screen displays show the stock on hand. And it's well stocked, with lots of products, including an impressive selection of gear.The dispensary is brand new. Service is fast, the staff is helpful with recommendations. Marta was spot on with some vape recommendations she made. Thanks, Marta!Highly recommend. Conveniently located next to Binny's Beverage Depot. How about that?

Classy place to get your "back pain medication."  Compared to the two legal dispensaries I've been to in California, and the other two places I've been to in Illinois, this one is the nicest all around.  Security here is polite and low key, the staff selling is the right combination of polite and competent, they seem to follow all the rules.  Prices are the same at all dispensaries as far as I can tell, so I think it's important to note that this one has a sophisticated and elegant decor.  Ganja, which by the way is from Sanskrit revealing this is NOT a White or European invention, isn't cheap so why not buy from a place that treats customers as if we are spending a lot of money?  The ambiance here is not unlike a good wine shop, and I hope one day they will be able to combine the two here.

I would like to say that Hatch actually reached out to correct the situation and make things right. The owner personally got in touch with me and offered me a credit. They showed legitimate remorse and I appreciated the effort and will continue to shop at Hatch.

I brought in my registered therapy animal in today and they told me I couldn't bring him back very disappointed... Zen Leaf in Prospect Heights is way more accommodating even tho my therapy animal is very unorthodox they have never told me no very disappointed will not be back

1st time visit and I was very pleased with the knowledgeable staff. They were able to assist me w/product for my anxiety. Meet my needs 100%. Happy with the price and quantity. Quality was excellent.:)

This is typically my go-to spot for pot since opening. Clean, efficient, friendly. However just picked up a half gram of member berry vape and the cartridge was only filled up 2/3 of the way at best. When you're paying these kinds of prices, I expect to get a fully filled cartridge.

Great place! Awesome store. Clean and organized with lots of merch. You can walk around and browse without feeling rushed. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Two front door guys super friendly and chill. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The product is great but that's not really the reason I like this place. Everyone there is just super friendly. It's not a typical fake "I'm just being nice because I have to keep my job". It seems incredibly genuine. One negative and one negative only. The price. But, that's not them being greedy or anything. That's just the state of Illinois dispensaries. It's pretty similar pricing to everything around me. Hopefully if it becomes legal federally, the prices will go down.
