It has happened twice where I get there cause I received text message saying order was ready & when I get there they have a order ready just not mine & come to find out the item I ordered is not even in stock yet it still gave me the go ahead text message. WTF Trulieve you guys are the BIGGEST in state, so how do the smaller ones always have what they menu says online either upgrade your algorothum or assign a person to sit & ONLY monitor the online orders.

Darius at Trulieve has been great to work with.  Very knowledgeable about the products, and looks for strains that assist with Mental Health issues such as Bipolar Disorder and Depression.

Chanae was so fast, Efficient and welcoming! She's always got an up beat positive influence. Everyone there knows me by name so honestly they all should give themselves a pat on the back. Thank you.

I had such a great visit at Trulieve Manatee avenue again.  My order was ready, but with the great sale going on, we did have a wait to be serviced. While we waited Kaden was so kind and informative. He shared with clients about new strains that are in, reminded them about the specials and told me about the upcoming cannabis festival. He was very entertaining when waiting. Then I got Daniel once again and he is a absolutely doll. My vape pen had damaged the vapecart and he and Andrew figured this out. Imagine the frustration when a old lady like me needs to vape and it does not work. Trulieve staff has educated, informed and helped me so much. This location has hands down the best customer service of all the Trulieve locations, maybe not the best selection of product but the customer service makes up for that. Kaden, Daniel and Andrew are all truly valuable assets to the company.

Helpful courteous and easy to make exchange if not the best product for you. This location is bigger and nicer than the one near downtown Bradenton. Both have very helpful staff.

I am so happy you guys opened another location here in Bradenton :) Trulieve is my go to for all my needs. The flower is the best in town. No one is close to what they offer and the variety they constantly have :) Chanae is also fire when it comes to customer service

Hands down the BEST dispensary in town. Staff is very helpful & they always have what I want or need. I prefer West Bradenton Trulieve over any other dispensary. Every single staff member is amazing especially Kathryn & Schnider ??

I first off want to say how much I like going to this location. The store is extremely clean, The staff is super friendly, and the selection of product is always top of the line. I now wanna just say Rodney is a great employee to have. He is always willing to go the extra mile to check the inventory. He’s always extremely friendly and has done a great job explaining new product and giving me the right information to help me get the proper medication.
