Unprofessional . Really liked this store previously but after my experience today I will not be returning super disappointing

So pretty much the only way you can get a bad Yelp review being a cannabis shop is terrible service. This particular shop is a bit smaller and has a smaller selection but the two beautiful ladies behind the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were competitive and comparative to my hometown. Clean bright vibrant atmosphere.  Again small selection but good products, and more importantly good service. A little bit of everything, including a good selection of smoking utensils.

I'm done buying anything here literally like five times now you guys are giving me the wrong product. Tell your owner to stop being so cheap and invest in a few TVs for a menu so that everybody understands what I want and puts the right thing in the bag. So done with your shop take a note from your cashmere Branch they're 100 times better

Ordered online, picked up order, checked my stuff when I got back in the car and of course there's a missing item (2.5g) jar. I got back in and let them know, they give my my order back, I get back in my car and thr 2.5g jar is there but now one of the joints is not there. At that point I just dipped it wasn't worth going back in for a $5 joint. Horrible staff, it was an older lady.

I didn't need to buy anything to feel high. The staff was more than enough. Awesome customer service.

At the wenatchee happy croppe I always have terrible customer service, the employees are always standing there watching you instead of helping you.. constantly staring at you I understand you have rules but don’t make your customers feel uncomfortable… not everybody knows what they want right way! and there’s a know it all girl and I think she’s the manager she just comes off as rude and it’s happened twice now. I feel so uncomfortable going in there because of how the staff makes me feel
