The convenient location and friendly staff keep me going back, but they seem to be catering more to the recreational crowd and not to medical patients. The stock rotates VERY frequently, which makes it hard to find the same products I'm used to ordering. They also have a separate line for medical patients and I usually find myself waiting in a line despite how busy they are. The last time I was there, 5 people were in line for the 1 Medical register open and there were 2 open Rec registers and many staff members around, so it just seemed like inefficient resource management. The staff though really are great and knowledgeable about the products, I just wish they kept more of the same ones around!

I had an amazing customer service experience with Alexis! It’s not often I wish I could stay and chat with employees anywhere. He was friendly, funny, informative and engaging. He helped educate me in picking what was best for me and let me know that they had just gotten something in stock I hadn’t seen online (and therefore hadn’t ordered). Love this dispensary, love the customer service and product. Highly recommend- especially Alexis!

I have been coming to this location for months, and since day 1 the awesome team, especially Alexis, have been amazing. The most friendly, informative, and helpful team and they remember so many customers that come through the door. It’s never a chore to come and any line is always helped quickly but I don’t think anyone minds waiting because of the excellent service. Any time I have a question they are always helpful and give informed feedback. Thanks for the laughs and see you guys soon!

Came in for a purchase with my wife. I hadn’t been to a dispensary before so was a little hesitant to say the least. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with a big and friendly “hello” from a pleasant young man named Alexis. The environment was lovely and seemed sleek and modern. Alexis went above and beyond in helping discuss a variety products as well as what options that would/could be best for me in. We need more customer service oriented employees like him. First time at Ethos, a friend recommended! I always like to experience different types, but the one I wanted was out when I tried to order online. So I ended up still doing a walk-in and explaining to Sophia my situation. Sophia was wonderful, I’ve asked her if she has something similar, but she ended up finding the one I wanted originally! LOOK HOW COOL IT IS! Thanks Sophia!!
