Doesn't stand by the products they sale. Bought a dab pen from them. Button stopped working a few hours after purchase. Won't take product back or replace it. Instead blamed company and told me to contact them. Offered a discount to buy a new one. I just bought a new one from you and you want me to buy another because you want replace. Ridiculous. Only care about money.

The employee Hunter, has had some time to reflect that his actions and the way he treats others, online, over the phone, or IN person can come back to bite you. I think he’s learned to be considerate of other people and not be so disrespectful. Otherwise good business, both reviews and behavior can change.
