Most employees are courteous and competent. My complaint is two-fold: Strains with high THC are extremely rare compared to other dispensaries in the area. Also, even though I was required to wear a mask, two employees were maskless during my 15 minute visit. I will be patronizing the dispensary in the Strip District for my 4th of July medicine. And I will not be voting the Washington facility the best dispensary in Western Pennsylvania.
I cannot say enough positive things about The Healing Center in Washington. Every time I go to pick up my order or ask questions, everyone is so know and friendly! Especially Christine Findlay, the pharmacist! She is a wealth of knowledge and really cares about the patient's. She is thorough in explaining the different products as well as Making sure you get the right medication. To best help your condition. I give Christine 5 stars plus!
WOW!! is all I can say! How dare they hang up on me. So I went in and picked up my reservation for 3 disposable vape pens. 2 out of the 3 DONT WORK. Okay, no problem. These things happen. But when I call them to tell them about the first one, not so nice.. whatever ??♀️??♀️ but then I call back to tell them about the second one, she hung up on me! I'm so furious! I didn't tell, I didn't scream or curse. I simply explained I can't come back in until tomorrow. Now mind you I've spend thousands of dollars of my own hard worked money in there, to have one freaking prob and get treated like dirt! After I voted for y'all, wish I could take that back! I'm so disgusted
Usually have a good experience. However, my most recent visit, I had done an on-line reserve. Went to pick up my order only to find out that they had already sold it to someone else. This is actually the second time that this has happened to me. What is the point to doing a reserve if they don't abide by it.
I’m a new customer to this location. I ensured I followed all directions to become a new patient at this location. I took a debit card with a pin and was turned away. Your debit card must have a chip. I can’t even use half of my cards. It’s not my fault that some banks don’t offer this option. I am a business owner, and my own business card doesn’t even have a chip. I understand you have an atm, however; I am not paying the fee. PLEASE PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT DEBIT CARDS MUST HAVE A CHIP. I don’t have this issue at other dispensaries. It’s sad I drove 90 minutes just to leave empty handed because of your lack of information. Lost my order and gas over something simple. Thank you.
