Love Lume have been coming here all year, even being 40 mins away but the last time I went I arrived after the long drive to pick up my online order. Was told they couldn't make transactions. I waited for an hour and nothing I love Lume but it's a shame that I couldn't get my order.

I love you Lume I really really do. I've been a customer now for over a year. I pretty much am there or order delivery every week or every other. However it is getting kinda hard to continue shopping with you because your store is very limited when it comes to medical products. I feel like you guys don't care as much about the medical products anymore as much as the recreational products. I wish it were more fair as far as the availability of products especially the new stuff that comes out. I know I can purchase from the recreational menu and get 15.%off but it's still more expensive in the long run. I just wish when I looked at the medical menu I didn't see the same products sometimes for a month. Might have to check out other dispensaries in the future.

I'm from Florida and loved this place compared to any down there, and in Colorado that I've visited. The staff are super friendly and Riley was a huge help in picking the right concentrates. I also really liked that they accept out of state medical cards unlike FL and CO! I was able to save 20% on recreational up in their Petoskey location. The strains she recommended have the same affects she said they would, it made crocheting this dragon much more enjoyable and easier on my hands. I'd say their products are great and consistent quality! I'll be back for sure!

Mark is super awesome, I paid via card and didn't have tip money so the next person that get's Mark for delivery be good to him! It is a great company and probably the friendliest delivery I have ever had. I highly (get it) recommend them. Sorry Mark, I will definitely make up for it next time!!

I am in love with the packaging- seriously. So smartly discreet, modern, functional AND attractive. It would fit perfectly displayed on a vanity next to perfumes and high end vitamins..ya know? The store vibe is like Apple brought a notch down to earth with better music. If the Apple store had a way cooler brother-it would be Lume. Well staffed, professional, super friendly service. Seriously impressed, highly recommended.
