It's our first visit so I have no idea how good the product it that we purchased, but I can tell you that I was very pleased with the service and attention that was given in helping us pick what we felt we needed. Definitely one of the nicer, cleaner, and more professional dispensaries I've been to. It's nice that they have delivery as well.

I just placed my first order for Jet Room ever over the phone and was greeted with exceptional customer service by Alyssa. She answered the phone in a timely manner, answered all my questions with patience, and even informed me of a promotion they were having when my spending limit got close. Keep up the great work!!

Didn’t get any help from any one over the phone. I discussed weed with an employee over the phone. Was almost done ordering when they told me to go online because they had others waiting to order. The page didn’t load up. Then I call back to speak with a manager, he was almost in refusal to let me to speak to a manager. When I did get on the phone with a manager, the line cut off. And even though she had all my info in front of her she did not bother to call me back. All I wanted was to order some weed. The fact that you guys act that this is the only place to get weed is annoying. Please be more efficient and patient with over the phone orders.

Super easy....I ordered online, got a text, then a call....then my meds were delivered. Ordered the Mint Cookies, great nose and covered with crystals. Super chill high and loving life. The Jet Room came through for sure, thanks guys.

Awww! Now here was a gem of a find! Especially after I had been told there were no dispensary locations in this area!! The smoke is excellent and the staff superb! Friendly and helpful! Great job to you all!! Highly, highly recommend!!
