Definately love this place told all my friends obout it always welcome free gramm and anothers goods

Went back yesterday, as I stated in my previous post, and the service was a lot better than my last time here. The manager that was on duty happened to be the same one that was working that night, and she explained everything that they did wrong and apologized. Very happy that things went alot smoother  this time around, in and out in about 6 minutes. Thank you to the management team.

Great knowledge of the product they have and a great selection. Good prices also. The only place I go to in the valley

Friendly staff and knowledgeable sales people. They let you smell the flowers and their catalog easily references their available strains. I enjoyed the experience and they're product.

This place used to be great. Now it's a total drag. They're out of most things, most of the time. Vapes? Forget it. Kush Punch? Sometimes. Dry, stale flower, they have plenty of that. Drag.

This is a very friendly place every body is in a good mood  all the time I love this place

I love that I can use my debit card, no worries of running around for an atm. The point system is dope too. Best deals around.

Found this place on a whim last weekend. Was driving around and sometimes check out weed shops. Security guy was super nice and checked me in easily. I came right about the time they close but they let me in. The bud tenders, Aless & Tianna were super dope. Very personable and helpful. Great choices and great prices. A gram for $10?! Amazing deal. I feel that's what a gram is worth and not a lot of dispensaries sell it that cheap. Definitely gonna be my go-to spot since I'm so close to it. You're gonna wanna check this place out for its good deals and prices.

Very unhappy with the product recently I love the people and occasionally the pricing but the product in flower hasn't been there, they also dont know how to update their website, ever...

You know you're a great dispensary, when you come all the way from downtown just to get some top shelf flower. This place is amazing. Great staff and selection. Highly recommend

Went in today for the first time and I highly recommend everyone to come in and check it out! The girls were so awesome! Probably the nicest bud tenders that I have ever met,  they were very knowledgable and sweet! The experience is definately worth driving from west hills! They have reasonable prices and their happy hour prices are a great deal

First off we are older working professionals,Seasoned Stoners! Great buds and selections. That's it. Intelligent conversation Negitive on that! Intelligent people Negitive Ghost Rider,The pattern is full with idiots!! That being said, This is our experience after about 15 visits and spending about 2500 Dollars!!!

This shop is a hidden gem in the deep valley. They have better selections than most of the weho shops i usually go to. Priscilla was very helpful and they really hook up first time patients

This was my first time here and all I can say is it will definitely not be my last. The products are all top quality, the service is superb and the environment is comfortable, professional and fun all at the same time. They even helped me out in a pinch, I was a couple bucks short and they said don't worry about it (I will definitelt stuff the tip jar next time I go). Priscilla at the front counter as the best :)

I gave this place five stars, because they're cool and they have the best weed in the valley. Definitely recommend it

Last time I checked smoking cigarettes inside a California business is illegal. I went in the other day and the whole place stunk like dirty cancer sticks the second I walked in. Bud tender said it was the owner smoking in back. Could you imagine going into your local pharmacy and it stinking like smoke because your pharmacist is smoking cigarettes in the back room. I would not want to go back ever. Real professional? Seems like they are more into selling pot for money rather than medicine to help people.

Like most shops, they slap names on weed?  There Hash Plant is not real true to its origin. Its not Hash plant at all, its a cross of some kind of OG.  Also 2 other strains they have there, are not what they claim it is..

A different kind of food and taste. I wanted to try the Phorreto but there only made in the later part of the year but the ice teas are out of this world.

Best og shop in the valley. There kushism vapes are the best I've tried and for 2 for 60 you can't beat it, the only shop I'll go to.

this is the best med shop in the valley. I've been to many and this is my favorite, they have the best customer service best selection and best prices....it's a chill spot.

i thought the last time i came here.maybe the staff was haveing a bad day,but no,same ole attitude ive band this place.worst place ever.

I would have gave a higher review but they didn't honor their monthly coupon.   They need to be more specific on the fine print.  Was a bit disappointed because now I have to go to another dispensary.   Would have spent $100+ so I guess its their loss.  Only will go here if I'm lazy to drive or need it asap.

I've been going to Kushism for quite a while now so I thought it's only appropriate to drop in a few lines thanking the friendly staff and management. So here it is, short and sweet - thank you for the veriety of meds and making me feel at home :)

Not happy with the product I purchased because I paid full price for a ton of seeds in my flower.  When I went to either return or exchange what was left (which was all but 1 bowl full)  I was treated poorly and was told I would only get an exchange for 1 and a half grams.  Huh? What?  That's just not right!!  Will not be going back ever!!!  A friend of mine didn't believe me so they went in two weeks later and purchased the same strain which was still full price with the same high level of seeds.  My friend never went back to exchange the flower and just took it as a learning experience. Obviously they will not be returning.  Besides the shop around the corner is AMAZING!!!!

I was here as a guest of a friend. For real. It's legal now so why would I lie? Anyhoo...the sales advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different options that can be very daunting. The restaurant-style menu has descriptions of the products including CBD and THC levels as well as clear pricing that makes shopping quick and easy. Will definitely be back - with my friend.

I was so impressed with the service I received! What I liked most was the budtenders actually knew what they were selling! Very positive vibe. Parking wasn't a problem. I was in and out quick! Thank you for the recommendations to the two girls who were there when I came in. Sorry, I didn't catch their names. I'll be back for some more edibles. Oh and yes they do take pin debit, also the cash app card I specifically used.

This shop is soo Cool and the staff is amazing specially Lindsey. Their prices are good and you even get a discount on your first time. Their flower is packed up to date not months sitting there which is what I loved most.  Overall recommend! Def check them out there's also a cool smoke shop next you it :)

Great deals. Consistent and professional. Ive been coming for a couple months now, and all the Ladies behind the plexiglass are welcoming and bright.  Super chill comfortable place. Come here for good weed at consistent reasonable prices. Shout out to Nadine, for being an awesome person!

Normally I don't speak out of turn but this shop is one of the worst of been too. Or at least the management has poor hiring skill. I'm a veteran who had his wallet stolen but has a DD214 and a veterans ID They would not only tell me to leave but the security "army sniper" or as we would call a fake veteran stealing valor telling me he is a veteran as well (looking down like a dog with his tail behind his legs) my Identification isn't good enough with my face and name and my 70% rating from PTSD No real veteran would turn away someone in need with proper documentation especially a brother in arms Not to mention I was with family to prove who I was So to all veterans who want to go this shop be mindful of what you may walk into at the front door They only accept a DL or real ID

I highly recommend this shop. It has a great variety and they have awesome prices! The chemdawg by kushslut was so tasty and also the crown og shatter. Bud tenders are really cool too.

In-store is great, had been going there for years. The delivery customer service is teeerrible. My last order a while back was three hours late, so they put in a pre-roll 7-pack of joints to make up for it. I don't smoke (asthmatic) so I wrapped it up and gave it to my brother as a birthday gift in front of everyone. Turns out it was EMPTY. Cristina the manager said to call them on their next order and let them know, so she could replace it. That supposedly it was "defective."But today I called, spoke to Wilbur, filled him in. They looked at my last order (since I order about $300 to $500 worth of edibles at a time), and saw that I had ordered dozens of berry edibles on my last order. And since they were out of pre-roll packs, the manager approved to put in two blueberry tins --  since that was roughly the value of the pre-roll pack.  Lol and behold, I open my package and there's two joints, instead of the two tins and definitely instead of the pack of 7 joints. Becky and a few other budtenders are great, but Cristina the manager will lie to your face and have the employees do the same. I only ordered from them again today BECAUSE they promised the two blueberry edibles. I should have just ordered from Eaze. It's cheaper, better delivery, and run by honest and competent people who will fix your order instead of just stringing you along with broken promises to trick you into ordering from them. I have never seen a delivery service be run by such manipulative, dishonest people. I feel so tricked. As I had told Wilbur that if the manager couldn't honor her word I would take my $300 to Eaze right now.So instead they lied so I could make the purchase. And when I called to complain they acted like they had said two joints all along. Despicable. Save some time, save some money, save some stress: order from Eaze. They still mess up your orders from time to time, but they at least definitely make it right when they do.

I am reading all of these glowing reviews. I don't quite understand. I've given them three times for some quality flower. The first time, I bought some of their budget flower. The plant was male and so dry it crumbled to the touch. The second and third ( final ) time I purchased flower from them, the plants were both male and also were very dry.For people that are new and smoking, a male plant is about 50% as potent as it's female counterpart. The shop owner knows this. On the third time I called to complain, the bud tender I believe her name was Brenda ( but I could be mistaken )  told me that was terrible and she would have the manager call me the next day. Of course, that never happened.This is not the only shop that sells male plants and doesn't mark them as such. I am going to start to expose all of the shops that do this. The Containers need to say if the plant inside is male or female, because it makes a big difference. Male plants are generally worthless, but, the owner is making money on them.So, if you decide to purchase from this business, make sure you ask if the plant is male or female. Don't take I don't know for an answer. There is nothing worse than smoking seeds.The only reason I'm giving this place two stars, is because the bud tenders have been very polite.

I've been buying the cure pods Super awesome high They clog up at the end. But are refillable if your experience. I like these better than the surplus cartridges

I have been a customer here since it first opened in 2007.   They have the most friendly and knowledgeable budtenders in LA.     They have great specials, and cool deals around the holidays.  I moved out of that area about 10 years ago,  but I'll still make the drive.  And now they deliver to my area, although I will still go shop in person as well to say hi and see what else they have.

Mostly friendly clean quick everything you could ask for. Unfortunately your taxes added on to your bill make you cringe.

I know theirs a pandemic,but I'll never buy from a dispensary again that won't let me smell the product before purchase. Top shelf, not so top shelf, and the lighting in the place not so revealing of what you're purchasing! I know I received 1st. time discounts,but I would return it if I could! I must say that the bud tender was nice, but wish she would have made some suggestions

Not sure what's the deal with Van nuys and their choice for prepackaged weed that's a big downfall for me practically had to leave out of Van nuys to find what I wanted... This is recently as of 7/13-2021 that may be so because I have been continuously recertifying my medical marijuana card and what you guys should do is have something to accommodate somebody who is looking for 14 g somebody who is looking for an ounce I shouldn't have to buy 20 8ths that's overpricing

I used to go to a spot in the San Fernando Valley. A little drive from Valencia. Started with delivery. The drivers and all staff are extremely cool! Great recommendations and excellent customer service. Now rather drive there so I've been doing so. Great service, quality price!
