This is my new spot! It's very lovely and has competitive prices. The crew is super friendly and helpful. The managers are also there to help and not make you feel silly for not knowing what is what. They have my favorite brands. Its super convenient for me, I go to Rite Aid, Village Pet Supply, the post office, pick up food at the deli. Friday night, one parking spot, weed, food, beverages... it's perfect! I like supporting this business.

First time at this store. Nice neighborhood store, not crowded and the team give you personal service and answering all you questions. I was looking for something to help me to sleep. The girl there showed me few options and explain each product. I took a gummy and it worked great. Will come again.

A young blonde gentleman (I believe he had blonde hair) help me on my visit and was super friendly and did not make me feel pressured to make any certain purchase. Will be back keep up the good work. Oh yeah they  had a 20% off deal that Friday which was nice.

Love this place! The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful and its rarely super busy. They love giving discounts to locals, first time, and even second time customers. When I didn't have enough cash and had to pull from the ATM they waived the ATM fee! Their products are well packaged and not as expensive as I expected. If you live in the Valley Village area you owe it to yourself to stop in.

First visit for me just about an hour ago. There was a mixup (it was Weedmaps' fault), but they got it straightened out quickly (sorry about that, OCF). Great discount for a first-time customer and an even better one coming for my second visit. I'll be back for sure.

Super helpful & friendly neighborhood cannabis shop. It's bright and cheerful inside, doesn't feel like you're doing a seedy drug deal like some of the other valley dispensaries. I'm lucky enough to work across the street so they're been seeing plenty of me.

Ridiculously overpriced and bad service. Plenty of other good marijuana dispensaries nearby that are affordable. Lots of attitude from the staff too. I wanted to like this place because it's convenient to where I run my errands but it's such a rip off.

Place is ok and service is fine. Prices are high and there's nothing organic about this place!!They should change their name!  It's very deceptive.

I just started coming here a few months ago because I live in the area. It's very clean and everyone wears masks and gloves (employees)  you can tell they took the steps to make sure they can stay open for us. If they close , I promise I'll panic. Tara is the best and seriously knows her stuff. She was able to help me choose my gummies. Plus they always have promos and samples. You get to try new things.

The worst service! I was sold an EMPTY BOX!I spent $70 on a 5 pack and a 3 pack. I drove all the way home, opened the 5 pack and there was NOTHING IN THE BOX! I also paid cash. I had to get back in my car, drive back to the store, park, go in. I was obviously very upset to be SOLD AN EMPTY BOX. When I got there the girl said " oh, thats not our responsibility, is the manufacturer". YES!!!!! BUT I BOUGHT IT AT YOUR STORE! "Well we have no control over what the manufacturer does". I was extremely upset by now and asked to speak to the manager- I was given a phone # which goes NO WHERE! They finally replaced the box and offered NOTHING FOR MY TROUBLE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!! I WAS SOLD AN EMPTY BOX ! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I am writing a review here and every other place and then I am going to report them to as many government agencies as I possibly can. All they had to do was say "sorry for your trouble, here is a discount", or "here's an extra pre roll" -anything to show they care about customer experience.

Been going here for a while. Amazing staff. Shitty attitude. After today, worst communication w one of the managers. Hopefully, when you call she isn't on the phone. Calling herself a 'manager' very inpatient on the phone, had no room to even take a breathe for me to re-explain my story. Literally kept talking over me. Im guessing every employee who works there is a manger?. Or make up the rules as they go?  Needless to say not a very welcoming environment.

Love this gem in Valley Village. Super professional vibes, friendly but to the point management and some new staff that have been making some awesome recommendations. Tell your buddies but don't tell everyone cuz this is a cool little neighbor spot.

The prices are pretty high here I paid $80 for a $60 product When using a card they round up and give you cash back THEY NEVER DO !!! I noticed they talk to you and distract you and say bye hand you the receipt and don't give cash back. My biggest pet peeve with this place.

It's ok spot. They open at 9 got there around 9 and they said they open at 10 when all the posts and everything say 9 so kinda lame.

Beautiful dispensary that I stopped in on my way north. They gave me a 15% off for being a first timer which was fun. There's so many things to choose from and after you figure it out, you get this cute bag too like in a fine store.  I got the Kiva mints and some gummies. I have a harder time finding the brands I like so great they carried them.

This spot is hands down my favorite dispensary in LA. They have a highly-cultivated selection of products -- including (but not limited to) top shelf flower, the best bang-for-your-buck buds, the dankest edible brands (Terra, WYLD, Kanha) and my topical of choice (Papa and Barkley). They have 15% off deals EVERYDAY, like Munchie Monday (15% off edibles) and Sunday Funday (15% off pre-rolls), and even without the deals, Organic Century Farmacy, offers affordable prices. I always save money here. The bud tenders are friendly, helpful and patient. They always make me feel right at home and eager to come back. To top it off, this place is clean, well-lit and brilliantly organized, kind of like what I imagine heaven might look like. Let's just say, OCF is where I go to for my cerebral high...
