I found a very kind and well educated Mmp staff  here..with a very good selection and educational .

I had a great experience today. There was a small line when I parked, and as I got to the door a dude came out with a tablet and let us put in our phone numbers so we could be on the wait list but not stand outside and freeze. I waited in my car for about 15 minutes and got my text. We got right in to get our IDs checked and were able to go in and order. I'll be back next weekend!

Very friendly staff and better prices usually than the other one in town. Anyone complaining about prices doesn't understand how the system works.

I have been using this dispensary since Sept 2018 and have always had great service. The people complaining about product shortage can not blame the dispensary. The state screwed up rolling out the recreational bill. Growers were not allowed to ramp up until Jan 1 of this year. They started growing the same day recreational sales started. I have 4 stars because they can not keep a working restroom in the purchase area. Most cancer patients can't just wait until another restroom is found.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they help find the best items that will give you the relief you need, I see the frustration that the public is dealing with and it is hard to go to the front of the line when so many are waiting, my suggestion is to seek a medical card it makes the process so much easier.

Worst dispensary I've ever been to, and I have been to many different dispensaries in multiple states and cities. Prices are over double what they are anywhere else I've been, but that's probably the state and not this particular establishment. However, the staff at this specific location are unprofessional and appear to be completely clueless as to what they are even doing there. I'm sure some people don't care, but I dislike giving my money to people that are absolute morons. The product options are laughable, the prices are outrageous, and the staff seem to have an extra chromosome. Thanks, but no thanks.

The selection is great, and even during the start of 2020 during shortages they always tried their best. Very friendly folks work here! I appreciate how much they look out for every individuals needs, and the rewards/loyalty program is pretty dope too. They make sure to stock enough for their medical customers, but always have product available for rec too. During times of covid 19 they've been very responsible which I really appreciate since I have a immune condition. I love the texting curbside pickup, though I feel bad about always pulling up when it's raining!

Simply put, I think this is by far the best dispensary in town. It is the people, man. Everyone at nuEra is incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This beats the competition, hands down. Love you all, super chill nuEra folks. Special shout out to my two doctor brothers, Brendan and Tyler. You are both true healers. xoxo

Employees are nice & good with helping you find things. Only problem is one of their products seems like a rip off honestly, I don’t even have a high tolerance but I didn’t feel the marshmallow treat at all. It seems like they’re literally selling tiny rice crispy treats for $15. Might not be on them but as a warning for other people I wouldn’t buy any “Sweet life by Hannah” products. Not sure if it’s just the one I happen to get, but it was a waste of money.

Even though I had my own personal inconveniences today, the helpful employee sure managed well to still treat me with respect and make my time comfortable at this location. Great first time experience in Illinois for me. Looking forward to coming back.

First ever Dispensary . Glad to have chose this place , as a medical user it was really nice to have the staff help me figure out which products would potentially be best .They provided great service and product was up to par. They had also made a mistake and contacted me immediately which saved money. I've already shopped here twice and am very pleased . Only recommendation is possibly sharpen up the place make it somewhere people wanna come and check out. It's little dull maybe more plants or color , Defiantly think it would help with potential clientele

I love this place. Staff is so helpful and kind. They are knowledgeable about what they are selling & never much of a wait. You can pre-order & even have them bring it to your car. Great place! 100%
