Excellent customer service +1 even though I waited around 20 minutes in lobby to get my order and the employees need to be considerate of people's space. Like you have employees constantly coming up to your face asking what you would like to order and rushing you. Also this place is very overpriced compared to other cannabis clubs & delivery services which you can find the same products elsewhere for almost half the price with taxes included. My first time & most likely my last time coming here!

Only my third time here or so as I am new and every other time they've been very busy and someone has asked me if I need any assistance, today they weren't very busy and no one asked anything. Employees just standing around talking, McDonald's employees deserve more money at this rate. The only time I found marijuana here worth purchasing it was on sale the brand names they carry here are all heavily priced. I recommend checking the weed butter or whatever shake is on sale if you must go shopping here. Hey maybe even fight for everyone to grow their own while your at it too.

Nice place but the people get right in your face (no mask) and the person helping me would not back up.   When I was done I could not get out because the the sliding doors will not let you out I had to try several employees and was told did you find everything you need, etc...please just tell me where the exit is at....I think they all must work on commissions.  Another customer told me the exit is on over in the right unmarked. Over priced compared to Arden and Airfield

The place and set up is five stars the customer service is too close!!!  Back up give me space and time to look around by myself first. I felt hella rushed and it's not private enough. They yell out your name when your bag is ready so the whole store knows you are there!  Yelled out three times!!!  Really. I'm trying to keep it cutties. Although it is a nice place, I doubt I'll be back. The prices seem a bit higher here. I think you pay more for the in your face customer service.

It's so funny because many are saying the customer service is too much but as someone in the customer service/hospitality space I'd say they were pretty awesome... For the most part.  Walked around, explored, saw some things I may have purchased.  I realized that they take your order so it's ready at the counter.  However, neither gentleman helped me.  When I approached one gentleman I was told that he was busy helping another customer (which wasn't true because they'd just walked in).  Needless to say, my fiancé was purchasing, and we have a stash at home so I left empty handed this time.  Linda sucks because they have Leune which I wanted to purchase, and I wanted to earn my free pre-rolled.  I guess better luck next time?

Worst dispensary, overpriced and closes way before the time they have listed. Refused to give us service 15 minutes before time, denied more than 5 people and were rude to us. There was someone that was there at 9:40 and they did not let him in. There are better dispensaries if you drive a little more.

Flor is very welcoming and clean. I love the atmosphere and the music they play. It is nice to finally have a dispensary in Union City which is close to me.As a recent breast cancer survivor, cannabis has been beneficial in my recovery, to allow me to sleep and to get an appetite when I didn't feel like eating. Most importantly, it helped me with the bone pain I had from my chemo treatments and medication.

Reviewed their Yelp & their website for online ordering (& decided to pass). Only positive: nice Union City location near Jollibee (Chickenjoy for munchies), but Fudruckers is gone. Menu lacked any Jetty Pax, Kurvana, & Himalaya vapes. Level Hashtabs (& other products) were way way overpriced compared to regularly available stable prices (& even better sales/discounts) at MANY other dispensaries (& yes that is comparing after tax prices)! Yelp reviews show what a reliable friend saw in person: overstaffed very friendly yet very slow service. Good flower (as in many/most dispensaries), but very overpriced! Employees (& Customers) without masks (other dispensaries are conscientious of their higher responsibility as a State of CA declared essential medical business & that all medical facilities do require masks!) Ridiculous that their Manager replies to others on Yelp defending staff being unmasked & closely  approaching Customers.

I like how high tech it is, how ever it shouldn't take 20 minutes to pick up your order In store after you place it online. Cashiers need to speed it up, it's an in n out; not a catch up with sally time . Also. Picking up the bags in order after they have been dropped in the shoot, might hell a lot "

This was a very nice dispensary. Everything was clean, well-lit, warm, and inviting. The people who work here are very friendly and will work with you to get what you need. If it's your first time, you can get a pre-roll for 5 cents with a purchase of anything. That is a super good deal. They pretty much have everything you need.

This place is everything that is wrong with the dispensary industry. Another hipster, gentrifier, over-priced, wannabe Apple store dispensary. Over here charging $80-$90 an eighth!?!? They should be boycotted just for that nonsense. They have a terrible business model that blatantly passes their overhead costs to the customer. Seriously? Just leave. They don't give a crap about people or weed, they're just here for profit...and they probably aren't even from Union City. No ounce specials, so don't expect deals for purchasing more or in anyway being loyal. They just want your money. And then they take 10minutes to fill your order, which makes zero sense because 1) as everyone has pointed out there's like 10 people working in there, and 2) everything is prepackaged and weighed out!!! It's not like they have to count pills or weigh out prescription powder. I say which eighth I want, you put eighth in bag. At every dispensary on earth it takes about 30-90 seconds. Not at Flor! Have been here three times now and never waited less than 10 minutes for my order. So many better delivery options in the area. Save your money and boycott wannabe weed Barron millionaires that are ruining the game via mediocre weed, horrible price gauging, and superficial customer service. Stay away.

Very clean store with friendly customer service. Here the taxes are included in the display prices unlike most dispensaries in the area. Wide selection of brands a product types, they have something for everyone here, and the staff to help you find it.

Came in this morning after ordering online and I was impressed with FLOR, store layout was very nice with all their products on display, associates were friendly and very professional. Freddy was behind the counter and helped me with my online purchase and this is what got me sold, the pricing! What you see online is what you pay for, no hidden taxes etc etc... Glad to find a dispensary like FLOR near my neighborhood, will be back for sure!

I decided to pay a visit to Flor since its in my neighborhood. I was greeted at the door by a very nice & attentive security guard, who asked to see my California ID or Drivers License, upon providing that, I was sent in to register with very nice girl at front desk. She let me know that I would get a  Pre Roll for .5 cents with my order. The site is open floor with product everywhere. The sales folks were not in my face, just very Helpful. I was helped by a fantastic/helpful girl named Jada? once I decided on what products I wanted, I was turned over to the folks who provided me what I ordered, added my 1st time 5 cent pre-roll, and also gave me my senior discount. I chose 4 Hybrid Pre-rolls for twenty, plus the gift. my bill was $20.05. I was very happy & will be coming back to Flor. Dogs are also allowed which is amazing as my dog hates being left in the car. 5 stars for Flor!

Just looking at the prices and the only problem is their charing $80 extra for a half oz when you can get one for 100-120 at other locations such as hayward and san leandro . 80 dollars is definitely worth a drive else where but then again if you live in union city this must be nice to have .

For the price point you'd expect to be amazed by the customer service... too bad Kayleigh isn't contagious

Love this place. Staff is so friendly and I felt welcomed right away. I was greeted and helped right away. So much to choose from and I ended up buying way more then I needed because of that. They have awesome deals everyday. Flower 20% off everyday from 8-10am. Little deals during the week. Plenty of parking. Love seeing no hidden fees. Best place around .

Really amazing customer service and shopping experience compared to other dispensaries.

This  place is nice don't get me wrong, but definitely false advertisement!  It says that they close at 10 pm but when you get to the location after 9:40 pm they tell you that they are closed, just adjust your hours to the time you guys close then. Just saying

The customer service is questionable. The fact that you sold me a product that doesn't work & then offered me a 20% discount on another product is just hilarious. Everything is severely over priced & then what you purchase for $45 isn't refundable even though the battery dude well before the concentrate was even half gone? Really? You call yourself a reputable business? This was the first and last time I will ever set foot in your establishment. If you don't plan on refunding people for product that don't work then don't stock shitty products.

Quite possibly the worse customer service I've ever gotta at the cash register the girls hella chatty won't shut up then complain about how they hate "small talk" with customers. I don't know if that's appropriate talk for at work or on the floor especially I won't be back

This is a relatively new place that's been open for 3 weeks now.   They have a nice selection of all products in most its forms/uses. I really liked everything I saw and the selection was  of quality. They had several items I hadn't seen and I grabbed a few of those as well.   The staff is friendly, but there were too many of them standing around waiting for customers. Very eager to help you, but I think they should let the first time customers look around and be available for questions or assistance. It was a little overwhelming trying to looks around and having someone asking you questions almost non stop.   After the order was placed,  I waited around in the store in a random spot away from the other 3 individuals waiting and few other customers looking around. It took awhile to get the order and I'm not sure if there was system issues but a designated area for customers to wait would be good.   Overall, I will likely come back and see what's going on with this new business.

This was my first time ever at a dispensary. I had a pretty good first experience. I was greeted by every single person that I walked by. It is a nice place. You do not have to wear a mask in here. Some staff members are not wearing masks. If you are not comfortable with that, do not come here. I still wear my mask so I made sure that the person that was helping me was wearing a mask as well.First off, I do not smoke weed but I do use cbd rubs religiously. They have a few to choose from. I bought a muscle freeze and a pain cream. Since it was my first time coming here, I received 15% off my entire purchase and a pre-roll for $1 (which I will be giving to a friend).When I got home I tried both of the rubs and they worked in 10 minutes. They're great I love them! I will be coming back here for all of my cbd cream needs.Just an FYI there's a sliding glass door that you enter through and a door in the side that you exit through.

I'm always ordering for delivery from local clubs off Weedmaps so I was hella excited to find out that Union City finally has their first dispensary! So dope Came by for my first visit and ordered online for pick up. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The store looks amazing and very high end. I even got a $1 preroll promo for being a new customer and 20% off my entire order for being an early bird! Pro-tip: If you order between 9-10am you get 20% everything.. and that's on everyday, periodtttt. Great experience, love the club, even more perfect that it's down the street from home. Definitely will be a regular!

This is a nice new shiny location easily located in the East Bay. Their sale prices are higher on their sale day for edibles which is called "Medicinal Mondays". The second bag of edibles is not as cheap as other local dispensaries.As a disabled person who patrons this new location, I noticed there are no seats for those who need them while they wait for their order. Garden of Eden has them conveniently located right in the front lobby. Since we have to wait for our order which it has taken me up to 5 minutes, it's a huge impact while standing. Maybe add a chair or two for those who have disabilities who patron your location.

Big thing for me is the ability to examine flowers before a purchase. Which, since being legalized, 99% of dispos have moved away from allowing you to examine the product you're going to buy. Other than that, the prices are good and the location is great. I hope this place continues to allow examining of flowers before purchase.

Nice dispensary, everything is organized and easy to find. Great customer service as well.Only thing is I bought a big chief cart & was told it's a great value & no leaking or anything like that. But when I opened it all the oil was leaked out. I like in Sacramento so it's a bummer Bc I can't just over there and see about an exchange.
