It's a nice place, my experience in and out real quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I visited this dispensary for the first time a few days ago. I was happy to know that I could go inside and order/pickup, in light of current protocol. Security greeted me at the door and was friendly and helpful. Another staff member chatted me up, held the doors open for me and then, once I was inside the shop, shouted out to the rest of the staff present, "We've got a first timer here!"I just smiled under my mask and chuckled, but really I was put off. Being singled out is not something that many people visiting dispensaries want, and this was just weird. I'm a seasoned pro in terms of cannabis. I work for an e-commerce cannabis company based on the west coast, and I've got my wits about me in regard to product. This just wasn't cool. The menus are small, laminated pieces of paper that are placed away from the counter, so whenever you want to look at the menu and then order, you have to walk away from the counter, look at this tiny menu, and then walk back to the counter or shout through your mask what you want. Totally inconvenient. Last but not least, I bought a bunch of stuff: concentrates, vapor, edibles, and prerolls. One of the prerolls I purchased, Crescendo (strain name), smoked terribly. Uneven burn, much wasted flower and time. For $15, this was one of the worst purchased prerolls I've ever smoked. If I could, I would ask for my money back. On the positive side, the budtender who helped me was friendly. That's a plus, I guess. Overall, I can't say that I will visit this dispensary again, nor will I recommend it to friends or colleagues.

Very well run ordering procedure and the product is great. I'm very pleased that they have set up shop in our area and are using a very professional building to sell their product. I can't wait to visit the inside of their operations once that is allowable.

I've been here once since my original review. This time I did get what I paid for so I'm upgrading to 2 stars.Only 2 stars because someone from 253 replied to my review privately and told me that their scales are indeed calibrated and that they are customer facing. They aren't. I could see the weight if I stood on my tip toes and leaned over the counter, but I wouldn't call that customer facing. I'm also somewhat concerned with the amount of reviews that have been flagged by yelp. There are six of them, all from accounts with no other reviews. The first is from someone who works there. Hmm. Not fishy at all.

I took my first trip out there to check them out last week and got a couple choice buds, upon entering I was greeted by the sweetest guy who welcomed me and my wife there was a huge dope fish tank... I dig fish We went in to a big "show room" there was a case in the middle of the room with different nuggs on display which you could ask them to smell a sample of if you want. The Budtenders were super nice and helpful with a lot of knowledge of there product, I wish I could have checked out the other bud there partners had for sale but it was all closed up so no clue what the other bud is like Can't wait to go back! Secret stash and kerosene were great buds!!!!

Highly recommend! Visited 253 Farmacy for the first time recently and had a great experience. I purchased a pre-roll and vape cart and both products were amazing! Prices weren't the lowest but it was worth it! The staff was helpful and nice! The dispensary was also very clean. I definitely recommend everyone to check out 253 Farmacy!

Love this place! Great selection of products, super clean, and friendly, knowledgeable team members. Prices are exactly what I expected for Massachusetts and no more expensive than other local dispensaries. 10/10 recommend!

Alright everyone- I literally have never in my life posted a review but this experience had me so blown away I just had to take five minutes to give a very gracious nod of recognition. I came back up north after being in Florida for years and checked out various dispensaries on my drive up and once I was in the NE region. Out of the thirteen dispensaries I have been to and additional four in Colorado this surpasses them all. Ordering was so efficient and easy, literally was a total breeze in comparison to some others and the text alerts were prompt and accurate- legit RIGHT on time to the second. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and modern - I think they are putting a big fish tank in the lobby too?- it has this sleek, modern, chic feel while tipping a hat in direction of nature. From the gentleman at the front desk who was so friendly and laid back- unlike some of the others I have been to where they sometimes have a bit of an attitude- it was just very welcoming and warm like you were going to an old friend's house. But everyone- the ladies in the back are what sealed the deal for me. SUPER friendly and knowledgable. Literally they were able to completely inform me as to the legalities of the region (I asked since I just relocated back) and were quite frankly just easy to chat with. If I hadn't had to go to an appointment I think I would have found myself caught up in conversation. They have the cutest little glass pieces (I got one myself) and its was SO clean in there. By far the cleanest one I have ever been to. PLEASE if you are 420 friendly or medicinal give these ladies your business because they have a setup and model they are running that puts a lot of others to shame and I would love to see them dominate in this market.

This was only the 2nd dispensary I have been to. The first one I would rate 0 stars. I purchased 4 different strands and all taste like they hadn’t been flushed. So then I went to 253 and I will never waste my time going anywhere else. I’ve tried close to 10 different strands. All tasted great, looked great, and we’re potent(if you like that). Everyone was super nice. 0 complaints?
