I have only been in there twice. Both times I got stuck with the same girl who was one of the worst people I have ever had in customer service . She didn't want to answer my questions, I figure because a line had developed and she didn't have time for a "newbie". It's a shame though because I have good money to spend and now I am willing to drive much further for a much nicer person to help me.  New people don't stay new. I was just wanting to try other products then the first time to see what I liked best. NOT a way to run your business.

If your older than a certain age...you have old people parking up front...not a fan.  Prices and the product are no better than anywhere else, with the 40% (or so) taxes going back to the reservation.  The product I got was so,so...first visit the clerk...bud tender did not know her product.  All in all hohum...

Don't tip your budtenders because they don't receive their tips. The management takes them and hides them away. Presumably to cook the books. Super yucky operation.

I would rate this dispensary 0 stars if I could. Worst dispensary in Washington state, they're extremely over priced with low quality bud and a horrible customer service.

The employees are always so friendly and happy to help. I love this shop bc they make each purchase personal and comfortable. I never want to go anywhere else. It honestly makes my day whenever Matthew Brown is helping me out because I'm telling you, the guy knows what I want! His customer service is excellent and I love to see him smile, you can see it even though he's wearing the mask!

I came 2 mins after close and they turned me away. The lady came to the door before it was locked and locked it.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They act as though they don't want you to look around. We walked in and everything is dark and hard to see. Seems like products are hidden and they are not jumping up to help or talk with you. It seemed like we needed to know exactly what we needed or there wasn't much they could help us with. Sad because the outside looks amazing; exactly why we wanted to go in... The place has the potential of being awesome.

I really do love this place the products are grate the people are vary helpful and they take really good care of us during these hard times. Thank you tulalip remedy and thank you tulalip tribe for caring.

During these hard times I know people are stressed but the customer service here in unacceptable. Make sure you check your pick up order before you step away. If you realize you got the incorrect item and already walked to your car in the parking lot it's too late and will not be refunded.

Great selection, staff has zero knowledge of product.  I confused them by asking if a hybrid product was sativa or Indica dominant. When I say confused they had to ask me what I meant?

Sweet and attentive staff.  Large and open with several displays and a good selection.  I told the girl who helped me what I was looking for and what my budget was, she provided a selection of products for me to chose from and offered personal preferences when I had a hard time choosing (which turned out to be excellent advice).  Convenient location, standard pricing.  I will be back soon.

I like going in and talking to chill people, and learning about different brands and products...this is not the experience you will get here. We were spending over 200 and the gal acted like she was annoyed we were talking to her. She even stopped mid transaction to talked to people/family that came into the store. The facility is beautiful, they have a lot of decent deals, and interesting brands but I would recommend it for loyalty perks or customer service, apparently that's not their thing.

This shop was amazing! Super clean and nice. The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is they have hidden characters in the murals on the wall to find. Look for the Sasquatch!!!!!

I've visited this store three times, and the first two times were quite different. In the beginning, they had budtenders take your order, which was then filled by a cashier, for whom you had to wait in line to pay. Additionally, the flower was kept in their climate controlled room so you had to wait for someone back there to hand it through a window to the cashier as well. That's all changed. Now flower is on display all over the store so your budtender can prepare your purchase and also act as your cashier, making the wait time far more reasonable. That being said, prices are on par with, or better than most Everett stores, which is good news, because stores in Arlington and Smokey Point run high. Pun intended. ;-) If you're not a high end pot snob (pun for fun), they have $25 / 7gram deals on various strains of medium quality flower. They also have some higher end bud at reasonable prices. My experiences have been totally positive, engaging with educated, friendly staff, in a beautiful store (you need to see it, trust me), with quick and easy access right off of I-5 very near the Tulalip Wal-Mart exit, and decent prices on flower. I've yet to try any other products so I cannot attest to their quality to price ratio. I am not affiliated with the store in any way other than being a satisfied customer, but I think they ought to give me a discount for this raving review. LOL The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they need more products, and getting on Leafly.com would also be helpful. The store is very new though, so that could all change. If one thing is clear, they care about customer satisfaction as evidenced by the complete revamping of their original setup.

Would definitely recommend to go to another dispensary. Over priced for items that are 5-10$ cheaper at other local dispensaries. They only give discounts to natives which is ridiculous. Have to spend $1000 just to get 40% off lol. Waste of time and money I would strongly recommend local roots.

While this is a brand new store, with security clearly being their top priority,  they forgot all about the connoisseur, as well as the every day consumer. Upon entering Remedy, you are greeted by someone who verifies your age. (Standard) For a larger store, they are lacking in displays. You can't see that many products, harvest or best by dates,  chemicals used, or any prices....all information people want to know before buying and consuming cannabis. Their set up is weird too. You tell a person with a tablet what you want. They order via the tablet. (And you wait...and wait some more) You then pay for your order at a separate cashier and receive a receipt with your order # on top. Guess whatcha did next? Waited some more while someone in back puts together your order. When the order is ready, it's put through a hole in the wall like a piss test at the doc's office. They call your # and you pick up your gift bag of goods at the opposite end of the counter. You never get to check out your smoke BEFORE paying for it. Remedy has also adopted their own regulations in Cannabis. They are charging 46% tax, when all other recreational stores charge about 31%. That alone is enough for this seasoned stoner and medicinal user to never return or send business their way. The fact that their products aren't quality plays a part too.

Way over priced and doesn't carry many good brands. Been here 3 different occasions with each experience reinforcing why this is my least favorite dispensary. 3 times is enough for me, I will not be returning that's for sure.

Great experience. Juan was the sales associate.  He was friendly and knowledgable. Will be a repeat customer.

NOT RECOMMENDED***** Bunch of dumb bitches. Came and got 2 cartridges told they were each $15 and on sale (CBD Canna - Tsu) originally $35 for a half g. $50 for a full g. Once I got to checkout the total was like $90 and I'm like so you just told me they were on sale, lady said oh I'm so sorry appears they're not. Cool. Could've told me that before check out. Get your shit together! On top of that I'm in the parking lot and a dumb ass employee comes out and let's us know that they called the cops for some altercation that had nothing to do with us so the cops were swarming our area made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Moral of the story. This place fucking blows! No wonder it's a 1 star dispensary. Over priced as well. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Doesn't let anyone in the store, and it is currently raining, and they were trying to make 5 people stand outside in the rain..... only dispo in the damn state that does this. Don't come here. Waste of time and money.

So, I use to LOVE going here. I was a very frequent customer until about a little over a week ago. Basically long story short they f***ed me over off my 20% off coupon that you need to get 500 points to get. I had a screenshot of the barcode I was given, and who I am assuming was the manager tried to tell me I was trying to scam them or whatever because it was a screenshot. There was a confirmation number and a barcode. As well as the time and date it expires. The guy refused to try and scan the bar code or to try and enter the confirmation number. So by this point I was just frustrated to the point where I was holding back tears. So they pretty much lost my business so I'm either quitting or finding a new store. Don't bother with coupons there cause they'll just fuck you over in order to prevent you from saving money, despite how frequent of a customer you are.

Terrible service. They are currently doing online order only. I accidentally ordered a pax  cartridge, instead of regular. I noticed when I got to my car. They refused to exchange it even though it's in the box sealed. said they would take it back only if defective. They then said they've been telling everyone to check their bags... I tell them they didn't tell me that, but they didn't care. I was a regular customer and would consider myself a generous tipper. I won't be back to this place. The quality of their products isn't actually that great, I really came here cuz it's close to home. The prices are on the high side, so I can't say I'll miss this place. Also got soaking wet standing in the rain to wait in line since no one can go inside.

They do not serve individuals that have Medical mask exemptions, even thought the current mandate has specific provisions for those with medical exemptions.anywho, Cascade Kropz up in Marysville does service those with medical exemptions, so I took my business there!:)

The men here verbally and sexually harass women and it's not okay. It's an average run-of-the-mill pot shop, however, I've had it with their unprofessional treatment toward my wife. This is now the third or fourth time she has said she went to pick up an order (alone) and she's felt uncomfortable by comments made by the staff. I can't recommend going here at all and I only feel for the many other women that have been put in a similar situation. Go to Buds Garage or PRC Arlington, either are far better shops than this sleazy cesspool.

Sometimes good deals, sometimes long lines because customers ask 1000 questions. Dude at the door tells false information on the deals of the day. Super high taxes.

The last THREE times I've been here they have been rude!They also continue to deny me a 10% discount off my full priced products when I have my medical card and there was no problem giving it to me previously. I will not be back and it's a shame because I try to support tribal businesses. I'll take my business to other reservations I suppose.

After reading some of these reviews my only conclusion is, you can't please everyone and some of y'all have some weird issues. Remedy is convenient, close and their staff are adorable! Seriously people, complaining about parking for the elderly?! Grow up! 5/5 highly recommend *chefs kiss*

This establishment is awesome all the stuff are polite and wonderful and caring. You have the ease of ordering online and not even having to go into the store. you have the ease of going into the store and choosing what you want. The associates are their to help you with products, needs & sales. They also have a point/reward system. The shop is spacious & social distancing is easy. They have elderly parking. I would recommend this place to anybody in the area that needs to visit a shop as well as travelers.

These guys are pretty good people! Right up there with the people at The Vault in Silvana! Much love to all weed stores but this one is for the awesome staff at Remedy

I frequent here every payday! There is always new products coming in and out, as well as some of my favorite brands staying in stock (canna organics and buddies!) They always have discounts, I’m always getting additional discounts from earning points and my online order is always ready when I drive up. Guys at the door are always friendly when checking my ID too great staff!

If you’re going to Tulalip Remedy and you want great customer service and someone who is knowledgeable in all areas of product then you need to ask for or wait for Bailee… Once you get to know her she remembers you and already knows what you’re after when you walk in the door, if a product is not all that great she will for sure let you know and wouldn’t recommend something that she wouldn’t buy herself. I recommend Tulalip Remedy for all your cannabis needs, they have nice product, some nice deals on certain days and the rewards system comes in handy when you build up enough points to use the rewards.
