I only went here cause the best one got raided. I won't be back.  The help is rude & snobby , crappy selection, low inventory.  Don't recommend & won't return.

By far the best dispensary ive been too yet!  Rose and the staff at weedway is super friendly, chill and very knowledgeable of the products they offer at weed way!  Always have good deals and cute smiles!   I refer my friends to them and I highly recommend them to anyone as well!!

This place is great, great customer service! The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable so far. The only negative in my opinion is the parking, as a single female, at night it can be a little sketchy in the back.

You want to make sure you know what exactly that you need and want before you come into this place. You will also need to make sure to check the products before you walk out the door. I spent about 20 minutes telling the person helping me that I wanted crumble. I've pretty sure I said at least 10 times. Once I got home and opened the product, I was given a live resin sauce. I don't have the products to use live resin sauce. You will not ever be able to return your product even if you just walk out to the parking lot and made sure you had the correct stuff. Thankfully, Sabrina is amazing and awesome and knew exactly what the products were and what they did. Sabrina is very knowledgeable about the products in the store and is able to really help you. Whoever helped me before that was not aware or familiar with the difference between crumble and live resin sauce. Be careful... Also make sure you shop around. I found many products in other places that were over $30-$50 less than this store.

How an owner of a company treats customers can really make or break a business, and can make the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star review.Well, I am happy to report that this ended up being a 5 star review thanks to the owner. There was a situation involving a possible miscommunication about a deal that would have completely soured me on the business if it had been left unresolved.I am so glad that the owner resolved it. I got my deal. I donated and got wonderful products that help me sleep through the night. I am happy with the wonderful White Penguin chocolates that I was able to get here.This dispensary has lots of variety of available products from tons of different edibles (White Penguin organic chocolates mentioned above, and of course the edibles most places seem to carry like Kiva chocolates and Korova products) to by the gram, and everything in between. They run different deals all the time too, and sometimes have events with visiting companies to introduce different products.And even their regular donation amounts are pretty nice. And as mentioned above, they are nice to their patients.The only negative for me is the long drive to get there, but if I am getting a bunch each time, it is worth it. If they were located closer to me, I would definitely come a lot more often, but location is location, and not something that is likely to change. This dispo is the absolute bomb!! Such nice ladies behind the counter and just a chill atmosphere. Always recommend the absolute dankest bud and remember the shit you like for next time. Weed way is dope, plain and simple.

By far the most uncomfortable business i have been into in a long time. The workers are angry and rude and the whole thing feels set up like a scam. They made me pay cash and would not give me a receipt

My first time... Absolutely top shelf dispensary experience!!! There were two women budtenders in the service area both of whom were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Bud and go-withs are prepackaged but fresh and visible within; bag lists harvest date, pack date, use by date, and THC and cannabinoid percentages. Oh, and no BS: If staff hadn't tried a product they said so.A five-star experience, so... five stars!

Great shop. Friendly folks who want to help. I found them to be customer focused. Would go back when in the area.

I used this place for a couple of years. Then I began having problems with the products they sold. Disposable vape pens by Bloom would clog repeatedly, sometimes becoming unusable while 80% of the oil still remained in the pen. Their response? A shrug. They stopped selling Bloom products, but didn't offer the customer any refund or replacement. Most recently, I bought a package of chocolate-based edibles and, when I opened them a few weeks later, every piece was crawling with mold. Their response? $10 off another package of edibles. But the moldy ones cost $26. These people do not stand behind their products. Avoid them.

At first, when all the dispensaries in Tujunga closed down, it was a sad day for many of us...but do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Jess and Rose are both dope af and hella knowledgeable of their merch......if you want to be hooked up, ask these beautiful ladies about "Mr. Sexy Guy".

This is my neighborhood store. it's friendly and I go there often. However, employees without masks and no screens or distancing efforts at all show disregard for the safety of employees and customers during the pandemic. I probably won't be back for a while.

Awesome service great staff!! First time going into cannabis dispensary for medicinal purposes I got nothing but awesome help from V , she was very helpful in explaining the different strands and what the purposes are . Worst service, doesn't store concentrates in refrigerator makes product taste terrible. Sells old product. Vendors should not sell to this retailer, ruins branding. Horrible customer service, yells at you if you try to exchange and blames it on their "system".

I  Have never been to a cannabis store before but when my father-in-law got cancer we figured it was time to try out some natural remedies This place was very highly recommended and now I know why the staff was very knowledgeable and the owner took time out to help my father-in-law get exactly what he needed.Thank you to the owner and to the staff for making a difficult time so much easier on us.
