This new location is awesome! Right off the highway with a lot of parking. The budtenders are all super friendly, and definitely know their product.

Jared was my bud tender and I have to say coming here for the first time was excellent choice. He instantly made me feel welcomed by talking about my Belize passport and how he went there on his honey moon. Super nice place. Super clean. And great service will definitely visit when I'm in town again!

As a regular at their Belmont location, I was definitely stoked to hear they were opening up a location so close to Thousand Acres. Stopped in today for their soft opening and wow. Not only is the interior stunning, but the selection is on point -- as expected for Tetra. Amazing flower, pre-rolls, edibles, etc. I could go on all day, but I think I've said all I need to say. 10/10 would recommend visiting if you're in the area!

Very expensive, pretty, and well lit.   However not my kind of store and not worth the effort to find the place.   Nice billboard however.

Was hesitant to visit this new dispensary for having frequented a different one for so long but from the moment we stepped foot into the establishment we were greeted with a smile and professionalism that was very inviting. We were made to feel right at home and welcome. Both Jared and Gabe were very knowledgeable and informative with all the questions we had for them. We learned alot about the ever changing kush world! Both employees were no nonsense no pressure salesmen. Just full of all the right things important for what we wanted to achieve with their product. Prices are no arguing about and they will make it worth your hard earned dollar. Very clean and fresh air feeling inside the show room. Other things for sale besides product which is a plus. Definately found this to be our new dispensary to invest our money in. Thanks alot Jared and Gabe for keeping it real!

Wonderful, clean, friendly, amazing staff and has amazing flower! Jared is usually the when I go and he is super helpful and knowledgeable. Never packed and has prompt service,  reward system is awesome too.

Great Cannabis we loved stopping in there on our way back to Tacoma, the bud tender knew his buds inside and out

Loved the way they ran during covid. They brought a huge mason jar to the hole in the plexiglas separating employees from the customers, and let me smell all the flower I was interested in. It was so hard to decide because everything I smelled was weed heaven. I chose a flower that was so tasty and 30% thc, for only $30 for 8th oz. The employees were over the top nice to me, with excellent recommendations for my  selections. Can't wait to visit again.

Great vibe! Clean and easy to shop. Helpful staff too! Saw some new product I hadn't seen in other places. Worth checking out.

Been a fan of Tetra for a while, and was absolutely blown away with this store. Very clean aesthetic inside, and the staff was incredibly helpful and in tune with what I was looking for. The prices on all of their products was reasonable, their vast selection of flower and pre-rolls is fantastic, and their books section is really cool (they had a bunch of hiking guides specific to the columbia river gorge area, and lots of other great literature to choose from).Will definitely be coming back regularly, as this is on my commute to and from work!

Last year I called them and I asked them if deliver in troutdale and guy told me that they were going to get delivery service in troutdale they lie to me ????

Only despensary I'll go to, the best staff, and the best quality bud you'll find in Troutdale OR Gresham. The prices are great too.

Drove out hoping to check this place out but there parking lot is fenced off so there's no way to get in. Tried to call a couple times but no one answered the phone. Their website says that they're supposed to be open until 8pm tonight...

Excellent prices and customer service. They always offer the best deal and are very kind to please. I always leave a happy customer.

I've had nothing but friendly experiences here, but today was special. The iconic Karen came in behind me, yelling at the employees there for one of them being rude, and then yelled "My Husband is the Mayor of Troutdale!!". That's some grade A Karening right there, and the employees were still composed and professional about it (I wasn't, Karens need to be called out, always and viciously) I hope that the Mayor of Troutdale is informed of and stumbles across this review because this is a great business, and your wife is throwing around your name as if it somehow matters! Keep up the professionalism Tetra, you guys are awesome.
