Chrissy gave me the time and effort to have an experience I felt the need to write about. It was special and I will be back.

I was in there on Monday and got a quarter of pacific stone with my wisdom discount it was 49 next day on what happened to be my birthday I go back for same but all they had was eighths but for the same price so I get that and another quarter for 60 and she charges me 125. Not thinking I pay her and get home and realize it was to much so watch your addition because they don't seem to

I've been a customer at smart cannabis for years and it's the only shop I ever go to. It's not massive and doesn't look like an apple store like some of the mainstream dispensaries. But what it may lack in a aesthetics it makes up for by having a massive collection of top shelf quality products. And a team of budtenders who actually know what they're talking about and care about the getting the customers the experience they're looking for. Erin helped me out last and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. Chrissy is amazing, max is awesome, Sara rules, the whole team and anyone I might be forgetting knows what they're doin. Ani the manager is the goat. Definitely check this shop out and see what's good

When asking about a gummy, the staff member suggested one and put the container on the counter.  I wanted to read the ingredients but was told not to touch the container.  Thought that was strange.  He also said that the gummies were scored to easily cut in half.  He was wrong there are no score marks.  And since there is a no return policy I can't get my money yet back.  They also seem to act like you are wasting their time.  Be wary of this place,  there are so many better dispensaries.

Everyone in here is always friendly and so incredible helpful, including Mia who assisted me the last time I was in. Always a vast selection and there's changing specials and promotions, which is a great way to try new products and save a little cash.  Can't recommend enough!

Nikki and Annie are always great - very knowledgeable and knowing of when stock is coming in! Always great here!

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is lame.  I stopped in to try a new dispensary in my area. My first time in I got a brand new bud tender who didn't seem to know what she was doing. I ended up walking out of there paying $45 for 1 g. ONE GRAM... what shit.I *THOUGHT* I was getting an 1/8th for what I was paying. I am so disappointed and won't be going back.

As a aging athlete, I appreciate the highly Informed and  professional staff at The Smart Collective. Their location is convenient but  Delivery is available.  Their expert staff are Compassionate and efficient. I suffer from numerous sports injuries, painful rehabilitation and surgeries. Periodic pain is my norm . I'm grateful for their helpful effective and  economical suggestions.

Lindsey helped me navigate through all the choices that i had never seen before. She didn't know it but i was so car sick and in pain from a shoulder injury that the horrible doctor next door treated me for. I was also facing a 45 minute car ride home that i wasn't looking forward to. With her help i made it home without throwing up in the Lyft drivers car. She was such a help to this OG and i truly appreciated it.  Thanks Lindsey!

For the location, I expected it to be a little nicer than it was. Kind of gives off a sketchy vibe. Maybe it's just me, but the staff didn't seem too eager to help either. It's been a minute since I went there, so I'm hoping it's improved recently, but for whatever it's worth - I haven't been back and not in any hurry to. Not saying to go, or not go, there, but it's definitely not one of the more welcoming and accomodating dispensaries in the area that I have experienced so far.

This is a secret gem!  They are always friendly, the dispensary is clean and they uphold the Covid guidelines. It is never overly-crowed with people waiting in a packed room.  SMART CANNABIS is the perfect neighborhood store with a wonderful selection, a knowledgable staff and a safe environment.   I hope that the NOHO Community supports this terrific local business!

I went to this shop for the Thursday special .I came in with my friend I'm a first time patient.So the deal is 16 Dollors and 75 cent for an 8th . Plus I was to get a first time patient gift .. So my friend he got the 8th for $16.75 however I was charged 19 Dollors for the samething !!! Then when I questioned why I was told we don't give refunds and I can't get an exchange and a lot of BS !!!And going back and forth with me I never left the counter and I was told basically to take what I was given and be ok with it !!! So I had to really get upset just so I could get my money back to walk out with no deal no weed !!!!Horrible customer service and They LIE right to your Face !!! I don't recommend anyone go there ... And The Girls are Embarrassing and Ugly !!!!

Great place to get my meds. The security guard always checks temperature of everyone coming in and also make sure only a few people are in for safe distancing . My first time there I was set up quickly and assisted by Chrissy who got me exactly what I asked for. She even hooked me up with a lighter. I asked to buy one but none were available. I've been back a few more times and never disappointed. Overall great service.

Reposting review now cleansed of language deemed offensive to the tech overlords:I visited Smart Collective in Toluca Lake this morning for the first time and departed a very satisfied customer. Smart Collective is a humble dispensary, located inconspicuously in the hallway of a single story Toluca Lake office building. Inside the nondescript suite a very clean and spare waiting room accommodates patients while a security guard processes paperwork. The dispensary interior is also clean and orderly and the store's abundant wares are admirably organized and displayed there in a very limited amount of space.Smart Collective's cases and shelves are well-lit and clean and the spruce and luminous room radiates a feeling of contentedness, warmth, and positivity. My budtender, Annie, was very friendly, very attentive, answered all my questions and made sure my order was correct. She happily checked stock and prices for me and thoughtfully calculated what the total would be with my 15% first-time patient discount so that I could decide whether to add anything else to the order. Smart Collective hosts an impressive selection of cannabis extracts including more than a few priced to fit modest budgets. I picked up a gram of Crown Oil live resin sugar (King's Kush) and two half-grams of Crown Oil shatter (God's Gift & Orange Cookies) as well as a gram Stiiizy pod (OG Kush). Smart Collective had what I needed, the whole experience was a joy and I departed in great spirits. It is most reassuring to know that there are some great folks working in the cannabis industry. These good people - and I hope to be one of them soon enough - are giving their all in support of a successful, legal, safe cannabis industry. In the mean time, the upside for me is being blessed to live near the NoHo, Toluca Lake, Burbank nexus where there are abundant local dispensaries like Smart Collective dedicated to providing safe, legal cannabis products. Each dispensary with its own charm, selection, pricing, discounts, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Life is good!Big thanks to Annie & the crew at Smart Collective for a superlative cannabis buying experience today!! Looking forward to my next visit. :)

Quick and convenient, Adrian was super helpful in suggesting vape cartridges for me! They take debit cards with a $3 fee.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I just purchased a $60 vaper pen cartridge that was damaged IN THEIR STORE and the manager refused to exchange it for one that's NOT damaged. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!! She says it was ME who let it get hot. TOTAL LIE!! I purchased it, put it in my purse and drove straight home. Less than a 3 minute drive. NO HEAT!!!

I visited in April and the staff was very friendly and professional. They listened to my request for an edible for sleep and pain issues and they had exactly what I needed.

Loveeee this place! Very affordable and always offering deals. They always are bumping the tunes. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. They also will add in free stuff if you refer someone or it's your first time here. I'm bummed other people had such different experiences! I HIGHly (see what I did there's recommend you trying this place.I've been to other places in Hollywood and Weho and it's ten times the prices , everyone's always rude, and they have less of a selection.

I'd love to give 0 stars to this place, I've never met people so rude like the short girl that has been ridiculously unprofessional. And it happened so many times. But now basta. It wasn't a surprise to see this place has only 2 stars. Get rid of the short girl, she is bringing you business down to the gutter, and I am sure she doesn't care. I'll never come back until she is gone. Smoke a bow and keep you problems at home. Like Melo N's  review says. "Ghetto staff rude mostly".

I'm bummed to see such a low rating for this place. Every time I go the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm in and out in a matter of minutes. They carry the best products and sell them for cheaper than a lot of the other places I've been to. They have deals all week too! I don't go anywhere else now. I highly recommend visiting and judging for yourself.

Wrote the bottom part of my review before I realized they are selling FAKE licensed edibles and cannabis. See the photos of the packages side by side, the real are the opened grey bag and the green unopened is the fake from this dispensary. Closest to my house so I'm sure I'll be back but by far the most annoying shop in the area. If I have to wear a mask the staff better be wearing one too. 2 girls working right now walking around eating pizza with their masks off, pretty sure that's against LA county's health and safety order. Also the guard following me, the one and only person in there around to make sure I stay behind their 10 foot away red line but not caring about the unmasked staff is pretty hypocritical and possibly a legal liability for the shop owner.

I love buying my weed from Smart Cannabis. It's within walking distance of my home, it's woman owned and managed,  and budtender Krissy (Chrissy?) absolutely takes care of me with her recommendations each visit.  All of the budtenders are friendly, professional and helpful. The shop has a great selection of different brands and their special offers are fantastic.

First time but won't be returning. The girl at front desk stated cash or debit but didn't say you would be charged to use it! Didn't give anything free as a first time patient and quoted the wrong prices to what they had pricing on their website. I feel the bud tenders don't really know product. Not bad product but I have had better.

This place is great, staff is very helpful especially for newbies like me. Erin was incredibly kind and accommodative.

I had really big hopes for this store as I understand it is woman-owned and that's a tough space to be in cannabis. However, the experience from start to finish was a disaster. First, their budtenders think (LOLOLOL) that "INDICA" is a STRAIN. Uh, hello, maybe if you are going to sell cannabis, you should know what it is. I died laughing in the store. If they are saying that, lord knows what else they are saying to people who aren't experienced. That actually can be dangerous. Also, this store engages in illegal marketing activity. They signed me up for a text list without my permission - ILLEGAL. I told them when I gave my number, they were NOT allowed to send texts. They ignored that. Then, on the text, they don't have anywhere to opt out. That is ALSO illegal. If this store can't get cannabis OR the law right, what on else are they doing?  I only hope the cannabis they are selling is actually legal. They clearly don't seem to care. When I called to have myself removed from the list, the manager/owner (whatever) said that there WAS an opt out on the text and argued. Text is here with the photo. So she lied or she doesn't know what her own texts say.  Nope.  So many other better places (MMD, PacLA, etc) that also have better prices and don't do illegal marketing. Oh and the budtenders at those places (especially MMD) actually know what a strain is. LOLZ.

I absolutely love this place. Great find thanks to my niece!!! They always have great deals & wait for it...when you receive a text from them jump for joy! Best deals in town. This must be a GREAT place to work. Everyone is always very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. Been here a few times & Sweet Charlotte usually helps me.  I love that she always makes AWESOME recommendations. She is also very honest. I moved & this is not the closest dispensary, but I make the drive. Especially when I'm in the mood to try something new, I always come here. I know I will get good service & great recommendations. It's always cool to see Charlotte. Even when I'm feeling down. I'm a cancer patient and in constant pain. Charlotte is very encouraging & I always leave feeling better!!! Forever customer!!! This place is amazing. Every single person that's helped me when I go to pick up my online orders has been SOOO sweet and helpful and they always have a great attitude. Can't say enough good things!

After moving to California from a lifetime spent in the south, cannabis is a new frontier to me. I've been to a lot of stores in the LA area but have never felt more welcome than I did here. Top notch service from knowledgeable people mixed with great prices...I'll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend to EVERYONE!

Definitely my new favorite place!! Bud tender was by far one of the sweetest and most informed I’ve come across in LA!! Simple small place with a bunch of product for all kinds of vibes. Quick and easy service with some great deals and 20% ftp... pure awesome!!

This is a great dispensary! They are super accommodating; One of their employees Mia was really helpful and made I got exactly what I was looking for! Also great bang for your buck options. Definitely making this my regular spot!
