The BEST dispensary in town! The staff is friendly and The security guards are cool! Love the new location

This place was terrible! They only had one Sativa, (kinda) it was not a sativa it was a 1:1. They had a very limited supply, like 5 strains total, all indica and they tried to give me some line about a "national shortage", however, the other dispensaries seem to be doing just fine providing the products their customers are looking for. This place was a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE If you're looking for quality. The weed I ended up settling for was trash. I will not go back!

Great place! Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I think only people with a bad attitude are the ones leaving faulty stars! This place is excellent!

We were in the are so we figured to try this dispo and they were pretty great. Customer service is fast considering that they had a long line waiting outside.

Great place, great people great bud. The only thing is don't get the pre-rolls. No way it's a full gram.

This place is garbage. Security Gaurd thinks he can belittle anyone cus he probably takes steroids. Gotta pay a dollar before you go in if you don't have a mask although I am vaccinated make that make sense. The audacity they can upsell a mask they should take that dollar off every product on their shelf. This is just ridiculous. I will never come here again and neither will my close ppl. Also if your rec DO NOT EXPECT TO GET A DEAL THERE . I recommend harvest as they have 8 dollar pre rolls testing higher than what they sell for 12 bucks before taxes . It's a joke.

1st time going loved their 1st time patient deals, also they have pretty bomb flower and their carts are good they gave me a defective one but had no issue exchanging it. Would recommend coming here!

The product was kinda status quo. The presentation was blah. Probably one of the worst places to ever sling weed ever. Poor ass selection of just about everything.

Really awesome staff. They're so nice and tried to help explain a lot of things. I would definitely recommend this location for recreational uses.

Not sure what happened but they stop caring about their patients I literally spent 30 minutes waiting on the medical side while recreational for getting helped faster but I could even imagine. This is very disappointing I have been a customer since the old building but since they moved to the new building they stop caring about their patients go somewhere else if you have a medical marijuana card

This is the first dispensary I went to after getting my card and I find its still one of my all-round favorites!! Stellar service and supreme quality products  keep me coming back!

PLEASE read before going here . Cute modern place and the staff was very nice . I used the BOGO special bought a quarter and got free . 1/2 of the product was bottom shelf and half was top shelf . Before I left I commented that it looked dark brown and dry but the staff promised me that I would be happy with the product. Both strains were very dry , crumbly and had large stems. I weighed them all of the 4 eighths they all scaled ( weighed short ) They were 3.36, 3.16 , 3.3 and 3.41 .  There is no possible way this is an error ... it is a pattern . Now imagine they short every transaction a little Wow !!DO NOT spend your money . I am not sitting on 13 ( not 14) grams of untrimmed leafy dirty dry weed . Left message and have heard anything yet . The strains were blue lime pie and chem 4 . Their also is very low aroma ....staff swore the product was good .. so I am out 47.00 and have stank product . I promise you all the 5 star rating is because they give you a free pre-roll for a positive review !! Save your time . Yes I called them first to talk about it . No response yet

My first time here and I'll be honest I was thinking I was lost because it's behind a lot of warehouses. Staff was friendly and helpful but honestly after reading the review of being shorted it made me think crap and I'm a good one to get pulled over on as I am new to the scene. I don't think I was shorted in anyway but honestly I wouldn't have known it but I'll be better prepared next time. The prices seemed good product was good as well... all in all I'll come back just more on point next time

This is a great dispensary on the west side of the valley.  Little hidden gem! I absolutely love that they have covered parking at this facility too! what the heck..that's just crazy. nestled in an industrial area,  you walk in and are checked in a little differently than other facilities. it's great.  very open and the staff are super helpful.  they also do special events,  like movie night,  WHICH IS FREE!!! They just had their last five ffo the best but looking forward to that in the winter months things.  hello date night!!

I have been back to The Phoenix many times since my first review and I wanted to say they are the best.People are friendly, product selection is great, Tenders are knowledgable, and they have always treated me fair if I had any problems!Way to go Pheonix crew! You made me a loyal customer!P.S. They also have turned the music down... LOL

I had heard about this spot through a friend whose immersed his life in the Marijuana industry.  I was not disappointed.  It's a bit of a drive for folks who do not live on the west side, but well worth your time.Pulled up to an excellent location, very clean and after being buzzed in was greeted by two women who were in excellent moods.  Nothing worse than crappy employees to chase me away from a place, but these two ladies were obviously happy to be there.  Spliffany was my budtender and I am so pleased she was.  After a bit of conversation regarding my preferences her recommendations were spot on.  Kong and Super Lemon Haze are now good friends of mine!  tee hee.I was able to spin the wheel (think wheel of fortune - yea baby yea) and felt like a wee lass with my preroll for my next visit win.  The environment is amazing.  Huge selection which includes all you could ask for with mj, clothing and accessories.  The employees definitely made this one of my favorite dispensaries in the valley.  I will absolutely return, probably today, and highly recommend this to other card holders.

Walking in I immediately knew I made the right choice. The atmosphere was relaxed but open and inviting. The people there were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were well informed of their products and were extremely helpful if helping me choose the best options for me. With such an informative, and welcoming environment, this has been hands down the best experience I've ever had in any dispensary. The Phoenix has Great people, and great products!! Glad to see the city being represented right !

How do you tell a new first time patient that you are not allowing walk in? Only taking on line orders. But then tell that same patient that we open a new store tomorrow ten mins away that you can walk into like a deli? Mint, Reef,  Nirvana, PRC. These all are up to standards with keeping a facility in check and clean to allow customers to come in and view their product before purchasing. I will never return to this location or give my time to the new location.

Fast service, good flower! Always nice when I talk to the bartenders, good atmosphere.

Cool staff , good flowers if your on the west side give them a try. One of the few places I went that had real cookies

This is my favorite dispensary in the West valley.  I always leave happy.  Prices are great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, product is fire and the daily deals are awesome!  They literally have everything you might need and some other stuff that you might want

Some of the finest flower I've had in PHX! Their Pineapple Express is superior quality (when you can get it), and they have a great variety of concentrates and edibles as well. The Phoenix staff is friendly, and the shop features a clean, modern layout. Very progressive ownership, with great events and very compelling daily deals. Top notch!

Convenient location in the west valley awesome deals all week long. Customer service was excellent the staff very friendly and helpful fast process I was in and out I would definitely return and recommend to friends.  A variety of products on flower edible concentrates and nice prices

My first visit to this dispensary and the first thing I noticed was that once you enter the building, you are in the store. This is different from other dispensaries because there's no waiting area. Once you check in, you get in line. I love this method, as opposed to sitting in a waiting room and waiting to be called. I didn't feel like the wait was long because I was able to look at all the merchandise & with the great music playing in the background it appeared that little time passed before I was next. I forgot my bud tenders name but she had light blond hair & was super friendly. They also had menus, which is different from the other dispensaries I've visited. I liked this method better because it let me find exactly what I was looking for, as opposed to asking the bud tender a million questions. The deals are awesome. I went there specifically looking for a CBD topical for pain & sativa. They had a great variety & I feel like I walked out knowing about the products a little more in depth prior to purchase. I will definitely be back again.

The staff here welcome you like family and treat you the same. Cody, Drea, Reggie, Flash, Eric, Kevin, Spliff, Amanda, the list goes on and on. Every single employee there is amazing and well informed. I highly recommend this place.

This is the BEST dispensary!! Seriously not only is there stuff amazing buttttttttttt the environment and the STAFF are legitimately amazing which makes their products even better! They have such a variety of treats!! There flower is also amazing!! Leaving here always puts me in a better mood!! I have tons of allergies and their bud tender Vanessa is so knowledgeable and just patient and literally helps me every time!! All the tenders here are my faves but Vanessa definitely is my numero uno!! Kevin's a close second lol Ummmm forgot what else i was gonna say! Ok so usually the service is phenomenal. The weed is good, bud tenders are awesome and I've never had a bad experience, until today. There was no line so I proceeded to go in. The security guard was extremely rude telling me to have my is ready before stepping in the door. He told me to step outside even thought there was no line and my ID was in my hand. He was very rude and disrespectful. For no reason. The situation could of been handled in a more professional way. He's usually very nice I'm sure it was just an off day but still. I'm hoping next time I go in it's different.

Staff is friendly and always in good spirits. If u have any kind of questions they are always willing to help out. I love this place and definitely recommend.

I can't wait for pick up to start again because I have a compromised immune system. This new lication has more room for their great product and room for the smiles the staff and Security ALWAYS give. I like that they remember my face or eyes... behind the mask.  The Phoenix is the absolute best and their Buds and quality of EVERYTHING is top notch! Great pricing I hope that doesn't change. They only give military discount for medical card holders. As a veteran I don't feel I'm owed anything but some lawmakers used military specific trauma for their legalization argument. Curaleaf gives veterans 20%, I recommend solders, sailors, marines and airmen go there. Can't beat 20% off rec.

Charged me for a mask and didn't have what I wanted. I took what they gave me and it was garbage.

Yesterday was my first time to The Phoenix Dispensary and what a great experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. This is my second time to a dispensary and the first one was not so good. I recommend The Phoenix Dispensary. Customer service is really important to me. From the man at the door, the woman who registered me, and the guy who helped me with product was awesome. This is my go to dispensary and I highly recommend this place!

Very Beautiful Dispensary With An Amazing Staff! They really do go the extra mile for you and make it a fun new and exciting time for all to enjoy! They have a large selection with an AMAZING LEAD MANAGER that helped me out greatly! If you are from out of town or local this is the Dispensary for you!!!

Tonight 11/6 @ about 9:00 pm was the first time i came here and the girl who helped me was so rude. I was asking questions & she was acting like she was getting irritated. I asked her if she was alright and she said she just wanted to get out of here. She made me feel uncomfortable and was rolling her eyes. she seemed like she just wanted me to hurry up & as if i was a bother.she was not helpful at all. Because of how rude she was & how she made me feel I just said Nevermind & walked out. You just lost a customer because of your rude employee. Worst customer service- worst experience!

I am from Miami, Florida it is my first time in Phoenix and my boyfriend and I came across a few dispensaries while browsing around, we decided to go with this one and when we pulled up there was a line outside the door. While waiting in line we spoke about how excited we were as this was our very first time buying from a dispensary. When finally greeted at the door I hand the door man my Florida ID and he reviews it for a bit and told me he was unable to let me in due to the fact that my ID was vertical. I was extremely bummed and this is just a PSA to have a horizontal ID or you'll be left out in the cold, thanks so much Phoenix Dispensary.

Love love love the Phoenix dispensary, as someone with extreme anxiety, I need my "meds" regularly and these guys never disappoint! The staff is always super helpful, accommodating  and will take the time to educate you on all the products. Not to mention the PICKUP option. If your like me, you avoid human contact as often as possible (covid and also cause I'm an introvert lol) so being able to order online, pull up, hand over my cash and be out of there in 10 mins is such a huge plus for me! I wish I had gotten the guy's name who helped me today. He such had such a pleasant spirit. If you are in the Tolleson area, Check them out!

Based on my personal experience this store has been awesome. The people are always helpful, actually listens to what I want. Feels very clean coming into the building and the atmosphere is nice. The line can be long sometimes but it can be worth the wait

Overpriced product and new staff is not knowledgeable and you will have to ask them to apply their advertised sales. The parking lot is nightmare getting out of also. Avoid unless you’re desperate or incredibly wealthy.

Nice staff, accommodating, clean friendly environment. Has the best flower of any dispensaries. Been to other places and I must say this is my favorite shop. The Phoenix always beats any dispensary in Phoenix.

The staff is usually pretty cool and they have a drive up option which is super helpful for me. Not sure if I’ll be back. Just a friendly heads up to anyone heading to this dispensary. EDIT: I talked to a manager and she kindly explained that they are filled with a correct amount, the “product” just seeps into the atomizer. That then gives the appearance of less. I raised the review from 3 stars to 5. Because I really do love this place and I think I might have been a little hard! Hope this helps anyone!
