Sol Flower is a dispensary located in Tempe, AZ. They have house products and well-known brands like Sublime, Moxie, and Good Things Coming. My favorite edible is the Lemon Tea Cake from Sublime. Their house carts are flavorful and only $25 for a .5 gram.If you're in a rush, maybe place an order ahead. After you select what you like, you'll be seated in the waiting area for the next cashier/budtender available. Gives you time to write a review for a free pre-roll! I must say their parking lot is little weird. They have a security guard on site who may take you to the entrance as the actual parking lot is on the opposite side.To end on a good note, Sol has one of the best point/reward program and flower compared to other dispensaries in the valley.
Average weed at best and way over priced. The worst customer service ever. They do not know what respect means. Avoid this dump at all cost. Remove this review....

Never have I wanted to come home and write a bad review of a dispensary... Until today. Ist time to Sol Flower Tempe, might be the only time. Got there about 15 minutes before they opened. With current COVID19 protections, there are seperate lines for New Customers/ Walk-ins and Online orders. Let's break this down1. There is a pop-up awning for the check in window. First person at the window takes about 10 minutes there before she moves on to the next outside waiting area. With current social distancing there is room for one other person under the pop- up. That's OK for a mild day like today in Tempe. But we've just had a few days of 100° + days and we'll be back there shortly. This set up is going to be difficult to go through when it gets hot and stays hot. 2. Second customer is up, states she is a first time customer and takes a few minutes at the window. She's got a cane, the next guy is on a walker and I realize they are having to make their orders there at the window. I'm grateful for my health, wonder how difficult it is for them, and realize I'm going to be buying my weed without looking at it. Now my order has a dive-food/ New Jack City feel to it. Awesome!3. Ask a couple of people waiting how the product is. "OK" is response. Like how you would grade a typical fast food burger. My eagerness to try it is only increasing. 4. My name gets called to get squared away. Raymond was the young man helping me. Raymond told me my cost and and I asked him to verify my order. He did, and then I asked him to verify it with what's in the bag. He did, almost shocked that I asked. I almost told him your lucky I didn't come with my digital scale to verify weight because I'm that old fashioned. I get that this location hasn't been open long, and that being open right now is hard. This felt like a "pop up" dispensary that's trying to figure shit out on the fly. The outdoor arrangements are going to be difficult to deal with for the next few months, only making waiting there more difficult. And unless this flower is the best shit I've ever smoked, I don't know if I'll be back
First ... the location is very nice staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The product is usually very good as well I would stay away from the pre-rolls specifically 22 red brand!!!! Had a pre-roll that literally popped in my face and burns so rough it was a horrible experience when I put it out and opened it up there was two seeds and a ton of little teeny stems Will not buy again!!! Other than that like I said staff is amazing location is wonderful product is a little lackluster sometimes
This dispensary is a joke. Their flower is low quality, uncured and full of nutrients. So much so that when you smoke it it has a super spicy smoke on your throat. My house smells like I smoked a pack of cigarettes and not flower. Im super disappointed in the customer service as well. The manager on duty helped me with my issues but regardless, after that experience AND quality of product I received I will absolutely not goin back. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. (Unless you like trash flower and bad customer service)
Ive had my medical card for 5 years and have seen how the states that go recreational handle the transition.Well, just like the other states, you have seen a great profit coming from recreational folks, so you raise prices, lower the thc and the people keep coming in....that is until the massive amount of new dispensaries and black market gets up to speed and than you will have a product that won't sell and you will have to do fire sales to keep open.You are just hurting medical sales to people that really need it. How sad!
Never had any hassle, order online, go retrieve and often catch good conversation along the way, it's a win win really. Also, their products do seem to do wonders for me with my arthritis.
Bad experience. Paid online was successful and they could not see that I did. Would not give product. Last time I go there.
I love their pre-rolls, but the carts are a bit... weak? My tolerance is crazy, so color me biased lol. Never had a problem with service, according to my husband. They get us right.
Stressed out dispo agents hoarded the fullmelt that grow sciences gave them. Witnessed them tell 2 other people they didn't have it yet when in fact they did. These dispos get lazy and do "first in first out" instead of running it up.
My "purchase" that I wasn't allowed to take is still being deducted from my allotment even though it has updated from other previous purchases.
This place is pretty cool. They're cheap. They usually have chronic. I haven't found better In Phoenix. J in don't know about the other lactation.
Great selection, service, delivery and online payment options and medical discounts. Will be a returning customer.
In the past I considered Sol Flower one of the better dispensaries around. Now they advertise specials but claim the are "already sold out" when arriving at the store 1 hour after opening. Also, they have extremely limited their senior and military discounts and no longer apply those to specials or promos even though they have always applied them in the past. I will be going elsewhere from here on out. After all there is no shortage of dispensaries in the valley!
Don't waste your time coming here. Advertised deals are never in stock..Classic bate and switch business model. Staff struggles to explain their flower selection. The staff needs education on how to deal with the public. I won't be back
So it was my first time here today and the customer service and overall vibe was amazing! Like made me feel welcomed & got offered water while I waited in line. Check them out definitely.
I think it's crazy that they're charging tax and then also a convenience fee nobody that drinks alcohol or buys alcohol has to pay insane tax and a convenience fee as well and then on top of that what in line for 40 minutes if they don't want to spend an extra 4$ just to get in and out when i already ordered online to get my stuff just because you finally added a bank doesn't mean we should have to charge four extra dollars so now for an eighth I'm paying 20 extra dollars to get my shit and walk out like bruh come on alcohol is not like this its fucked this dispensary is cool but this is about all dispensaries not just this one specifically.
So I go into sol today. I'm a regular mind you. I recieved 2 platinum tier eighths for $50. Here is the rub, when I came home and opened a race fuel eighth this is what i got. POPCORN. On a platinum eighth. Btw on the shelf for display is a race fuel eighth that is all bud. They show ya one with all bud then give you this. Never happened before honestly to me. I left a review in the past of 5stars but this changes things especially in the midst of this coronavirus, everyone is taking advantage. I hope this is not the case. I also got a member berry eighth. So this happened. I ordered from Sol Flower the other day online and then called the receptionist after placing my order to double check things since I would have been a first time patient. She mentioned I would need to show more information upon arrival. I received a text at 6:19pm stating my order would be ready and showed up at 6:45pm due to my driving distance. When I showed up I was greeted by two men with masks (due to covid-19) that told me I could not drive in because they had closed at 6:30pm. When I made my order online, nowhere on the site did it mention they were closing at 6:30pm on a Friday and when I called the receptionist never mentioned. You would think she would have informed me of that knowing I was a first time patient. I had mentioned how my order was over $200 and that I was a first time patient and was unaware of the early closing time and asked to speak with a manager but the "guards" told me that I couldn't and that I wasn't the first one to ask for him. After turning my car around, I stopped to send a text asking if I could pick up my order as a last resort and shortly after they then decided to send me a message back saying my order had been canceled... thanks I was already aware of that I experienced over all the worst customer service and idiocy by this dispensary. You would think with what's happening right now, they would want some business, but they won't be getting my business! I also won't be recommending there business. If the service is like this, their products probably aren't that good either.
The wait times aren't bad at all especially due to Covid and how rampant it is in AZ. Selection is okay, the best part about coming here are the deals (if they're in stock and if they notify you if not in stock) The last 2 times I've put in an online order, items from my cart have disappeared. This wouldn't be a big deal to me IF those items that disappeared weren't needed to fulfill an online deal. Why would I buy 1 Timeless cart at checkout for $80 when I had 3 for $125 in my online order. They don't bother to say it's out of stock and if you're unlucky and they don't read you your order (or you don't remind them to, which shouldn't be needed) you might end up paying list price, which probably isn't going to be worth it.
One star for decent weed but rude workers and not honoring deals of the day till the end of the day.
Avoid this place.. this spot is equivalent to your dealers, dealers, dealer.. SUPER weak selection, uninviting, cold atmosphere.. wait to be called was wicked long!!!

i love this buisness but yall messed up two of my orders when they where both walkins i ordered 2 full gram carris one maui wowie and the second a gods hammer indica both select and yall gave me 2 gods hammer half grams. now ina keep comin here cause i love yall and weed but all i ask is make sure the customer can see what goes in the bag before we finalize our purchase. again not tryna be an asshat but i just broke my arm an spent the last of my money so i dont have to deal with this pain
I'm literally still waiting as I type this. It's one thing to understand a business being busy and productive or if they are backed up because they are understaffed. But being here and seeing like 9 mfs behind the counter in the walk in side and pick up and only two transactions are taking place with a lobby full of people it's infuriating. Like why do you have 6 people running behind the scenes stocking and the lines are backed up it's kind of common sense to assist the cashiers during that time. The cashiers are no help either they are engaging in deep personal conversations causing the transactions to take longer. This should not be a 30 minute trip

This place has the BEST deals. The service was super great too. I will now definitely be going to this dispensary due to their 24 dollar half gram carts. Cannot beat that and a lot of times they have BOGO. 10/10 would recommend for those living in Scottsdale as it is super close to south scottsdale!!
Well first off there's tree is trash hah and then there extracts are like just ok but what annoys me is when I pull up in my 150 thousand dollar bmw i8 and if I park in handicap real quick to grab my order they bitch at me and I can't park there but last 4 times I've been here they letting 2k rust bucket Honda's and stuff park there with no sticker or pass and let them slide I said something to there security about it but they sounded like a box of rocks when I talked to them and for the guy that comment re read what I wrote no you guys don't enforce it as I seen 4 different times where there wasn't anyone saying anything and the day I pointed it out they still didn't make the people move so no you don't enforce it
I wouldn't recommend coming here. I was at the Check-In counter and I listened to an employee that was training someone say that he should never tell the customers what their deals were if they weren't explicitly asked. Also, their New Patient deals seem to be structured to screw the customer over. If you want to use the first one, you have to spend over $100 and if you wanna skip to another deal, you have to forfeit the others. Basically, this business is suuuupper shady and is never getting my business again.

Posting this review not during hours of operations but purchased over 200$ worth of product today and got a half gram cart that is just unacceptable in how underfilled it is and Ik the usual it is unseen in the coils or whatever but this is just ridiculous. Will give them a chance to exchange for a different and will remove this review. OTHER THAN THIS 1 product my experience was fine and even got a free lanyard aswell as packs of rolling papers
Their inventory is always low. And whats with the tip jar? You're a wellness center not a strip club.Responding to response. An industry that makes a huge profit and charging 26% tax should pay their employees enough not to feel the need to solicit a gratuity. Pay your employees. Don't be a cheapskate

Can never go wrong with Sol Flower Wellness Center!If you have a problem with waiting outside, consider getting over your high horse of waiting because Covid has created major stressors for the dispensaries, employees and vendors. Sol Flower is doing what they can and spending a shit ton of money to rent those giant fans they have to accommodate patients under the canopies. They are not a big enough location to allow that many bodies inside. Patients should thank Sol Flower for still being open, instead of leaving petty reviews that they had to wait outside in the heat. Well, yes, we live in Arizona! Get over it.Their prices are online so instead of leaving complaints on Yelp, y'all could use the same fingers to go to Leafly. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and go online to order, where their prices are at and you'll get 10% off.The staff is knowledgeable, good spirited and safe during these trying times. If anything, I'd say slow down and double check the order is correct but that's for any dispensary, since returns are limited or not possible. Love the options they provide, product wise. They have Good Things Coming, Grow Sciences and Copperstate Farms!!
Sol makes ordering, paying, and picking up an easy and streamlined process! You can choose your items online, pay online, and pick up in store with a drivers license! There are three lines: one for walk-in orders to the left, one directly in front for online pick ups, and one under the awing near the building for medical patients (enter on the right).What keeps me coming back? They have a rotating guest flower selection that is pretty nice. Not only that, but prices are very fair, and products are fresh too!
Went there for 3 years under Green Goods Sol flower sucks ass , from price , to quality, it's all crap, don't waste your time or money at this dispensary.
I got to Sol and there was a lot of construction, which is not a problem at all. There were a lot of signs indicating we go in through the back. I drove to the back and parked and was approached by the security guard who asked "are you dumb?" I said "what?" He told me I could not park there and it was for employees. Instead of explaining to me that the signs only meant WALK to the back he made me feel stupid and asked if I'd ever been to a dispensary before. I'd suggest not having hostile individuals checking ID's at the door to promote your business. Coming from a fellow business owner. This happend at 10am on 12/22
Sadly, they've lost a customer of over two years. I definitely know that purchasing the value popcorn flower is a gamble, however, I've purchased the value popcorn bud from this dispensary for a while and have had one bad tasting batch out of the many times I've purchased. The last time I picked up a half ounce it was probably THEE worst batch of flower I've ever received. The trim is horrible, the flower is light as air, no density, no trichomes, horrible tasting and dry asf. As soon as you light it to smoke it turns straight white ash bc that's how quickly it burns. I literally received no benefits from it, no relaxation, nothing. It literally was flower that like maybe a first time grower grew and failed terribly at. They literally should have called it "Fisher Price Flower" bc that's exactly what it is, FAKE. It's very clear the dispensary just wants to make a profit, which is very disappointing since these dispensaries clearly make A LOT of money.I'm not 100 percent sure on the return policies for flower here, so in order to try and find out I attempted to give them a call. It's impossible to get someone on the phone there. They do not answer, and the mail box is full. I reached out via Instagram and received a speedy response which was nice. I provided my info and was informed my info was passed along to the people at the Mclintock location. Awesome. Well it's been two days and I have not received one call regarding this issue. All I want to know is if I'm going to be able to swap or get my money back before I drive back over there. I don't want to risk wasting my time going there and then being turned away or being told "there's nothing we can do all sales are final".It's just super upsetting bc 1. This dispensary has no issue providing below sub par product to their patients or customers just to turn a profit and 2. They clearly lack customer service skills because they cannot even provide a simple call back, nor do they answer their phone.For these reasons I will not be returning to this dispensary. I definitely don't say this to be a Karen bc I clearly understand the dispensary has many customers that will keep it fully operational. I just want customers to know if they are looking for a good value, skip this dispo for sure, bc they will sell you trash and obvi not care to follow up with you should you complain. You're better off buying Christmas bud from your local street dealer (no taxes smh)I hear on Reddit that the best places to go for good weed is TruMed, and for good value weed Ponderosa. Love this place did my first online order today the brought it to my car! Great product as well thank you to the 2 gentleman that helped me and the woman in the phone she was great as well. Our industry has come so far makes me so happy !
Decided to go back one more time. The flow of the store is much less confusing and they went ahead and hooked me up fat. Thay made up for last time.All in all much better experience this time. Will be back.
Initially I was turned off with the orginal law requiring a medical card and I never really bothered going through the joke of a process. But now with the improvement to the new laws enacted this year Sol Flower makes the process simple, easy, and the lady who helped me out was very knowledgeable. To be honest when I pulled in the parking lot I nearly didnt go in (nobody was loitering it was just busy). When I got in the store I thought to myself this is going to take an easy 35-45 minutes to get 2hat I want a s get out of there. To my surprise this couldn't be further from the truth. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less, and it could have been quicker if I didn't have so many questions being my first time. Stop is clean, employees are helpful, simple process, great company. Very loud and very little direction once you’re inside. I ordered with an employee with a tablet and by the time I got over to pay for my items they were sold out of one of the pods that I was just told they had available. I couldn’t hear the cashier whatsoever over the music and everyone talking in such a small space. I’m 33 with pretty good hearing. Too much going on for me, made my head spin.
First time here today. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quick in and out. The reason for 4 stars is they offer no new patient deals for med patients. 207 being passed was the reason I was given, however, the other dispensaries I have tried since this passed have still offered first time patient deals. Otherwise, the prices were good, I will try them again for sure!
As a first time patient I was impressed by the quality and selection Sol had to offer. Ana is the sweetest person she helped me throughout the online delivery process. She was so patient with me and so helpful and caring. My delivery guy was James and he was so cool and awesome! Decided to try this place out as it's 10 minutes closer than my usual dispensary and the reviews seemed good enough. Not sure what the deal is with this place but it's very disorganized. First time check in was quick enough, but apparently when they checked me in they forgot to put me in the queue so I ended up standing there for almost 20 minutes before anybody bothered to help me. There were also a lot of teens there that looked like they were on the 16 side of 18. Not trying to ruin anybodys good time, but it's a little off putting to see especially if you are accustomed to smoother operating dispensaries.
