Bad customer service disguised as being above other dispensaries that "cut corners" just to get money. Please don't assume a patient that knows the laws and is very familiar with the practices of almost all of the dispensaries, can't see through your unwillingness to fully appreciate your patients.

Awesome place!! staff is great!! quick, accurate they have great deals.  I enjoy going there every single time I go and I've been to a lot of places from Brookline to Salem to Quincy to Brockton to East Bridgewater .Taunton is the BEST!!!!

Lots of different choices. Nice selection of things. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Nice large open area. Once the recreation starts it will be really busy. But medical will be out thru first without waiting. Medical will have one set up of counters & recreational will have a different counter area. So that's going to be nice.

CAC, Great Customer Service , Knowledge & Friendly Staff, Especially SHANA Amazing Flower Deals ,  If You Haven't tried them lately , you are missing out.

Don't hesitate to go here!! I live on the cape just about an hour away and I don't regret going here at all, the flower is unreal and the best I've seen and had the pleasure to enjoy in Massachusetts, thank you CAC for making my first visit here seamlessly smooth, in and out in under 10 minutes even after filling out some first time paperwork! Super friendly staff who also seemed very knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning and recommending to all my medical friends!

I wish I could give more stars! I've been all around Ma, I drive an hour each way , every week for an ounce of the finest weed! The strains are top notch, they are the only place that touches the pain! The staff is super friendly and  efficient! Loyalty point system is ok , and ordering in the middle of the night online is awesome and easy! Wish the Brockton one would open sooooon!!!!

Very odd experience.  From the get go I was met by aggressive security entering the parking lot. Then had to wait inline in the cold. Another security officer hovered over people in the entrance way. The next step was to pay for my pre-ordered canabis to someone in a small room separated by glass with lots of cameras.You would think that a medical dispensary would allow you too get help from a budtender to help select an appropriate strain.After paying you are allowed into the next room where you are herded directly to the person that has your ordered and the herded out.Really weird business model. Maybe the city requires them to operate like this. It almost feels like you are a bad person doing something bad.Not the experience I am looking for.

I liked this dispensary. It is easy to access, and has plenty of free parking on site. I found the staff, particularly Rich, to be very kind and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to me in my wheelchair. They also have a few discounts available for new patients and those on MassHealth. I found the pricing to be on par with other dispensaries in the local area. If the building had a handicapped access button to open the doors, and a lower desk/seating area for staff to talk with a wheelchair user so they aren't tower over the patient, I'd give them 5 stars. If the staff hadn't been so attentive to opening doors for me and making adjustments on the fly to try and smooth the experience, I would have lowered the star count to 3. Accessibility matters, especially at a facility like this.

Ordered online. A little confusing with the text saying they are on their way right after purchase but I called freindly staff said it would be next day. Sure enough got a call and it was a nice smooth transaction. Also when they came it was cheaper than I ordered... another plus.. So far only tried one of the vapes but I'm extremely satisfied. I will definitely use them again

Very clean facility first things first. I placed an online order and one of the items I picked wasn't available. They called me IMMEDIATELY to let me know and helped me pick something close to what I wanted. I work in the cannabis industry and this the place I like to shop at, very smooth transaction, always in and out.

Oh man, I LOVE this place. If I could live here I would lol. The deals, the strains, the edibles. I'm pretty sure this one is medical only, I could be wrong though. The employees are always so nice and helpful. Right now you have to order ahead online and then pick it up but I just order on my way up there and it's ready. It doesn't take long.

Was one of my favorite dispensaries because of their discounts and consistency. Now I’ve noticed they falsely advertise some of their best looking concentrates that aren’t even available to their patients. Y’all have been demoted from the favorite dispensary list. Unless you build more integrity with your own patients, I’m out of patience. Nature’s Medicine has similar discounts with excellent wholesale. ✌?

Overall pretty good. #1 for strong dose edibles. Flower could use more variety. Staff is always friendly and quick. Nicely located right off rte 24 too so it's a quick on/off. Prices are comparable to other locations but never cheaper.
