This has happed about 5 times now....I purchase flower only to find the seal broken upon opening. Well this time I decided to weight itAnd indeed it was .5 grams light. Please post if this has happened to you

Just weighed out the eighth of space age cake minis and it's only 3.1 grams. It is short .4 grams.. what's going on here??? Terrible

Wat better than new port richey store and they ager at this store doesn't treat people like there morons and can't see what's going on also this store has more product and most containers are still sealed thanks for being better than npr store.

I'm Very happy to have a Trulieve location near by my home.  It's newly opened, about a week old, and bright, shiny and clean. The staff (mostly) is following their masking rules and social distancing is enforced. The lobby is comfortably situated with seats 6 feet apart, about 10 people would be comfortably able to wait before being called back to the actual dispensary. The dispensary itself is warmly lit, the wood is light and the cases hold product nicely.  The soundsystem is a bit too loud for the space, and since there is absolutely nothing like carpeting, the sound just bounces around and doesn't get absorbed. Combine that with 6-10 people talking  all at once, makes it very difficult to hear your bud tender. Over all, it was a good experience. I'm glad they're in my town and will be expanding to Palm Harbor in the very near future.

This is seriously the best location that Trulieve has. Lisa, the manager is always very kind and compassionate.From the minute you walk through the door everyone is so kind. I really appreciate the great service and compassion in this dispensary. Thank you again Jordan for your help tonight. Really appreciate you all

love this location! everyone is so friendly & always happy to help, but i must say Leah, is awesome! always makes sure i get my discounts as others i have to ask them to add it, she’s always keeping up to date on my points & making sure i get the best deals for the products i’m purchasing & is great at giving advice & pointers on how to use & best ways to get the best effects! i have used the other locations but nothing beats the feeling i get walking into the Tarpon store & everyone remembering me & there to help!

some associates wearing masks around their chin. I said, "what good is that." Response: "hey, they said I have to wear a mask. They didn't say HOW I had to wear it." I'm really SICK of this attitude. Covid is not a joke.

Lizzie at the front desk was very polite! She was very helpful and personable and makes a great receptionist! Haley helped me in the back and she was absolutely phenomenal! I had a bad experience today at another dispensary, and she really went above and beyond with her customer service. She also was very knowledgeable and I very much enjoyed interacting with her. Thank you so much ladies and tarpon store !!! Can’t wait to try my new puff co!!!! Great first experience at this store
