The employees are so patient, kind, and informed. They have been extremely helpful and answer any questions I've had about products. I've always been super pleased with their customer service.

Waste of time. Put an order hours before opening and 4 hours after opening still processing. WTF!!  Thankfully there are street hooks up available they know keep ppl waiting they will go elsewhere. So I am. Thanks for nothing!!!

Best customer service in the area out of ALL retailers. I go 20 minutes out of my way to go here instead of places closer to me. A+ all the way.

A great place to go if you have a medical marijuana card to get yourself fixed... if you know what I mean. Lol. This place opened recently . They also have a place in Talahassee, Florida.

I've frequented most dispensaries in NorCal while living there, Surterra Wellness reminds me of my go-to: Elevation 2477. It's a classy place with an inviting atmosphere, the bud tenders are always very nice and informative. They're limited on the strains they carry, although they do carry a few strains I had access to in Cali. Their flower is always fresh, sometimes you get some gnarly nuggets, and sometimes you get the equivalent of budlets. They do offer flower strains in Sativa, Indica, and hybrids to include hybrid dominants. Float's pre-rolls are a decent purchase if you are the type who'd rather go for a quick puff than the ritual of grinding and rolling. The only thing I'm not a fan of with the pre-rolls is the flower packed in them is ground real fine which causes wicked runs down the side of yer J. Their edibles are of decent quality and are currently offered only in a dark chocolate candy bar.  All in all, a legitimate place to pick up yer cannabis in Panama City, FL.

An actual decent store.They don't offer delivery, which is a bit annoying.But seeing the sh*t show of other dispensaries trying to delivery, maybe that is why.My order is always perfect, extremely fast and no wait.Order online and they'll text you when it's ready.Joelle and Lucas are two particularly fantastic employees!They gave me some pointers and offered some words of wisdom that I much needed. I haven't been in their store for about a year and was so surprised buy all the variety of flower and Vape's that they now have. Even though it's a little further drive from my normal dispensary I'll be coming here for the variety.

There's many dispensaries to choose from in the area but I keep coming back to Surterra Brandon. Simply because they make me feel like family. They know my name when I walk in. They hold a conversation like I'm a friend make you feel wanted. Oh and not to mention some amazing flower!!! Always the best medical MJ

I will never return to Surterra Wellness. It is December 2021 and they are continuing to discriminate against people who aren't sick but won't pretend by putting a useless mask on their face. I was refused service for walk in and I will never return. This business is only working in concert with tyrannical dictates. For the cannabis industry this is a huge problem.

I didn't notice I haven't reviewed them yet. Just went for the second time today. Trying out their pickup service. It's actually pretty good, less than 30mins to get it filled up n all i did was just go, pay n walk out. From my first time perspective?I literally just parachuted their. It's an expression meaning i chose to just walk in n hope for the best. Despite them being bombarded, the madam at the time gave me a menu to look over n i was blessed enough to get a mini tour sense it calmed down a bit, she would help the pickup orders in between. I made up my mind for something to help me rest better. Sense im still stressing hard over my medical situation.Round one i went with;Float star dawg corey flower,  nice burn took a whole to hit me but when it does? Omg best sleep of my life!, dream tincture, i use it when im stressing. Or to alternate flower. Nice under the tongue but i mix it with food or vape juice n it just so pleasant in minor dozes. Tried the mints out. Those are nice! Super low doze but perfect for subduing a near panic attack in public. Mellow me out but no high which is perfect for discreet social peace. And lastly a single use vape pen trying out a Relief type. It takes forever to set but it's nice alternative to flower. Im very neutral with vape but i liked the flower better. Round 2; Float, Animal Larry flower. Haven't tried it yet, smell delicious. Went with coral Reefers, mixed berry chews. They are as strong as the chocolate. More easy to carry for discreet pleasure. Keep em in a cool place, mine started to mush a bit. Black berry mints always a delight to try and Full spectrum oil extract to see if this better alternative to the tincture. I plan to try baking with it n have a nice dessert on bs days. Store is clean, organized and the staff is amazing. Both methods work great but i do recommend order in advance sense all products are available through the FiFo method. (First in first out). I love how they place everything in protective sleeves n come in their own tubs. I like that cuz it's a double layer of protection. I always put everything back inside n keep it in a cool place. Then its handed to you in a nice discreet ish bag. I say ish cuz on one side it says in bold letters "thc" lol Oh yeah bring cash, they do have an atm though.

This place has a very relaxing feel to it. The people who work there are very helpful to the customers on deciding what the customer needs are. I really enjoy the vape pens because when they are done you throw them away no recharging is needed. Very wheelchair friendly.

Today was my first visit to your facility and I must admit the only reason I came by was that Trulieve did not have much inventory which seems to be the norm for them.    I used their facility once before and the selection was limited then and even worse today.   My doctor warned me that they are often out of stock! Lets get back to why I had such an awesome experience at Surterra earlier today.  If I only had one word well it would be Kaylee!   I am preparing for a bone marrow transplant this September and I really needed some help deciding what to get and Kaylee was so patient with me, I had to have her repeat and reword several things and she was as patient as could be.  Add to it that she worked at the local hospital with bone marrow transplant patients and well it was an absolute god send!   I can not say enough about how AWESOME this young lady was and I hope she moves up through the ranks in your organization, I know she would at any of the companies I own.   The number one problem I have all of my companies is finding employees who both care and are passionate about about their jobs, Kaylee puts a check in both those boxes!  I am sure you also know how rare of a find this is today, so hang on to this young lady.    Now lets talk about your facility it is clean, well laid out and very professional plus I can see the product packaging while I wait unlike the other competitor I visited.   I even had an interesting event as I was waiting.  Apparently another client saw what they thought was a firearm under my shirt and warned management.  Management approached me took me to the side and explained their concerns privately and quietly without panicking.  For the record I showed the team member who approached me that I had a concealed holster but had left my firearm in my car, I did not think going in armed would have been advisable.    Everything was very professional so Kudos to your entire organization.

Feels like bait and switch. There are many options but I was attracted by the discount offers. It turns out they conveniently forget any but the "first time" customer one which was already used. When I enquired as to the others they played dumb then suggested I had to go back to old email, enter account through that only, put in order with a code that does not exist, and they will determine discount afterwards. Would verify nothing over phone. Made no sense and felt they were dodging my concerns and who needs that? Other places to go to that have fabulous product.

Meh. Undecided. I hate that everyone worked there was a college student. The one lady that gave me the consultation has never even used the products. I think to fully explain and suggest products, you should have some knowledge. As far as the products, not bad but little selection. Am new to MMJ so still exploring.

I wouldn't recommend the vape pen. I bought my pen Friday, and Saturday evening the battery died so I lost the rest of my juice. Very upsetting

This review is mainly regarding the business practices of Surterra.  I used a particular patch at Surterra which for weeks online said it would be "returning soon".  I  called customer service more than once to find out when it would be back and was told they didn't know but it should be soon.  All was a lie.  One day during my daily check the product was totally gone.  I chatted online and then called and was told it had been discontinued. They do not have a substitute product so I will have to go elsewhere but what upsets me most is their lack of transparency and customer service.  It is impossible to talk directly to the store.  You can only talk to an 800 customer service number where the employees only know what corporate tells them, which isn't much. I also wrote corporate in an effort to find out if something similar was coming and after two weeks and no answer decided to review online.  Medical marijuana is a controversial topic and dealing with patients this way is not only counterproductive to their business model but in a medical practice might be considered malpractice.  They led me on for weeks with lies, during which time I could have been looking for a substitute product to deal with my chronic pain.

Easy to find location, super clean and wide variety of treatment options.  What makes this dispensary different from the others. Is that they don't sell specific strains(Sativa,hybrid or indica) that most people know of. They are a bit more scientific and draw out the beneficial compounds from the plant and mix with terpenes. I personally like the variety because some days can be more tough then others.   The taste is always nice, the scent is fresh and they have multiple ways of administering your dosage.  Such as oil for under the tongue, patch, pill,spray, rub on and vape. Why this place didn't get a perfect 5 star rating is because their vape pens cartridges are not rechargeable. Which means people are throwing away these pens with batteries. Which isn't good for the environment and is wasteful. They really need to come up with a their own vape pen that can be used with replaceable cartridges. They do have a recycle program. But that would mean people would have to return them to the site for proper disposal.  Which I'm pretty certain a huge handful of people don't do.

I am new to Medical Marijuana. I read reviews and saw that Trulieve has chronic low stock. I had to drive almost an hour and didn't want a wasted trip. Plus, I needed advice on what to purchase. I found the staff at Suterra very friendly and helpful. I tried several of the Suterrra vape pens. Zen and Relax I believe are the names. Zen is mild and relaxing and I keep a clear head while aches and pains are lessened. Relax is much stronger and I use that right before bed. I also purchased their CBD tincture for day time use. Still not sure if that is worth the investment. I think my hemp based CBD from Lazarus oil worked better (more expensive though)I have significant sleep issues and restless leg with nighttime pain.  the pen is very effective at keeping me asleep. I never slept more than 2 hours at a stretch. I am getting almost 4 hours before I wake up and easily fall back to sleep. Two disappointments. I purchased Florida's finest Grandaddy purple. Had to buy the pen as well. It wasn't cheap. That was supposed to be my go to sleep med so I invested more in that purchase. It is supposed to be high THC but I swear it is straight CBD. It was a complete waste of my money. Slight relax impact but ZERO psychoactive or sleep value. The floridas finest vape pen is stored upright as instructed. The vape pen plugs easily and pops hot oil in to my mouth. No more Florida's finest for me!!The reviews had a lot of complaints about suttera dead vape pens with lots of oil remaining. I thought that was resolved but it happened to me with one of my pens last night. The pen is a week old today and still more than 1/2 full. Dead flashing battery light. The vape pen I use the most is still going strong. All have been stored upright according to instructions. I really do like the simplicity of the suttera vape pen branding. The smell is mild, the flavor is good, the specific THC ratio really helps me choose the right pen for my current need so I am not over medicated.  I will purchase there again but the pen quality must improve to keep my long term business.

They have fixed the battery problems and have a brand new vape pen. The product is good and only $25. Nice place and girls to help you.

After placing three orders now with Surterra Wellness, I would like to share my experience.  I have had all three orders delivered, as I do live over an hour away from any of their dispensaries. Each order has been placed over their website, then with a follow-up call from a Surterra Wellness center associate to confirm my order and set the date of delivery I would like.  The day of the order, I receive a call from the delivery team, James and Caleb, with an ETA window.  Within 10-15 minutes upon their arrival, I receive a call that they are around the corner. I appreciate this, as often I may have to run out for a quick earned. The team, James and Caleb, arrive, ask for my identification and go over the products to see if I have any questions. They are very professional and patient if I do have questions.  This service offered is beautiful and I am very appreciative of it!I am extremely impressed with the Surterra products I have used. On my first order, I ordered one of each; Relief Vape pen, Relief tincture oil, and Relief Reserve oil, as I was uncertain which product I would prefer. Here are my personal assessments of the products that I ordered. The Relief Vape pen give results in a couple of minutes, has an extremely mild taste/scent and I had zero issue with the resin/battery ratio. The battery lasted more than three weeks, although I only used it perhaps once a day. I did notice that my throat would become irritated with using the vape pen more than 1-2 times a day.  This is nice to have as a back up, and as immediate relief while you are in need of the oil to take effect.The Relief Reserve oil results begin to appear within about an hour.  I did not care for how resin seemed to slowly go from my gum line to the back of my throat after about 10 minutes after applying.  It was extremely irritating and the taste was not pleasant.  However, I found if I ate food with the application, it did not bother me.  The effects are stronger with this and I use it only when I am in a higher state of pain. It is nice to have as a back up. The Relief Tincture oil, which I have settled on as my favorite, also has a very mild taste.  The results begin to appear with 45-60 minutes.  I take it in the morning with breakfast and in the evening at dinner.  Sometimes, depending on the day and my PTSD/anxiety/pain levels, I may need a lunch dose. The dosage per bottle is accurate and lasts the duration as indicated on the 15day/30day supply. Note: For both the Reserve oil and the Tincture oil, eating food with application helps to process the oils for better absorption within the stomach and intestinal linings. If you do not eat, it may take longer for benefits to take effect. Over all, I am an extremely happy customer and I will continue to use Surterra Wellness in the future.

Brian was very helpful. I had a great experience here. The first guy to greet me was a bit rude, and the location is very loud. But Brian's professionalism and great customer service made up for it all. He was very knowledgeable about the products and treated me with great respect. I will definitely be back.

I waited several months (and orders) before writing this. Surterra has great people across the board. From ordering (if you don't use the e-tail option, which is excellent) to confirmation/scheduling to delivery, *nothing* was less that ideal. The drivers actually *care* which is rare for any business, and every single person in the chain was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I only order for delivery; I never do the shops. If you are looking for a review of the locations, this is not for you. The products... well, that's a complicated story. The tinctures are unquestionably the best I've found. Light, smooth and effective. ZEN provides my daily baseline, and keeps me active and comfortable for much of the day. Soothe is a startlingly-effective baseline for my husband who needs to control tremours, neuropathic pain and spasms. The vapes though, are universally harsh and often quite irritating to both of us (throat, lungs, coughing, all of it). That said, the effects are awesome! ReviveAM is my first medication of each day. It gets me awake (more or less; caffeine is not a drug but an essential vitamin as you know), but also motivated and interested. The last time ANY of those adjectives applied on a work day was about 1986. RelivePM is great for bedtime, helping usher in sleep and erasing the o-dark-thirty wakey-wakey problem. ZEN is simply outstanding... after you stop coughing.  NONE of that applies to the simply stellar (and expensive) Florida's Finest line. The FF Granddaddy Purple knocked me on my... donkey with a single (wide open) dose. Black Jack is amazing -- cerebral and body-impactful at once. The only dud so far was Myaka Native. Having been to Myaka, FL, many times, I was just not that surprised that it was boring and pointless. Sorry, Myaka, but truth hurts. The only all-negative thing is the Dosist line of products. They should name it the DoNothing line. Sleep? I was more restless after the dose than before. Bliss? Maybe Blah would have been a better name. I have a friend who swears by it, but for us, I got more medical impact from smelling the packaging (which, btw, is very nice for storing knickknacks).Actually, one other complaint: At first, Surterra was always out of everything. No matter what you wanted, they had everything *else*. That has not been the case recently, but I may have simply been lucky. With all that kvetching, why still four stars? The * just WORKS. No other dispensary has the products, and the support, that Surterra delivers. People really DO make a difference, and Surterra deserves the four stars (the highest rating I give outside cosmically-wonderful businesses) that I've given them.

When walking in I was greeted rudely. For a cannabis wellness center they are not nice and not chill! They were all eating lunch and didn't give me the time of day! I would never come come back and I strongly recommend that others do the same.Ps. They didn't even have seating for my lovely beautiful girlfriend.

Decided to try Suturra because its closer than driving to Trulieve. Parking lot was empty. It looked like it wasnt open. I walked in and it was definitely open but no customers. It took only minutes to sign in. A very nice and informative woman helped me choose my CBD products. She was very cool and understood pain and CBD which we discussed at length.I was bummed out cause they only had disposable vapes but with the 75.00 off for first time patients, I thought, I couldn't go wrong! I chose 3 disposable CBD based products and 1 THC cartridge!I waited for them to fill my order and was called up to cash out. I paid and the nice lady showed me how to open the vape containers. Here's where my dissatisfaction comes in. During check out, I realized one of the CBD vapes was not CBD but THC. I asked to please change it for the CBD one. I didn't think it would be an issue. I had just paid and had not left.She went to the back and came back to tell me NO EXCHANGE! Are you flipping kidding me?!Ok this is my MEDICINE not just a product Im having fun with! I rely on my CBD to get me through the day! I don't think these people in the back understand that! I just paid and I"m still in your store. How can you refuse to exchange an important medical product. In fact, name one place in the Burg that would adhere to such a ridiculous policy! I'm still in the store and made a human  mistake! Hello? I didn't argue but left in complete shock!They are clearly out for profit which immediately makes me question their products. If they wont exchange a medical product for a patient because of a simple mistake then why are they there?  Now I have to spend extra money to buy my other CBD vape! Patients all complain about the cost of buying these products. To be refused access to your medicine over a simple mistake defies logic!Sorry but I do Not recommend Surterra for medical products. There are many awesome places to go to that actually care and will work with you. Another competitor changed the the compassion discount to 20% and double points. Shop around people! No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect!

Found you guys while staying on west coast of Florida, away from my normal shopping range. This was my first time in a Surterra dispensary. Very, very nice atmosphere, the ladies that helped me were knowledgeable and the products were great. Thanks so much for being there and making my visit so welcoming. I have been going to the South Tampa Surterra since April. I have been to two other dispensaries (different organizations), and this one is by far, the BEST!!They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in most excellent customer service and support.If I ever have a problem with a product, they simply replace it, with no hassles.They give a discount for Vets (currently 15%). Other dispensaries give 25%, but I prefer to go to this one, for the reasons stated above.I have requested that they, at least, match the discounts of their competitors. They are considering it. That's the way they do business!!On my last visit, I was assisted by Derek M. He was the absolute bomb! Extremely pleasant experience!Robert L.

It was a wonderful experience!  I felt uneasy walking in for  the first time but Daniel was wonderful!  He was so knowledgeable about all of the products and explained all my options.  He was so patient and answered my multitude of questions . The atmosphere was immaculate and had a very ZEN feel.   I am now totally at ease!!

Super excited to purchase my first time dispensary and lady at the counter was extremely rude and stated first time buyer did not receive $75 off $150 as stated on the paper given to me by my physician. Disappointed unfortunately please go to another dispensary if possible definitely worth the drive instead of dealing with the lady that sits in the front running business away.

I've had some up and down experiences with Surterra's corporate office. But their South Tampa branch rocks and all the staff that work there. My recent experience was with Ivory. He helped me get the products I wanted and answered my questions to a tee. Thanks Surterra :)

I enjoy the relief reserve oil and the Grandaddy Purple pens. The relief reserve oil is the best product I have tried for making edibles, just be careful how much you use or you will end up in "couch lock" mode. The Grandaddy Purple pen has great a terpene profile that provides excellent flavor and the effects are 7 out of 10 in my book.The thing that saddens me is that you can't buy flower from Surterra. Hint: We all want flower! This is such an issue I am taking two stars away from what I would have given if Surterra had quality flower for sale. I will say it again, we want flower!

I enjoyed my first time there! Excellent products BUT since they opened I haven't been able to buy the items I had initially purchased. I have called and I have gone into the store time & time again to the point where the staff knows What I am in for**YET it's NEVER available!! like WTF?? I have called the main phone number (months ago) and still haven't had any orders filled!!

Management is not concerned with quality customer service  after place an online order early in the morning I received an email confirmation my products were ready at 9:05 pm I was already in bed and went the next morning to pick up my order but was told too bad it was put back on the shelf yesterday.  The manager did not apologize or offer the same discount bu just too bad.

Just want to give a shout out to Vanessa at the New Port Richey Surterra. I was getting overwhelmed with things and she has so much patience with me. Every time I go in to Surterra, the customer service is outstanding. The employees are very knowledgeable and understanding.

Since my husband and I got our Medical Marijuana cards, we have visited several dispensaries. We have found that Surterra has the best bang for the buck! Great place to pick up your medicine!  Also a great selection and the staff are super. Ordering online and just stopping in is so convenient! Next stop, pain and symptom relief!

Great selection of 1:1 products.I visited Surterra, hoping to try their Coral Reefer Balm, as the internet word says it is miraculous for pain relief. Walking in, they require a mask, no biggie. I did see several folks try to go maskless, but the front desk is politely insistent on this point, and kudos to them for enforcing their policy and avoiding drama. I checked in, and took a few minutes to browse the menu. It was pretty busy in there, maybe that has to do with Friday afternoon? Regardless, people were helped pretty quickly once they checked in. Once I was mostly decided on what I wanted, I went back to the front desk to order my selections. The young woman answered all my questions, was very friendly and nice. After another short wait (maybe ten minutes?) my order was ready and I went to the counter in the rear of the store to pay. I got a sweet discount for my first visit so that was nice. I concur with the internet regarding the Coral Reefer balm, it is magical! It smells like Vicks Vaporub and gets the job done. The Lotion is also nice, but not as intense and it smells like lavender. Looking forward to my next visit!

Extremely impressed.  As a recent amputee, I'm still learning all about the MMJ world and what works best for my residual pain, phantom pains, and insomnia.  For the most part, I was stumped (no pun intended) on what would work the best for me.  I'm still trying to find the best combo, but Gabby was a Godsend in putting me on the right path with her suggestions and great customer service.  Everyone I've met has been great, and they've got a customer for life.

To purchase here, a Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card is required; but you can bring a friend with you into the dispensary. The first thing I noticed was the strong smell. I mean, WOW! Inside, the dispensary looks like any Crate & Barrel, complete with a pushy salesman who doesn't know much about the products they sell. Surterra's main line is manufactured vapes (electronic cigarettes). They also carry flower (regular loose marijuana buds). You can shop all their products on their website and pre-order for drive-thru pick-up. GrubHub home delivery is not available yet (:My physician told me to purchase a low-THC vape and take 2 puffs before bed so that I will stop waking up at 3 AM, 4 AM, and then again at 5 AM every night. According to the salesman, "Every product is good." How very helpful. So I bought Zen vape. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, but I hate it. It hurts my throat, makes me cough which hurts my chest, and then I pee. Wonderful. I would not recommend the electronic cigarettes unless you are a smoker.They have signs saying that private consultation rooms are available. I wish I had gone that route because I am not sure that I selected the best product for my needs and I did not know that the prescriptions expire every month. I could have purchased 6 more products; but I didn't know. Today I went back for my second visit and feel even more confused about the fancy box products, so I bought pre-rolled joints. 5 for $30 and this time I selected 3 different strains. I do want to give a shout-out to Neecey. She was very helpful explaining the flower products to me. Thank you, Miss Neecey. Hopefully I will like the flower.

The staff at Surterra Wellness are very knowledgeable and always provide premier customer service to their patients. They are patient and understanding. They have a wide variety of products with affordable price points. This location is great because they offer online ordering, drive-thru pick up and are even starting a delivery service. It's always convenient and a positive experience.

This place is OK, service was good, it looked very nice inside of the building. Parking was tiny and blocked off by construction. The la confidential was poorly trimmed, alot of stems. Cosmos was good though. I'd recommend if you're in town and need cheap flower medicinals, much cheaper than trulieve atleast

I drove to Surterra to pick up an order. When I opened the door, the receptionist was sitting talking to a woman WITHOUT A  MASK. She told me to come in to which I responded, "I'm not coming in. She's not wearing a mask and standing less than 3 feet away."  The woman moved away and I went in whereupon the snotty receptionist proceeds to lecture me that some people can't wear masks. When I responded I didn't need an F'ing lecture about someone who could kill me, she responded with more concern over my curse than the fact the woman was possibly contagious.

To Whom It May Concern:Your company seems to treat people as if they are just for them. You contacted me about an interview , and set one up. To do this I changed my schedule for something that needed to be done.  You confirm my interview one hour before it starts, but then leave me staring at a screen with no one ever joining in. Then I wait until the next day to get a call back about what was happening just for you to tell me the position is filled. So why did you confirm an interview? You have lost not only a hard worker for an employee but (also) I will never buy from your overpriced dispensary again and will tell everyone to stay away. This Surterra location has pleasant staff and is a quick in and out.   There was only one other person ahead of me when I arrived. It was about a 5 minute wait after I had placed my order. The atmosphere was very clean , and the seating area was inviting and comfortable   There is only one downside here ...   the parking lot, or lack of. The parking lot is shared by two businesses and every spot was taken and once you are in the lot there is no way to turn around to exit. If you are planning on going here park on the street.

Surterra is my favorite spot for my meds. Everyone is always awesome. I've been going here for over a year now. Chris, Ally, Jen, Sara, and Dre are amazing!!!!!! They are so knowledgeable when it comes to what you need. They listen to what's going on and they lead you to products that will benefit your medical needs. I've been to other places but surterras products are the best over every other place I've been! Thanks for all you guys do!!

I really love Surterra. My doctor recommended this place because of the recent concerns with vape additives, Surterra doesn't cut its products. I've yet to buy a product with even any kind of added terpenes. I like this location close to downtown since most dispensaries seem to be out around Tyrone or Gandy.Surterra has a better price point than trulieve, vidacann, and sometimes curaleaf.The only thing that I don't like is that they don't offer RSO, but currently only 2 dispos in florida offer that. Also I wouldn't personally recommend the transdermal patches, as they made my wrist itch and burn and they continuously came unstuck with movement.

very very friendly staffthis was the first place I went when I got my card.. however after going around a bit I've realized that Trulieve has higher % products and more selection.. and I have also been trying several other places.. I'd say surterra is good for soccer moms and stuff but if your a aficando then go to trulieve or some of the others in this area

I had Surterra recommended to me by Dr. Hoover from Marijuana Doctor in Clearwater, and couldn't have been happier with a first recommendation. It was a little drive, totally worth it however. Going inside, it had been easy enough to find and was very clean. The staff at the desk was very helpful on working me through my first time and helped find products that works best for me. I was informed of new patient discounts, and I was so thrilled with what I purchased. I've gone to several other places since for orders, and still find myself itching to come back to Surterra. 10/10 recommend for high quality goods.

They got me in the door by saying 20% off first time customer didn't tell me that excluded flower so each time I made a purchase I received no discount I wanted to buy a product today that possibly was a percentage off and because I already bought twice from the store couldn't get a discount on my item that makes a big difference would not recommend it's like they don't want your business

Surterra are the new dispensary in town - However this is just another dispensary where the employees literally dont know the first thing about cannabis. After being told id get a 20% discount upon return ( this was a trick and did not apply to flower ) - I had to have 2 employees clarify for me why the pre ground GG4 was cheaper than the standard, both explained they had no clue what batch it was from or what sort of product was even in the jar. I wasted $80 on ground trim that is exactly what i was trying to avoid. Furthermore i purchased a gram of "dry wax" which isnt wax at all, it is a soupy bho that smells and tastes bizarre, nothing like nice hash oil. Avoid this dispensary, Rise is just down the road and they are informed about their products.

Despite the previous reviews I can only state that my experiences have been nothing but positive.   Kind, considerate and most helpful are the staff and the product has always been packaged well and in tip top shape.  No complaints here.   Much appreciated !

Very nice and informative folks. The location is good for us in Jupiter. I believe their product is good they just have limited supply. I gave a three star, based on the fact they have had no availability of flower the two times I've been in. Serious supply problem. However I understand they are about to receive some. If they could consistently have flower I could change my review to four or five stars. As it is to feel my prescriptions I have to go to west palm or further.

This place is a disorganized joke of a business. I placed an order in advance and headed over there 2 hours later. Checked in and then the wait began. After 15min of watching everyone who walked in after me pass I Finally asked what was happening. I was told they take orders first and then walk-ins, being an order I explained that. A short while later I was told they didn't have something on my order so they would remove it. Another 15min later and watching the place fill up while everyone still getting called in front of me I finally left after standing there for 35+min. Go anywhere else, the places south are much better run and offer a better product. We can only hope a competitor opens in the area to put this horrible place out of business.

I went to Surterra today because it's the closest dispensary to where I live. I'm Not going back. The person who "helped" was of no assistance. ..very disinterested. When asked about product information...positives and negatives, his rote answers were "it's all up to you".Having been to Trulieve, which is a bit further away from my home in Jupiter, I can honestly say that the experience and assistance there is by far so much more helpful, informative and pleasant. Barry has taken care of me and my husband and I have referred friends... he is a plethora of knowledge and suggestions. By far, worth the trip.

As a first time customer I had an incredible experience with Jacob. He was extremely friendly, patient, relaxed, and informative. He explained everything to me in great detail and with all the questions I asked him he never once seemed annoyed and went even further to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting for my specific purpose. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone and he is certainly an asset to the company. I will have the exact same sentiments for your store manager Alexis. I had to come back a week later to return a defective tincture. Alexis was super friendly, down to earth and passionate about her job and the company. This is the worst store ever. I ordered in am they never called me, then they told me they don't even have product that I ordered. I ordered a second time at 12:17,  same thing they called me at 6:30after placing order to tell me they no longer have product. Horrible service, horrible customer service and sometimes product poor. I would try to find a better store like Muv who delivers and are reliable.

Great Staff! Usually the dispo I go to the most because it's closer to me, but it does not disappoint. Great products at good prices. Michael and Alexis are the best.

Product is good; but, containers (vape housing  that holds product)  are poorly constructed and breaks easily, which causes loss of  expensive medical fluid. As a cancer patient, a product container that causes loss of expensive thc  oil presents a serious problem to patients like me  in need pain relief. When I went  in to store today the staff was belligerent towards me and humiliated me in front of other customers by telling me that they had no intention of replacing a faulty product. Singling me out like this has made me feel like they are accusing  me of being a criminal. And, this was done in front of other customers, some of whom I know. I am going to try one more time tomorrow with as much documentation as I can get. I'll post again tomorrow to let readers know how things went on second attempt.

Not shopping at Surterra anymore. They dispensed me the wrong product and refuse to take accountability. I tried to communicate with the home office and they won't acknowledge that the budtender (or someone other than the patient) should be internally accountable for verifying what was actually dispensed to a patient. It took 2-3 follow up calls and a week of waiting to finally get a call back. Customer service rep was polite and confident, but insulting and inept in understanding the fundamental issue I'm trying to address. Surterra is just another recreational dispensary putting on a medical facade. Oh and for anyone who cares, product is dry and doesn't have a becoming aroma.

I'm giving this store 1 star only because I can't give it 0 and the 1 star I'll consider earned by the fact thet accept canpay. They lose a star for the sales they have or lack there of. the fact the receptionist at the front and they actual people taking the order have no communication at all is another star gone. They can't even correctly push sales they are running in their own store. They lose another star for how low in quality their products are for the price compared to other dispenseries. The last star to be lost is due to the management. Every single time I have a problem there, they happily acknowledge the issue but do absolutely nothing to fix it. I know I'm just 1 person, but this location will never see me again.

I got an email this morning that Surterra was having a 30% sale on their disposable Vapes. I put my order in right away and appreciated the response I got that I would be texted when my order was ready, and that they expected it to take about a half an hour. Based on this information I got in my car and I drove 45 minutes to Palm Bay. When I arrived, Ashley greeted me from her desk. I gave her my name and  explained to her about the morning email and the sale and me putting my order and that I had not gotten my text yet, but when it said that it should be ready in 30 minutes I just got in my car and drove down. As I was saying that she was rolling her eyes "we don't send texts" she said, you'll get an email. I picked up my phone and looked for an email and I sow my original email from placing my order which clearly said "we will text you when your order is ready". I repeated this to Ashley. At this point she seemed quite irritated at me and asked if she could go over my order with me. I explained that I just placed the order 30 minutes earlier and that of her total for the order was $400 that that's exactly right and we didn't really need to go over it. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. She said to me I am the manager. I asked her well what's with the attitude ma'am? She said to me "when people come in off the street and they are aggressive, then we are taught to be aggressive back to them". I took a step back I  was very surprised at her attitude. I did not think I was being aggressive. A short while later she left her desk and I did not see her again. I did place my order and get what I needed. I know we're all under a lot of stress now but managers are supposed to do better.

3 phone menu levels and almost 5 minute wait to just ask about weather or not they had item in stock. After getting a live voice found out phone number is a central phone and supplies are dependent on location. No number given for local dispensary. Never got info I was looking for - "do you carry 10mg Indica Capsules?"Never had this experience with the three other dispensaries I've felt with. They're off my list.

First Visit with my husband to see what this new business had to offer. Very relaxing atmosphere and very informative. They take the time to explain the products and how each product could help various medical disabilities/ailments. Overall impression was excellent. Great specials for first time customers. Military/veteran friendly.

Faulty cartridges DONT go here. Shitty customer service and subpar product. They won't exchange even though corporate promised.

Had decided to stop at Surterra on Sunday to check them out and get some product. The parking lot was dead, pulling up I wasn't even sure they were open. Well once inside I discovered very quickly why they were not busy. Two individuals working and neither were very friendly. Honestly I felt as though I was "bugging" them. A young lady went behind the counter to ask me what I was looking for. I explained my health issues, why I was using it and what I was looking for. She hands me a list of all their products and says here are all your options. My reply was well those are just the name of the individual product and what strain it is. That doesn't tell me anything. At that point she was annoyed with me you could tell and said well we might have a sheet that gives more detail. I said don't you know the products? All she could do was look at me with complete disgust like how dare I call her out like that. I said you know what I am going to pass and take my business elsewhere. Her response was....ok no problem. They both let me leave and said nothing. I will NEVER be back!

I highly recommend, Surterra in Palm Bay. They have a lovely variety of products that are galactically delicious, and most importantly, the Budtender's are all so kind, and easy to talk to. Kudos to Zack and Lacey  the positive energy radiates, the moment I walk through the door.

Still the worst cannabis dispensary around. All their Flower is super low on the THC content, add to that they have no discounts for seniors, disabled or hardship, something all other dispensaries have in one firm or another. Personally the staff overwhelms the customers. Even after explaining that I have been using cannabis for 55 years, they apparently believe they know more.Anyway, this is for me the worst dispensary in the area.Caveat Emptor!

This is one of my major " happy places". The atmosphere and the scent when you walk in is heavenly and the product is always outstanding.In addition, the staff is all very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable;  and the daily specials are a real money saver. I give this magical place a high 5.. LOL so to speak!!

Had nothing but great experiences at Surterra FWB. Michael is always friendly and helpful. Pro: they are wayyyyy faster processing you in (even without a pre-order) than Truleive Destin. Con: they aren't taking credit cards so you'll either have to take cash out at a machine of your choosing (they have a machine but expect a 4 service charge) or you must use the CanPay app. Unfortunately using can pay you'll have to set it up, which takes 3-5 days to validate your account, so don't plan to use it if you haven't set it up and verified deposits) The con really isn't a big deal for me. I prefer their oil over Truleive, so it's no big deal.

Surterra continues to WOW me as they have the most friendly and knowledgeable people working there. I feel good visiting their wellness centers which are open to the public. That's right, you don't need to be a patient to go in, ask questions and learn about how cannabis can help you!! My experience at other dispensaries leaves me feeling very differently. I'm a Surterra girl through and through!

I had a great first experience with Surterra in Orange Park. I am new to MMJ and was very unsure about all the different products available and what would help me most. Bruno was awesome. Explained the full product line and asked exactly what I was needing and then was able to make suggestions. I decided on a few different things to try and figure out what works best for me. The office is beautiful and relaxing. I was helped quickly and was in and out. I left much more confident than when I arrived.

Great little place, easy to get to.  Great prices on pre-ground.  People there are very friendly.  Selection is not great thus 4 stars.

I started noticing some things about the product I was getting at Surterra: it was overpriced for being so mediocre and the packaging looked very, pharmaceutical. I don't like Surterra and I don't recommend them.

It's a small location. But the staff is amazing. Always helpful and will answer any questions.  They also do home delivery.

You can't get through on the phone and they never call you back. Transdermal patches and other products can't be delivered. So the delivery service is pretty pointless. You have to go in anyway to talk to them to place your 3rd order? That isn't customer service.

They have good products I love they vaporizer pods and   how Vaporizer heat up and how long they stay charger it do wonders only thing I want them get flower in pre roll also if do have it they need get more

I love this place. They have the products out, not behind a vault in another room which make the whole experience nice and friendly.I like the tinctures, they last longer. At the same time there is nothing quite like a couple puffs of Art's OG, that strain is so...mild, I am saying you don't cough unless you hit it like a cart. Once ya get the hang, carts start to seem like bongs, ya know? Nothing wrong with them, but these disposable vape pens all do exactly what they say.ReviveAM and RelaxPM are nice.My personal favorite is a sublingual called Serene, eases pain and anxiety.

Of all the local dispensaries, Surterra is my favorite despite having a smaller selection of products. The environment is warm and inviting, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Charles has helped me from end to end multiple times, and each of his recommendations has helped me treat a variety of symptoms.The vape pens are beneficial for a number of reasons, mainly lower cost and no need to carry a charger. The downside of these are that they produce a lot of waste. The Soothe line gives me the oft-overlooked CBD, and Zen gives a morning lift that keeps me going throughout the work day. The Zen tincture offers a Florida orange flavor that is crisp. Of course, everyone is different but the medicine's effects have been consistent.This dispensary is a welcome addition to the fledgling Brooklyn area. Expect a smaller footprint for the "urban" location as well as a calming environment. You won't feel claustrophobic here unlike other dispensaries.

Weak strains, and poor quality buds on the "top shelf". I live right around the corner from this Surterra and I still drive 25 mins to Truelive or MUV. Got tired of buying weak outdoor strains, and haven't shopped there in a few month but decide to try their "indoor top shelf" $50 eigths. Opened the container (they don't air seal) and it was sticks and popcorn bud. I asked the nice manager was this expected in the future, she said no but didn't offer to compensate me for the sticks and stems and another employee told me "they weren't responsible" for quality". That's should be their slogan "WE ARENT RESPONSIBLE FOR MEDIOCRE MEDICINE WE ADVERTISE AS HIGH QUALITY"  Shop here only if you have too. MUV and Truelieve are too close to accept mediocrity.

I bought a pax era pro and two different pax pods. The pax pods have zero effects on me. Unfortunately Surterra won't let me return even tho the pods have barely been used. I highly recommend that you don't use this place.

In March, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I'm in the midst of chemotherapy treatment and recently got my medicinal card approved. Surterra was the first dispensary I visited. They were super helpful and accommodating. Denzel is so knowledgeable. He was so patient and kind. A huge help to me! Thank you again, Denzel!

Weigh your herbs upon purchase! I purchased two containers of 7 grams of pre grounded herbs.. got 5 grams instead -.- look at pics. I love this location but please be honest about how much we're purchasing....

I loved my visit. Both of the ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful. I ask questions about my strains because I prefer something energetic rather than stuck, and they were knowledgeable of each product. I'll definitely visit this location again!

I like Surterra but I have to say I am not a fan of their flower products. It's easier to find them in stock here than at some other places around Jacksonville however the quality is mediocre at best. What I am a fan of is their shatter and concentrate products... Always hits the spot for me! I have also used their relief patches, theragels and vapes. I find the patches work similar to a low dose ibuprofen and they're nice for after a workout or when I have a tension headache. There is quite the range of products here and overall I would recommend this as a great "starter dispensary" for those looking for lower dose/CBD products. There are plenty of ratio products as well that make it easy to control the amount of relief you get per dose. Do come prepared to park in a very tight area and then you will notice the theme continues throughout. Very tight waiting room (practically none) and no privacy from other patients whatsoever. Social distancing nearly impossible. There is an ATM in the back because unfortunately they have stopped accepting debit cards as a method of payment. They are apparently working to accept them again in the future. They do accept CannPay.

Hands down best customer service right here! I've never spent more than five minutes in here picking up (even on deal days. ) I have shopped nearly everywhere and this is the best bang for your buck 1000%. I spent $4 - $5 a gram most days. You won't want to go anywhere else. Deals every other day that are unbelievable, I love this place. AND they make you feel like family. Surterra  is everything you'd want to be as a dispensary - from one happy customer. I LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU REPS. Y'all don't get enough credit and you all deserve raises

Good products I'm sure, although they have been out of flower on my two visits.  I have noticed that their prices are significantly higher than local competitors (Trulieve, MUV, Curaleaf).  On average the distillate was $10-$15 more per gram for the a comparable full spectrum product.  I also found the pre-filled vape cartridges are about $10-$15 more than the other dispensaries/competitors.  They also don't have a rewards program set up as their competitors do to possibly offset their higher pricing?  I would recommend the other local dispensaries based upon value in being able to make your money go farther.Nice staff that know their stuff, unfortunately it's an overpriced dispensary.  I believe Suterra will be beat out by larger competitors that are able to offer cheaper pricing for comparable if not superior products.

Definitely my favorite dispensary in Jax! They carry the Coral Reefer line that makes me want to be on an island somewhere. Stock is usually pretty full and website is updated often. Love doing express online orders since I'm in and out in 5 minutes. Staff is always kind and makes it an easy transaction

I've been going to Surterra Bradenton since they opened. Every experience has been top notch. Every person I've dealt with is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They always get me in and out very quickly. They have always made excellent recommendations and have the products in stock. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT GO! Total scammers....when I clicked on the theragel it said bogo when I went to check out it didn't take the money out so I called and they said "no problem we will give you the bogo at checkout" when I arrived they said "oh that was just a. Advertisement" total misleading information and they tried to short me $20 with my change....disgusted

I have ordered here before they no longer deliver, unless your in the FL keys.  They do not tell you that on their website.  They use to take credit cards however they have quit doing that as well.  They have posted a temporary notice on their website however it has been more then a month.  I have been in banking for 29 years it takes 24hours to fix, change or get a new merchant services carrier.  The products are good if your willing to wade through the Corp BS.  I will try Cureleaf, and Trulieve.

What a mess.  No one works there.  This is some fly by night operation.  No store hours on the door.  Phone number on front door doesnt work.  Phone number on an old sign off to the side in the grass does work but gives you some place in Fort Myers .  Left a message and no one has returned my call.  You can't make this shit up.  I would steer clear of this joint.

Nice place to get all your CBD and hemp products.I like how you can order online and get it delivered to your home or you can place an order and pick it up at the store.Staff are friendly and patient and ready to explain and answer any questions you may have.I actually used to go to a different dispensary and my doctor recommended this one and I can safely say that their products are definitely better quality than other stores.

First was very disappointed the discount card has been adjusted from $75 off $150 first time to $15 and $20 off now. I came in very excited it being located nearby. When I went in as a new costumer the staff actually recommended to me products that weren't the most "potent thc"like I asked but rather inventory items that seemed they wanted to get rid . I went there over 9 -12 times in a row throughout a very short period of time. I had to kind of learn and guess what there best products were which was kind of dissapointinf giving all the staff that could provide more education and assistance. I recently bought a vape product there that was a rip off and is misrepresenting of the dosage and strengths compared to the other identical products just different sizes it being the Coral Reefer Brand. Even the associates who work there have said, " they are all the same strengths yet they have different labeled strengths," I bought the item being a vape and for a total of three products. I came back shorty and asked NOT for a refund but an exchange of products  or some sort of store credit, the items were NOT opened or altered in any way also being the time short time limit. I was very very disappointed and upset being that when I went to Truelieve dispensary the associate there told me if I didnt like the product bring it back and I could exchange it for a new product or credit as long as I didn't use it all. I think Surterra should follow this policy especially since it was my second time being there compared to being  loyal costumer of Surterra Dadeland. I have NOT tried the flower here but the good are Coral Reefer disposable vapes , The Florida's finest MYAKKA Native , and the Extract Distillate Syringes. I was very disappointed with shatter as it was very pure and clean tasting but it seemed very weak potent wise. I tried the same ones at other dispensaries and were much stronger mostly cheaper just to make sure it wasn't tolerances level since the capes were working greet. The positives: neat display, very clean , nice staff,great location . The negatives are it's expensive.

Great location with welcoming energy. A high caliber cannabis dispensary has been long awaited by many in this area! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They had various educational days during 420 week, one featuring a massage therapist with many give a ways all week!

I've been a customer now for the past year or so and every time I walk in there it feels like Home, essentially every and all businesses should be ran in this way in the sense that it makes you want to come back. The staff are always on point, well educated on their products and always have a Fantastic attitude and demeanor.

It really is a wonderful experience every time I visit Surterra Dadeland. The customer service is bar none the best in the biz. They are very helpful and informative. Especially with a guy like me that asks a lot of questions and likes to talk. Today I was helped by Michelle who brightened my day and helped me buy some dark chocolate edibles along with some Oregon noble flower. Highly recommend Surterra Dadeland for those of you who want the friendly feel of visiting your local dispensary. ‍

First time visiting Surterra yesterday. And I'm definetely coming back! The service was beyond amazing. Carlos took care of me he was very knowledgeable and made sure I got the tastiest cartridge and holy crap it did not disappoint. His recommendation was Strawberry Cough and wow what a tasty strain The budtender that prepared my order was just as nice too. I will Definitely recommend Surterra to  my friends and now you have a new client!

This place is the best, no wait, great product, and excellent service. Way better then other places make a stop!

I had a great experience at the Deerfield location today with Jonathan. I had priorly gone to the Miami Beach location a few months ago and I was not left too satisfied with the service then. I decided to give a different location a try and I was more than satisfied with my experience. I was assisted by Jonathan, the manager, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with helping me get the right product. Also, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which was very much appreciated. I will definitely be headed back to the Deerfield location in the future!

Everyone in the store is amazing. It was my grandfathers first time and the entire staff was super helpful. I've been to quite a few dispensaries and this was one of my all time favorites. Melissa in particular was a gem and gave so much insight but everyone was great and very helpful. We will both definitely be back!

Absolute best dispensary in the area. I live in a town about 40 minutes south, but the drive to this dispensary is always worth it. Infinitely better than any of the 3 dispensaries in my own town.  10/10

A dispensary located on the southern end of a small strip Center with plenty of parking.A menu is available at the front desk where, as a walk in customer, you can peruse the merchandise and order before walking to the back to retrieve and pay for your items.The staff is very knowledgeable and bud tenders are helpful in directing you to what you need.

I have 2 defective pens and they won't exchange them.  One of the pens was only hit a few times.  I'll never order their products again.  Good thing there are 3 other local dispensaries.

I've only been to Suterra Welness once. The people at the front desk are very friendly. Everyone I delt with were friendly and patient.

I find the Relief line at Surterra Wellness to certainly be worth the drive. I use both the tincture and the reserve oil in this line and they work very well for me. This office is adhering well to the COVID-19 crisis, thank goodness, and masks and distancing are required. The staff are courteous and generous of nature and very, very kind to me on EVERY occasion. Their online order system has never given me any problems! Not even once. That's bonus fries for any dispensary in Pensacola peeps! WTG!

I have never had an issue with Surterra; their workers always go above and beyond for customer service, and most of them know my husband by name. Nancy is always so friendly and helpful, as is everyone else in there. I love Nancy the mostest though-she's always on point, dressed well, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about the people that visit Surterra. I do feel that some of their products are a bit pricey, but the QUALITY you're getting shows why the higher prices are necessary. This isn't the run-of-the-mill average stuff you can find anywhere, this is the GOOD stuff! I prefer Surterra over any other dispensary in the area, simply for the ease of ordering, the speed in which you can pick up your orders, the waiting area inside, and the overall friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Keep up the great work, guys. My only complaint has to do with the building space they rent and it's lack of handicap-accessible ramps from the parking lot. But Surterra has nothing to do with that. :-)

India was a fantastic help in getting us setup with the state and is a great asset to the company. I couldn't be happier and plan to bo all my future business here. The establishment is clean and professional. I can't say enough nice things about it.

We called in an order to the call center. Then we went in to pick up the order. After 52 mins, and people coming after me and going before me. I finally had to ask when they were gonna help me. Then the order was totally wrong. What a HORRIBLE experience. I left crying. Do not depend on these people to have your stuff together.

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful! It's by far my favorite dispensary in the area. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and they have a great selection!

Went and purchased a 3.5g container of their bud(now limiting 2 per day per customer?!) and was unsurprisingly met with 2.3g on my scale. How they are allowed to do this continuously with no repose is demonstrable

I love this place! The staff are all so friendly. They are so patently answer all of my many questions. They keep patients smiling and at ease. From the comfortable lounging couch and chairs to the refrigerator with bottled water they offer you when you check in, their customer service is spot on. We enjoyed a game of connect 4 on the bar while we waited. And incidentally, we didn't have time to finish the game before we were called. One of my top 3 dispensaries around. Their Float ground flower (Tillamock Strawberry) was next level and because it was ground, it lasted a lot longer than flower that is in bud form. Only downside, you can't smoke it in a joint. Probably another reason it lasts longer. In a pipe, you use less. The price was right at 50.00 for 7 grams. All in all, loved everything about it and would absoutly refer #mmj patients to them!

worst dispensary n florida worst flower n state please do not go here if u r new ..they will ruin your exp w mj.  i haven't come back here in over a year's time but they've listed new flower products along with pre 98 bubba kush and it's a total sham it's not even bubba kush genetic i don't know if you're aware of local competition but this is the worst i've seen of any dispensary ever they have new flour it's just as horrible as it has always been they've included integra boost packets to try to fix their r/h ruined products. (no cure) damaged tricomes and dusty dry brown stems   trash flower over n over n over again! do not waste your time..drive 1 more mile n either diresction for 1plant trulieve or even curaleaf...just not this place!!!!

Surterra used to be the best of the best but take it from a dedicated customer who has had enough! The vape pens are always short, sometimes empty almost, shatter isn't shatter it's the worlds strongest adhesive fused into wax paper. To top it off they will give you store credit when you return one of these junk products for being sub standard, the same trash you just returned they want to give that back again, yes this is true. Junk junk and more junk and it's pricey junk, Surterra sucks and everyone I know says the same, you suck Surterra I hope you fold up like a lawn chair, ripping off hard working people, not much longer I hope!!!

Very disappointed. I bought a salve for a painful elbow. Spent $65. It does not help.  Even if it's used more often. I took it back. They don't exchange or give you a credit. I am done with Surterra!!

They have redeemed themselves! Ultimately I do love many of their products and I find them to be doing better. Also the guy that works at the PSL location and has real good hair..yeah he is dapper as hell and he knows it ;) everyone that works there really does seem to care about the patients and they always show respect, I've seen their interactions with elderly cardholders that are new to dispensary ways and they take the time to educate and inform people of the products available that may help best. I never hear upsales but more genuine recommendations on benefits of the herb. This alone is why I've give y'all back your stars!

The topicals are good, the coral reefer vapes are good. Their flower is the worst I've gotten in florida, do NOT go here for flower unless you want to feel like a teenager buying dime bags off the old guy on the corner.

I recently became a patient at Surterra in PSL.The place is great.I appreciate the fact that they allow my emotional support dog Marty to accompany me inside.I am always greeted with a friendly customer staff. A big shout out to Jay my Wellness Coordinator. He does an excellent job and Marty really seems to like him.

I can not recommend their vape pens. It's a all in one unit with non rechargeable battery. Their carts also leave more residue than most carts I have experienced. Was only offered a 20% discount when 1/3 of my cart was still left for a dead battery. Was also tried to be told it was due to not storing the pen in a upright position. No!!! That's to avoid a leaky cart. Don't blame a customer for your poor product. Search there are other people with the same issues. You don't get those wasted ml added back to your script. If you are tight on your script from doc and don't want to waste. AVOID the vape pens.

Let me tell you this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in any dispensary let alone in the Tallahassee "wellness center" of Surterra. I spend a great amount of money in this establishment over $1,000 the month of August alone. Several employees at this location have misdispensed my meds on numerous occasions. Jessica Hasapes, Ciara Carr and Dana DiBartolomeo are all horrible employees and should be fired! A little background:This all started when Ciara Carr forgot to dispense 4 of the 10 products I purchased on Aug. 30th. When I noticed that she was working I asked for the manager and explained what had happened. Dana DiBartolomeo, was the one who was stepped up and stated that I was wrong that she didn't forget that it was a system error. Then after I get home to check my registry I find that they double dispensed me and moved everything to my oral. After I specifically asked for it to be put under my topical because I use it to make my own salve. I desperately need those oral milligrams for my RSO regiments. Jessica Hasapes, steps up next but she was so rude I almost lost my temper with her! I just politely let her know that if there was nothing she could do to help me that I would rather wait to speak to the supervisor that I was promised. Now a short time after that I had a third girl call from the call center stating that all of the supervisors were gone for the day. But she assured me that someone would take care of it in the morning... The saving grace at Surterra is a wonderful lady Melissa, she was as helpful as she could be with a $10 credit.. (woohoo) She also took wonderful notes of everything that occurred and stated that she would be passing it off to her supervisor. After over a week of back and forth I was finally able to get the problem resolved. Only to have it happen again on my very next order! Nothing has been done to my knowledge in regards to the employees who miss dispensed my meds. Nothing but broken promises and lies are spewing from them at this point.

For over 2 years I've been a loyal customer and have almost exclusively used your dispensary for my medication, but that stops today. Today I went into your Tallahassee store with a defective Zen Pure Reserve Oil and was basically told it was my fault, I must not be doing it right, and there's nothing they could do. So apparently for over 2 years I knew how to do it, but this week I don't? It was the last straw. I also had yet another vape pen where the battery died with still quite a bit of medicine left in it. I've lost count how many times that's happened now, but I decided to let that go and deal with the most recent problem, the Zen dispenser. It's clear to me it's defective as the medication won't dispense properly, but only leaks out slowly, unlike any other one I've purchased from you. I have a limited budget and frankly, I can't continue to lose money with your defective packaging. I love your product, but the packaging is terrible and apparently so is your customer service, so it's time to move on.

I attempted to visit the store on Saturday. I am in a wheelchair and I was shock, insulted and embarrassed that your handicapped access is by permission only in the back door entrance. That requires that I call ahead like a ugly troll and to avoid sitting in the car for 15 minute while I call a state wide customer service number NO DIRECT ACCESS INFORMATION WAS POSTED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES "  this is not a medical dispensary for sick people it's an exclusive club for elitist or a hookah lounge for able bodied people.   Avoid this place

Expanding my product line. New improved Yelp reviewer. I go EAT, DRINK, and now MEDICATE, then tell you about it. Surterra Wellness Center lives up to the name. Very impressed with service, product, and follow up. They take CanPay and offered refreshments as they helped me plan my cannabis delivery choices.

As a new patient this is my go to Dispensary. I love the coral refer & Surterra line of disposable vape pens and the tincture oils work wonderfully for me.  Staff are always nice and take time to discuss products with you and educate you IF you need it.

I have been a medical patient in two states and never received such poor service. They sold a faulty product and offered the suggestion that I blow dry my cartridge before each use to try to get it to work... But that's it. Do not waste money on this place. Do you assume I have a blow dryer because I am a woman? Sexist.Seriously the WORST

The flower products I've bought here have been extremely disappointing. I've paid for the most expensive variety every time(which is conveniently what they only have in stock) and gotten more stems than I've ever seen from a dispensary and the smallest buds. Not worth the money.

I found this in my pre-ground... idk what it is but I almost smoked it which is scary. There is also an extreme amount of stems which is a waste of money.

Awesome service, best customer service in the area. Need a reward program but that's the companies fault. Love the store, highly recommend.

All of the wellness coordinators are amazing here in Tallahassee! Ebony is my favorite coordinator! She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of quickly! She is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in making product selections!!! Also Surterra has the BEST deals.
