The security guard was nice, the front desk lady was nice, but this place didn't impress me. I was stopping by and had cupcakes in the car, I asked the front desk lady if the process would be quick and she wasn't kind about it, giving me a skeptical look. Like, I'm stopping in here to give YOU business, I can walk right back out with my money if my time is not valued. Luckily, it took 5 minutes and two forms. Upon getting to the back, it was rather plain but straightforward. I've been to at least 10 dispensaries around, and this looked like 9/10. I wasnt given a menu, and another customer was also finding this difficult. The security guard and the front desk lady were like, "Well, why doesn't he look it up on his phone?" And the security guard was like, "I know they have these $1,200 phones..." But this is a BUSINESS,  I want the transaction to be easy, seamless, not me doing 75% of the work going to third party sites trying to figure out what you're selling. Well, my biggest gripe came at the end. I have figured what I want, even after she's broken down prices and i know my regular dispo has better pre-roll prices. I pull out my debit card and she says, "We are cash only but there's the ATM." Huh? Is this a legal gig or not? Absolutely unacceptable to be cash only. I want to tap my debit and go. Nope instead, i had to pay $3.50 to the ATM and $2.00 to my bank for pulling cash out. If they serve 80 customers in a day, charge each $3.50 fee just to be able to pull the cash they require, that's an extra $280 just an ATM fees A DAY , 7 days of business a week, $1,960 A WEEK IN ATM FEES alone. This business will make thousands upon thousands every month in ATM fees... Bamboozling their customers. No thanks. Accepting my debit is a must. When I walked out the security guard said "Bye bye see you next time." And i said, "Probably not, you don't take card. Have a good one." Nothing impressed me here, the ATM debacle was annoying, and I just don't recommend.

I've been to this location since the changes twice before today. The second time I wasn't offered the opportunity to gain my points because the website is not working. The only location from your phone is Rockville and you can't order online to get past the terms and conditions. After wasting time on that I stopped by at 6:55. Now they close at 7 but everything including the doors were locked already and everyone was gone. I circled around in a panic as I have Bipolar/PTSD/pain issues, my stepmom just died, my sister is blind from a recent assault etc at 7:03. I was turned away. My question is why weren't they open until 7 the first time. It's unfortunate that dispensaries pick and choose what they want to do. Even though I was close first time and wasn't noticed because shop was closing it's like any business. I was there the first time. People don't come there to get high. Maybe they do and others come for help. I needed help. Disappointed.

first place i visited after getting my card, great prices, and prob the best rewards program. recently though, they haven't had much of a selection of flower, but i'm sure it will return. Will is always extra informative, as well as friendly. this location is extremely welcoming. so friendly they feel more like family/friends.

Absolutely the best in the area. Will and Jamie are awesome guys that have taught me a lot

They do "not" allow DC residents, and you cannot currently find that information on their website. If you drive up there (during rush hour traffic) because they are the only dispensary in a 30+ mile radius that carries a certain product, and you live in DC, you will be turned away.

This place is top notch and the staff is amazing. Thanks for such an amazing experience everytime.??

Excellent customer service. I was in and out. The gentleman was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. 2 thumbs up
