It’s Valentine’s Day I got a message from lotus gold that if you spent $20 or more you would get a free gift and 25% off your purchase. The employees had no knowledge of the free gift only a giveaway drawing (very disappointing and misleading) the employees were taking dramatic personal calls on SPEAKER and my bud tender blatantly told me he was way too high and could barley weigh out my purchase, it took almost 30 minutes just to get an eighth and I was the only customer most of that time. I’m not disappointed in your product just your professionalism and customer service, used to love this dispensary but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Great products and even greater people! They always put the health of the customer over profit.

My hubby and I was coming through had to stop in never been the guys there was Okay really didn't know anything about anything we got a quarter witch don't look like it says 22% off for vets my husband a vet plus bought 2 prerolls and still paid over 80$? if you want people to come back then I'd help more be more knowledgeable in the product an give discounts neesed

Hit an awesome day everything 20% off. Husband got his CBD and I hit the jackpot on prerolls.
