Best shop in town fire stuff! Rose and John were a great help got me in and out quick overall good trip!!

When I say I love, love, Looooooove this Dispensary!!! The staff is so helpful and friendly. I had a million and one questions but they were so patient with me. I would also like to mention how clean and organized everything looks. The display cases make me feel like I'm in a cannabis museum haha! Fast forward.. the bud is sooooo FRESH and the quality of the products they carry are absolutely outstanding. You guys have defiantly gained a loyal customer, and I'm bringing friends! Thanks guys!!

Horrible service. Clearly a fraud business. Only accepts cash and did not even ask me for ID. such a typical scam. I will never go here again and i dont reccomend anyone ever going here. I would give negative stars if i could

The staff is always on point they always help me out with their knowledge on  On the medicine that I need were very polite and thiers parking in the back and as well as an ATM machine the medicines good the  Prices  good as well.

The service is awesome and Rose and Preny are always helpful and they're always funny

Rose is so friendly and educated on the products here, and always makes sure I leave with what will help me the most. The place is always clean and welcoming in new brands and products, and with me being new here in this neighborhood, this will definitely be my favorite local dispensary

I bought prepackaged lemon skunk there about a month ago.I asked if it was fresh, the girl behind the bullet proof plexiglass assured me it was.  I got home to find it was the driest-oldest-crunchy flower I've ever had in my life.I've also noticed that all the negative reviews on weed maps for this place have been deleted.  Only five star reviews can be seen.  There's some total BS tampering going over there.Will never go back.

Just went in for some flower and left with flower, carts and concentrate. The staff is amazing, the product is always fresh, the prices are great! Call and ask when they run promotions because they ALWAYS have a bomb deal! Shout out to the guys at Hitone LA! always have super fire carts and they have great promo deals!

One of the best and most well organized cannabis provider in the Valley. They are very knowledgeable about varieties and uses of all the blooming variety of ways yo enjoy Cannabis.  They have types and brands i've never heard of in 10 years as a patient in CA. Also a huge selection of edibles, both THC and CBD as well as patches and oils. Fully stocked, clean and friendly. Happy to talk to you and dial in what you might enjoy.  Worth a trip to the Foothills. Cheers!

Well, I can't rate the products because apparently this place discriminates against New Yorkers. The geniuses asked for my birthday which was on the ID because I got a haircut and my hair was different from the photo. I've lived in La for 3 months now, and not once have I had this issue in ANY OTHER SHOP. It's ridiculous. I come out to Los Angeles and change my style and I have to pay the price by driving to another shop. Worth it though, just go to TNT, it's close by and they don't give u shit for no reason. This place will probably complain if ur Rec is expired unlike other spots where they'll just let u go in for the one time. F*** this place. None of my homies are ever going here u can bet on that.

This place has always been overpriced in all their products. I didn't have time to drive further to go to my usual dispensary, so reluctantly went to this place again. Again I was reminded of the high mark up prices and was sold something overpriced and underweight too!! Not even 3.3 grams in my 1/8. Gotta watch this place....

Started shopping at Natural Aid Dispensary the customer service is always great, was happily surprised at how big the selection is and really good prices. I needed some type of CBD and THC for my boyfriend, he has several old injuries that need help. They were very helpful, the cream I bought worked great. I also bought several different Sativa's at great prices!!! Love the place

They sold me a Rove featured farms cartridges that expired 10 months ago. Even the free FTP edibles were expired by a few weeks. I went back to exchange it and almost everything they had on the shelf was expired. Checked weedmaps and they're still selling the same expired products. SMH
