Horrible. Discriminate.Turned Me away bc they need something more than what you legally need to purchase cannibals . Had all my legal docs and fed me some bull as to why I couldn’t purchase smh. This place needs to learn the legalities of what they doing. I’m from Cali and been to NM numerous times to know the laws. Would not recommend menu looks low thc anyway.
The staff is super friendly. My medical needs are always met. Fast and efficient but of course like any place if you go when it is really busy you can expect about a 20-30 minute wait due to number of people being allowed in at once. But is still worth the wait.
The Staff at Ultra Health is always kind, courteous and super helpful. I appreciate them always greeting me with a smile even when some customers are SUPER RUDE. They handle themselves professionally and do their best to make your experience short, sweet and to the point. I've been there on super busy days and not so busy one. The treatment I receive is the same. Respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable for sure! Their products are amazing quality and the prices are reasonable, I am never disappointed. Thanks Ultra Health!!
Only reason this place isn’t 5 stars is due to the limited amount of flower. The employees there are super friendly and down to earth. Love this place for the prices and pre rolls when they have them! I can understand the demand and appreciate them being the closest spot serving us. ??
Absolutely love Ultra Health! I have been coming to this place since its opening and I have seen many adjustments made in its team members and I must say this group is the absolute best ever!! From the Manager to all his budtenders, you are all amazing! Very knowledgeable, they take pride in their jobs, they always have a smile on their faces, they always play good music, in all the whole environment is just awesome!! And super clean!! This store is immaculate, I love it. They all seem to make a lot of people feel so much better. Never a dull moment here, I never leave without having a good laugh! You all get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10 Stars for all your amazing work, your kindness, and always bringing out a smile! Adam, you have one hell of a team here!
