Very helpful staff on choosing correct topical for my neck pain. Great discount for first time customer, $75 off $150 purchase! Was able to get a great variety of topicals with the guidance from 1 of the workers. Was educated on a lot of questions I had. Thank you to that 1 staff member.

I recently was prescribed my medical card and L.H.S was the first place I went! I have never been to a dispensary before so I was happy with how easy and friendly the process was. Everything I purchased was very high quality. I definitely recommend them and I will be returning too!

My favorite store to go customer service always wonderful and on point.

Very reasonably priced. Would like to see just a bit more selection.

UPDATE - I want to add to this previous review that Kelsi the supervisor did email me the confirmation for the updated order delivery as I had requested and they did provide an additional discount to me to compensate for their error. They also included comments of apology in their email for their error. I have ordered from this company a few times. Always an issue. Each and every time they have messed something up. This most recent time they sent the delivery person to the wrong address, all the way across the state (this has happened before with them) an address that I have not lived at in over a year. Oddly enough on Monday (I’m posting this on a Thursday) they had emailed me a confirmation of my order showing my correct address, however they failed to even review this to make sure the delivery went to the correct address. The so-called “manager” named Kelsey was extremely matter of fact about the whole error, borderline rude, not a single apology, even though they are now making me wait an additional five days for this delivery. He mentioned that there were somehow two addresses on my profile. I asked him if that was the case why did they not reach out to the customer to confirm which address was correct. He did not have an answer. He did not seem to care in the least about this error, which seems to be recurring with this company. I did request from Kelsey to send me another confirmation email showing the order details, the amount, the date and the delivery address. It’s been over an hour and I am still waiting to get that from him. I will say that some of their phone reps are very pleasant and helpful. However with all of the other options of dispensaries out there in Florida for medical marijuana, this will likely be my last order from this company. I feel like they just do not care about customer service. Not worth my time or the aggravation.
