Hands down this is THE dispensary to visit in Ohio! The staff are all so knowledgeable about the many, many, MANY ITEMS on their menu, and can answer any question you may have about any of them. They're very polite and truly cater to every patient as an individual. Their menu is awesome! Best way to put it lol Tons of the best items Ohio has to offer at very affordable prices and everyday different items are on sale. You couple that with a knowledgeable, courteous staff and a relaxed, modern decor and you have (solely my opinion) the best dispensary in Ohio!

This was my first and last time shopping at Sunnyside. I usually go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief but I wanted to try a tincture that OVNR doesn't have in stock. Big mistake. The staff at Sunnyside was polite but when I tried the product that evening, it didn't seem to be very potent at all. I had to take 8x my usual dosage. I was examining the bottle and noticed the expiration date was 8/7. I purchased the tincture on 7/29. I reached out to Sunnyside's support online and the woman I emailed was great. She apologized for my experience and contacted Wintersville to reach out to me and resolve the situation. Wintersville did reach out but the woman I spoke to, while polite, did not seem to listen to what I was saying at all. I told her about the lack of potency and the expiration date and she basically just said sorry, I can't do anything. For $52, I feel I deserved better. Do yourself a favor and go to Ohio Valley Natural Relief. The staff is amazing and their product quality is top notch.

The staff was extremely helpful. Nicole made the process easy. This was my first time and she explained the process, how to view the menu, what the different products did and how they would help. I will not go anywhere else. This is a very professional place with kind and knowledgeable people especially Nicole and carissa. Thank you for your product suggestions. They were spot on.
