Rise dispensary personnel are AWESOME!  Well educated, helpful and friendly.  The environment is warm and welcoming. Inventory is well stocked  prices are lower than other dispensaries in the area.  This is a business you want to frequent.

Rise in Steelton,PA is the best people and service out there ! Won't over medicate or charge you .Very professional and helpful Donna Sweigert

I will no longer shop at Rise due to their change in points rewards. I had $10 off with 200+ points and went to use them Monday and saw they changed the program and took my $10 away and replaced it with $3. You now have to spend $500 dollars to get $15 off. NOPE prices are too high already and you screw me on points I already earned. GOODBYE RISE NEVER AGAIN.

I love Rise Dispensary!! Especially the ones in Carlise and Steelton. The budtenders are so nice and reception people are very patient and kind... everyone is very knowledgeable about the products

I enjoy coming to this dispensary. They offer a wide variety of products and the staff is helpful. Rise has a great point a system, you could potentially get up to $15-20 off you're order.

horrible place-people are rude. Inspect your product before you leave - they do not do returns or give money back if it's concealed damage.    Not helpful at all.  Big time money making business taking advantage of sick people.  there are other places in Harrisburg better. Return policy not posted so be aware

Staff is great. However the prices are jacked up for no reason. Plenty of other dispensaries in the area with better deals and much more reasonable prices. I will not be back.

Great selection of products and rewards points on purchases make this an occasional stop when Harvest is closed or out of products. Rise has several area locations and very competitive pricing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and usually provide quick service. Online ordering has improved efficiency and now with health safety measures in place, a drive through lane is in operation. It can get busy at times as people need their medicine, so patience for patients is encouraged. Rise to the occasion and get your medicine here.

The atmosphere is relaxed, unless it's busy, in which case, not. (Ive only been 2x. I just found it more my speed then the dispensary closer to me.) The first time I was there, the associate at the front was very gentle, pleasant and welcoming. It wasn't busy at all. I got a good deal on 2 different products. I was really happy w/ my purchase. I like the brands as a whole that RISE Steelton carries. I also like their sales. Both times I ordered online and they had it for me when I arrived. Their website has a lot of resources and information and I found it very helpful when choosing what works best for me. The second time, it was much busier. Line out the door busy. They got people in and out though.

Not sure what is happening with Rise in Steelton, but their customer service has gone by the waist side!!! I was in there today and for starters, there were 4 children in the waiting area running amok. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! Secondly, After the women with children were called back, the receptionist, in an EXTREMELY rude tone says to the rest of us in the lobby, "People want to complain about their online orders not being ready. But little do they realize, we're the second busiest dispensary in the state....." I looked at him, looked at the other people in the lobby and said ,"Well, that was unnecessary, but okay?!" Clearly the women were complaining before I walked in. Thirdly - THEY NEVER HAVE SPECIALS!!!!!! I can walk into another dispensary in Harrisburg that shall remain unamed, and they ALWAYS are running specials. Sorry Rise, you've lost my patronage after today!

Always clean and efficient. Emma is the best bud tender, always cheerful and helpful. Not only helpful with the medicine if questions or opinions arise and helpful with sweet hiking spots in the area! Not loving the remix on the rewards change. Like...we really had to reduce the rewards given to customers...and do the debit card fee?? I still come because the deals are decent, it's close to my home, and Emma keeps me smiling. But still...
