Mean and unprofessional. I was in recently and had the worst customer service experience I've ever had. "Kathryn" got very frustrated because I was asking questions; threw the bag on the counter; was extremely rude and unhelpful. Last time I ever go into this place. Organic Remedies in Enola is worth the extra drive. They have menus that you can look at; they don't mind that you ask questions - in fact, they are very happy to help one find the most suitable product; and the have the best product. There's something very wrong with this place. People seem unhappy and angry.

The wait times unbelievable. If you expect to wait 3 hours for an eighth. This stores for you. State college store. The dispensary up in Williamsport is about a thousand times better. In and out under 5 minutes every time

A very limited selection, mandatory masks, very slow & courteous yes, but hardly worth the drive up. If only this place could offer more leaf products that work. They mostly have expensive medium grade products. Their website is a nightmare to order online. Most good daily products are grabbed up within 5 minutes, rest is available all day, all 2nd choice. I am not impressed. Great to have them here, but takes me 60 minutes each way drive to get there. Products rumored to contain pesticides. All tastes similar, despite different strains. They could be doing much better.
