This place is awesome! Huge variety and nice people, Mary and Sue helped me and they were fabulous!

Designed by the Apple Store engineer this place is very techy. iPads everywhere. Nice selection. Tons of para (hoodies, grinders, hats, shirts, etc). 3 different brands to choose from. Very knowledgeable staff. 25% discount for new customers.Cash or debit only (bank may charge you additional atm fees)

While observing proper COVID etiquette, Hannah was not only pleasant, she was informative and educational with the confidence of someone that enjoys their job!

Even through these last troubling months in the world, the employees at MedMen on 5th Avenue in St. Pete, FL have continued to offer me, and I'm sure all their clients, the greatest customer service. I've been shopping there pretty much ever since they opened. And Sue is one of the most welcoming and warming faces you'll see when you walk into the store, if you're lucky!;)  She runs that store great, along with her amazing team, they are all always just so chill, on point, and ready to answer any questions  We might have when entering the store. Not to mention that they all are so super,  super nice!;) MedMen St. Pete is hands down my favorite place to go when I need to "re-up" on any cartridges. Unfortunately,  there's not much flower distributed at this particular location, but like I said the carts are always on point. So are their tinctures, which is my 2nd favorite necessity. Their LuxLyte 1:100 Indica drops are such a life saver for me at night. And for the cost and the mls you get, there is no beating it! As for their carts, the prices and selection of the strains/terpenes they use to make them, mmm! Taste fantastic. So, so good, I can't explain it, but the taste is so pure. Like I said, the terpenes are perfect and so is the flavor profile, so clean! Their 1mg Indica carts are my absolute favorite!:)

This was our first visit to Medmen and we will definitely be back. James and Scott were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about their products and we appreciate how interactive our purchase was. We've been to most or our local dispensaries and this by far is our favorite. The store is laid out extremely well - you get to see everything you're purchasing in person, before your buy it. If you haven't been here you should go - we went on a Sunday and it was a great start to Sunday Funday.

I tried out many dispensaries to find who I liked and I only go to Med Men now. Looks like an Apple store, everything's on display (product), you can even sniff the flower! Staff is friendly and always helpful. The cartridge prices can't be beat! I wish they had more concentrates (wax, shatter, or crumble), but in time it'll happen. Zittles smacked my butt and gave me hella munchies. Indica dominant carts are the best to help with sleep or pain  issues. Thanks y'all!!

I visited MedMen for the first time the other day. I have only ever been to one other dispensary and I must say MedMen is by far the better. I loved the whole experience, from the friendly service and variety of products to the modern, clean store. I was greeted at the door by a friendly masked young lady who introduced me to Hannah B. She gave me a tour and explained the layout and helped me with my purchase. She was a pleasure to deal with and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. The whole vibe was an enormous improvement over the previous place I had been patronizing. It's laidback and allows you to browse without being rushed. I was able to actually take time to read about the products and the purchase options. Thanks to Hannah and the overall great experience, I have found my new go-to spot!

We stopped in here while visiting some family memembers in st.pete and let me tell you this place has the best customer service I have ever experienced from a dispensary ever!!! Scott qnd Cindi went above and beyond it was pouring down rain and scott came out with qn umbrella to keep us dry they were both extremely attentive and helpful and made our first visit a terrific experience. I wish you guys would come.to hillsborough county so I could shop here more often. We will be returning just based off the customer service.

Wow ! I've been to many dispensaries across Hillsborough county; however , none with a show room as neat and organized as Medmen in St Pete. The flower is displayed in little cups with an iPad positioned behind it with helpful information about the previewed strain/ something I haven't seen before. The flower is great and the staffing is greater. More specifically, Scott and Hannah were the two staff who helped me during my first visit and they both showed me exactly how things worked at Medmen. They really took care of me and are the reason I will be coming back. Also the carts are the cheapest I've seen.

I am going to join the choir for praise for this dispensary.  One of the biggest reasons for me is because of Brett B.!  It's like I was talking to a MedMen ambassador and at the same time talking to a super smart friend or colleague that I've trusted my whole life to always be helpful.When you walk in think of it as Apple Store meets a micro-brewery.  All the tables are spaced out.  Brett offered a tour which was cool.  He did it for me and a friend I brought with me the second time.  Imagine the alacrity you feel buying something you really want, being in a super cool place and then having one of the most knowledgeable people (enter Brett B.) explaining every last thing you could possibly ask.I seriously walked in to just see what MedMen was, purchase, and leave.  But because of Brett's understanding of all of the MedMen products I walked out comfortably spending double of what I planned on spending.I work for a very large corporation where professionalism and presentation make first impressions everything.  MedMen delivered both in droves.  As amazing as Brett B. is I think even he'd admit, MedMen has decided to focus heavily on customer experience and quality and they've nailed it.I will continue to travel from Tampa to MedMen because it's just that worth it.  Tip: If coming from Tampa, I'd suggest (no matter what your GPS recommends)  take LeeRoy Selmon to Gandy.  Gandy to 275.

Have not actually tried the product but this was my visit to a Medmen dispensary. Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and didn't rush me at all. Great shopping experience.

Called got Josh he was very patient and knowledgeable. He got  me to the store . Then approached by Hannah B who was very helpful and was also knowledgeable about the variety of products . Went through different sections in the store and explained everything. Was polite and very nice . Those two alone would bring you back to the dispensary. Thank you

I went to the Saint Petersburg MedMen location today and it was incredible!!!The whole staff was super friendly and knowledgeable My Budtender Tiffany was absolutely amazing she showed me around the whole store and all the deals and specific products.I was unsure and she helped me pick 2 perfect stains for me Dr who and white fire og and Both were just what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you again Tiffany and the rest of MedMens terrific staff!!!

California Style in Sunny Florida! Just visited MedMen for my first time today and all I can say is WOW! The store reminded me of an Apple Store- it was Very Modern and super Clean! Suling W. helped me during my shopping experience and she was AMAZING!  Very informative and engaging! She answered all my questions with a masked smile and a bit of light hearted humor. Next time I go I am definitely asking for her!!

Cyndi was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She was a joy to deal with. I like that I was able to smell each type of flower.

I have to say that this dispensary is the cream of the crop in the bay area. The minute you walk through the doors you can tell you are in a real dispensary and you are treated like you should be treated when you are spending your hard earned dollars. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named SUE and she took my Father and I through the store and explained the products I asked about and Ihave to say she was so knowledgeable about all the products in that store,I was amazed on how much information she knew. All in all we ended up buying 4 products as each one was just what my 90 year old Father needed for his pain. Iv been to many dispensaries in St Pete but this one blows the doors off the rest them for sure. Once you come to this store you will make it your go to place for all your needs.

Medmen is the place to be. The entire experience was amazing and Dan the Man was so helpful explaining different options. It is cold in the building but I guess it helps preserve the bud. I feel the prices are reasonable although I haven't been anywhere else to confirm. I bought a variety of things but wasn't to impressed with the pre rolls. They don't burn evenly but I just took out the flower so not a major problem. Def will be using this store for my needs. Thanks again Dan!

Of all the different dispensaries I've been to this is by far the nicest! Not only is it very user friendly so people aren't just sitting around (they can actual be shopping while waiting) but the people (Cindi and Tiffany helped me) are extra nice and helpful as well. Extra plus you can use your debit card AND bring your dog!  They will be offering free delivery too I found out! Suggested improvements that would put them over the top of the other dispensaries is if we could choose the strain we want.. for example I like strains that do NOT make me have an appetite and I want a strain that is better for pain, etc. My prior dispensary I was able to see the different strains available in each category such as Girl Scout Cookies or Chem Dawg, etc. And if they could mark the vapes with green, yellow or red so we don't have to keep them in the packaging to know the difference. Otherwise the place and people are great!

Was greeted at the door by Jeffery and Mary. Mary checked me in while Jeffery gave me a tour. Jeffery was very knowledgeable of the product and was very personable. Mary was very efficient and friendly during the checkin and out process. 5 star customer service all -the-way!

My favorite dispensary in St. Pete! You're greeted at the door and welcomed warmly with each arrival. The store is beautiful - easily the nicest dispensary I've ever been to. Christian, Carter, and Kolbe all helped me chose and dispense the best products for my needs. Everyone who works here is passionate and extremely knowledgeable of medical cannabis. I highly recommend going to this MedMen location for all of your needs!

Beautiful store, great products and friendly staff. Love the statemade pens and going back to try some drops and gelcaps. Alos really like the indica luxlyte lotion. Helps with sore joints without making me crazy high.

Just approved for my card and getting to know the stores and how they work. MedMen is a very nice store with products and iPads to view products available. No flower yet but they said soon (thus four stars). I was helped by Jonathan who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the array of various modes of delivery. This was a more pleasant and positive experience than one of the other local stores that I had tried. Recommended.

Came here for the first time. Wow- what a difference in dispensary looks. This one is  one of it kind. It reminds me of a Apple store. I was helped by suling w who was both knowledgeable about products you may be interested and professional. She should get a 5 star rating!

I was visiting town for work and decided to go on a little stroll to kill some time and had the pleasure of stumbling across your new location. I walked up to the door, thinking I could just peer in but chris greeted me right outside and said he would be happy to show me around. So welcoming. After coming in and being introduced to the team, I also met Christian who ended up joining us on the tour. The two of them walked me through each product with detailed descriptions of each. This was honestly one of the best tours I ever had of a dispensary. I will be referring all my friends in Florida to you guys! Thank you again Chris and Christian for treating me like family.

First time going into the store this evening. Great experience all around. Brett did a great job answering all my questions on the products. He and the General Manager Tiffany where very knowledgeable on what items matched the experience I was looking to achieve. Once we decided on the gel caps and the pen, Grant expedited my order in no time. If you have not been here I encourage you to stop in.

This is the ONLY dispensary who does not accept a drivers license as a valid form of ID. Was not carrying my card on me that day, and they turned me away at the door. Why? I can get on a plane, or go to a doctors office with my license but sure can't go here haha. Their vapes all suck and get clogged. Overpriced product. Hard pass on this location....I guess I can spend hundreds of dollars at the hundreds of other stores that accept a GOVERNMENT approved ID.

Scott greeted me at door and paired me up with Brooke. She did a fantastic job helping me get the best deal for dollars spent while getting me the right products for my needs. Was no wait, quick and easy process and some great items including a "crutch" perfect for the pre-rolls. Highly recommend!

I really love this place! PAIN SUFFERERS may like this review.Scott waited on me twice. He is the manager and absolutely wonderful at his job. The first encounter, I was complaining about my pain and problems with other products but he had such a great attitude! He listened patiently and  maintained a very professional composure. After I left I felt more at ease. I was impressed with this young man. The second time again he was wonderful. He was informative and educational on a level I could understand. Now to the product. I love the Max drops and the Joy drops! Max drops are a dream come true! THC that doesn't make me slow, tired and hungry! I take MAX drops in the morning and prior to the gym. I also take the CBD/THC drops 1:1 ratio for chronic pain. After taking all of these drops, my pain has subsided and I'm very happy about that! The pain relief I experience is almost unbelievable. When I don't take the drops I definitely notice the difference! The best part is the drops are 25.-35. dollars!!! Curaleaf with their never ending waiting list for 80. CBD... Buh bye!Other stores charge exorbitant prices for CBD. It's ridiculous! I LOVE that Medmen carries good quality drops at an affordable price! Thank you! Next is the flower! Trulieve step aside! There is a new kid in town lol. I have sampled all of the Medmen Sativa, Sativa dominant and CBD combos in Pre rolls, buds and ground bud. No complaints! The Lemon Skunk is strong! A must try if you like strong sativa. Unfortunately, you will have to visit other stores for edibles, crumble, pills and the 3 for 30. pre roll deals.If I had one complaint it would be to make flower and vapes more affordable or offer some good deals.

The staff is very knowledgeable. I find medmen's products superior to other retailers. Very clean and great extracts.

Have visited this Medmen many times. Very pleased with the inventory, customer service and quality of the products.On this particular visit, Nicole assisted us. She was extremely well versed on every product we inquired about. She answered all of our questions with enthusiasm and made suggestions. Nicole made our visit a pleasure.

This is a great medical dispensary. I wish I had known about it two years ago. All of the staff are so friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and accessories. I have been looking for good tincture blends and I feel like I have found that at MedMen. As of recently I am unable to smoke because my asthma was really bad. One of the dispensary staff recommended a great dry herb vaporizer and it's been life changing. All of the vaporizer I had tried before would burn my flower. If you're look for more of a low THC product they have many options. I would recommend this medical dispensary to anyone beginning their journey with cannabis.

Wish i could give them a five star rating. But my main issue with MM is their cartridge pens. Love their blends, love their service, love the inventory, and the ease of getting in and out of their stores. They just cant seem to get their pens (battery) to work. At the halfway point, they seem to get clogged. You end up having to suck the pen extra hard just for it to unclog temporarily, aside from that, I have no issues. But if you're into the cartridge pens you may want to try out Trulieve.

I have been to this location twice now and it is the best dispensary I've been to in the Tampa Bay Area. The bud tenders customer service is superb. As someone who suffers from insomnia I am always looking for something that will put me to sleep in keep me asleep. I was extremely happy with sublingual drops that help keep me asleep as well as an oral pill that I switch on and off between. As much as I hate inhaling anything I still use a Vape pen to put me to sleep because that is immediate. The first time I came in I got the two oral things and the Vape pen that they gave me was called a luxlyte which is a disposable pen. I loved the size of it. I contained an Indica (all I care for) and for someone who hates to inhale that one actually tasted very good. I looked it up and it turns out that was grand daddy purple. Yum! Unfortunately the battery ran out on it before I could finish the product. So I went in yesterday with the luxe light pen hoping there was a way to charge it so I could get the last bits out and buy another. They told me that there was no way to do it but since I had so much of the product left they gave me a different rechargeable pen with a different Indica with twice the amount and took off the cost of the luxlyte! I mean this is just great service! The next time I go N I'll still be looking for the luxe light because I really like the taste of that one but the new one that they gave me worked very well and was very strong and I didn't really need to inhale that much of it before I was asleep! So in comparison to the other stores I've been to the service is quick, you are able to use a debit card, and the store is open and clean. All the bud tenders know what they are talking about in there. MUV might be the closest as far as layout. TruLieve is always a long wait and clusterf&ck when you go. I highly recommend MedMen!

This was my first time going into a medical marijuana dispensary I have chronic pain and several medical issues I didn't want to take opiates that my pain mgt. Dr. was pushing on me so I am trying medical marijuana. When I came into MedMen I was greeted by both Hannah and Tiffany.  I was escorted to a nice comfy couch where I was introduced to Brooke. Brooke sat down with me and as I wanted to try the gel capsules she explained all the strengths the effects and how to dose myself. Brooke also told me about the sublingual drops and how those could benefit me as well for break thru pain. She was extremely educated and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to buy anything and everything was fully explained and I didn't feel rushed. It was a wonderful experience for a newbie like myself.If I could give 10 Stars to Brooke, Hannah and Tiffany I would. They were so very professional and nice. I will be back and will refer others to this wonderful and very help business in the future.

Bret was amazing help. I would highly recommend this dispensary above others in the St Pete area. Bret gave me a tour of the facility and helped me narrow down what to choose from. The other employees were also very welcoming!

Went to MedMen for the first time yesterday looking for a specific product. Unfortunately I was informed that they no longer had the oil I was looking for. However, Brooke assisted me with finding a similar product and made my visit a seamless experience. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I left feeling good about my purchase and was even offered a 15% discount for being a new customer.

The store is really sleek and nice. Stephen S. gave me a cute tour of the place and how things work since it was my first time there. He gave some good recommendations for different medication delivery options. Information for each of the products is literally right at your fingertips with the iPad display near each product but they have a great website for online ordering as well. I could make this my primary dispensary for sure. ??

Phenomenal place! My first time ever and really was an amazing experience. Stephen really took his time to walk us through the space and explained everything thoroughly. Walked out with a ton of items and will definitely be coming back both for the products and for the wonderful customer service! Highly recommend this place and look for Stephen when you go ?
