WOW!  IDIOTS. purchased a vapor refill.didnt work.took it back the next day with receipt. skinny little guy behind the counter says its functional. if it isn't I probably TIPPED IT THE WRONG WAY??? so he wont replace it.what the hell?? Argued with him for 15 minutes in front of customers while he kept telling me it worked. called for the manager.manager said lets go outside and try it.we did. DIDNT WORK. couldn't suck through it.he played with it for awhile. then said yep IT DONT WORK. I said maybe you tipped it the wrong way that's what the other guy said 20 times like I was an IDIOT.Its like having a flat tire and the mechanic says he will have to replace the motor. HELLO???? Not that stupid.So after he totally embarrassed the hell out of me.it didn't work. DUH??fricken RIPP OFF!!WARNING!!!DO NOT GO THERE.

For months I have been watching one of the bud tenders there become more and more unwelcoming. It's a older Lady with blond hair. I have yet to see this woman once smile, welcome you nicely or even have somewhat of a motivating attitude about her job. Everytime I come in and she is there you can just tell how much she does not care about her job. All the other bud tenders are amazing, knowledgeable and educated and most importantly welcoming to the cliental. This woman however from attitude, to rolling her eyes at questions all the way to just simply not giving a fuck about her job is truly bringing down the image and the shine of all there other amazing hardworkers at the shop in spanaway. I will start soon taking my business else where as I do not need to feel judged etc for simply asking questions about a product.

Wish they had better organization with there concentrates. Been in there 3 times looking for wax 30$- 45$ a g and they keep trying to sell me snap and pull?

This places website is never up to date. Says they have a strain drive 20 minutes and get here they don't have it.. see another strain on their menu and they don't have it either.. what the heck are they doing over here

Asheton is the best! Always has killer recommendations that suit our needs perfectly. Always a pleasure to go in and see smiling faces and good people.

I used to love coming here! I was always greeted and treated so friendly by the sweetest girl! I think her name was Sheena?....but that past few times I have went my experience was bad. I asked if ahe was there and they said," she was terminated her because she was expecting a child"? I was not only sad that I would no longer see a friendly, familiar face but also sad that she was let go and that they slandered her to me as a customer. I havent been back since and would recommend clear choice off of hosmer instead!

Doesn't list the THC or other info on the site.  When in store the budtenders are uneducated and just stupid.  Hate this is the closest weed store

They are always messing up on their prices from their website. It's false advertising and misleading.

The customer service in this place was rude they try to give you the crappiest marijuana for the most expensive price don't take the time to see what you want don't take the time to get to know the customer I was in on in the store in the store on September 8th and my cashier was named Emily she was so rude she was rushing me she threw my receipt at me after I came back to ask for it because she didn't give it to me the first time she sucked her teeth every time I asked about a certain type of weed and the sales they had will never go back to this place again instead I will go to Commencement Bay will they treat that customers will respect and take the time to make sure the customer gets what they want and leave satisfied the gallery needs to do some customer service classes because they discriminate on people's color but no one addresses it

Check the labeling on whatever they sell you.. All the stars because they are polite.  Been trying this place on and on for 3 years. This has happened every single time. I go in there with a specific request and I leave with the opposite.   Go in for a sativa, they sell me a indica, happened more times than I can count.  Today went in for 2 half gram pre rolls for 10$ price range.  I leave with a .75 pre roll single for 8$  Why ask what I want if you plan on selling whatever you feel like.  It's my bad for not checking the labeling to verify.

It was dark and rainy. There lighting is a lot to be desired in that weather. The stalls up front need repainted with glow strips or just new paint. Anyways I'm disabled and backed up into the handicapped stall. The front iD guy said I needed to straighten my truck in between the lines, I was about 2-4inches over the white line with no other cars in any up front space. My tire was on the white line. Shame on me on a cold rainy December night with no one else around before during or after I left the space. I walk in and I'd guy says straighten or next time no service. Well there won't be another time. Done with gallery. I know many will find this laughable and petty. Don't care, guys attitude was beyond reproach in his ability to dish power on elderly handicapped people. Had I taken two spots I could understand maybe semi frustration. But he was just being petty and I guess needed to fell superior. Typical , a nobody trying to be somebody important

The Gallery in Spanaway is a clean, well organized store with a nice and a helpful staff. They have a  constant daily deal rotation and product/vendor Fridays so everyone can have a discount day. - Rad They also have a massive lot for parking with eazy access (right off of WA-7). There are about 10 or 15 spots up front if you need a short trip or wheelchair access. Sometimes there will even be a hotdog cart on the way in. - Also Rad What I really wanted to get on here for was to spread the word about Tristin. He is the most helpful tender that I have found so far on my journey from down in So Cal all the way up the coast.  My wife and I came to Tristin with a couple ailments hoping for some good recommendations and suggestions. Every recommendation he made was exactly as he described and every suggestion he made was backed by experience and knowledge.He made the whole experience, from start to finish, comfortable and as if we were having a conversation with an old friend. This is the solution and outcome a lot of people are desperately searching for.Now, we step aside and let the line move along until Tristin is available to help us.p.s.  Tristin - Sorry about your lunch break on Thursday but we appreciate your dedication!

Last stop before you hit the mountain! Do not miss this if you imbibe! Absolutely awesome sauce service! The retail space and environment of the store was exceptionally cool. From the greeting and personal interest in my story, to the shopping space and the counter, excellent bud tender, it was a superior shopping experience. Thanks y'all!

This location is always so nice and helpful. I never feel like an inconvenience, which I have felt at so many other places. They genuinely care about the return of their customers. They are consistent so you know you will be able to find something that you like, but they are constantly advertising new products to allow people to try new things as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for better customer service and their location is perfect.

I’ve been going to the gallery for several months now. The staff is always super nice and welcoming. My dad came from out of town and had a pleasant experience at this location and the Tacoma location as well. I always order online and pickup in-store. Never had a single issue and it’s always quick. I highly recommend this place.

Would not accept my identification which has been accepted every place I have frequented that requires identification (valid Washington state drivers license). I am sure it is a wonderful establishment but since I was not allowed entry, I have no choice but to give them a one-star rating. Please do not take this as a knock on their customer service, the low rating is simply due to the being turned away.

This place is amazing... Great bud, oils, and customer service.. Turning in is a little tight, and it could use a shoulder but besides that? Every thing about this place is great, even the art work you get to look at just in case there is a short wait inside..
