I am from out of town so I've never been able to go into a recreational dispensary till now. This was my first dispensary so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Overall great experience! Staff was great at explaining the items on the menu as well as their cash and card policy. They were very welcoming fast and sufficient. At one point it did start to get quite busy but staff was on it. Pricing of products seemed reasonable to me at least. COVID friendly and following social distance guidelines.

So, i bought over $100 of worth of gummies and product. I had unopened, sealed product.  I am not unfamiliar with thc and cbd. This product affected me in a way i did not feel safe using. I went back to try to get my money back (even for the unused pen in the package). They refused to take back anything or exchange it.  They did finally refund the pen. Unfortunately the product is not good and made me physically feel ill. Would not recommend this product.

Staff was super helpful and friendly to newbies. We all left comfortable and happy. We would love to come back when we visit Maine again!

Very professional and courteous service. I am very novice at all of this but the customer rep made it sooo easy and made great suggestions. And I love that they can offer discounts...no one else seems to do that.

Organized and super informative. Gummies are a little slimier than what I am used to...but I think that's just my preference.

The pros, staff is friendly, the place is clean and well organized. An easy to get to location and a fair amount of options.The bad is that unlike places that I'm used to going when I used to have my medical card and have since gone recreational. You don't get the warm fuzzy feeling of visiting your neighborhood bud tender. Very cut and dry and in and out.But the real reason I'm writing this review is because I recently purchased a T pen go. I went to the shop to purchase a cartridge and I was told that the cartridge would work best if I purchase their battery. I went ahead and purchased it since you can never have too many. However after using it this thing is junk. Way too complicated when it comes to the settings, it's clunky and non-discrete like other batteries, the cartridge falls out unless you make sure that it's connected to the magnet, and  most importantly the draw is crap. it's like sucking cement through a straw. I tried one of my other batteries and it works great with the cartridge. Perfect draw and zero complaints there.I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do for me so buyer beware!

Customer service is wonderful and I love their 3 jars for $50 gummies! I like the high I get from the gummies, their great.

Ordered in advance online and pick up was seamless.The staff are super kind and helpful! Their facility is so cleanly. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

My first time visiting a recreational cannabis store, I was impressed. Very well run, gorgeous modern interior, very nice and helpful staff. Door/security guy was super nice, very charming and made you feel comfortable. I just got a couple .75gm pre rolls, and they were really good! Great first experience for an "old school" woman. Lol.

Couldn't rave more about this place! Fantastic customer service and attention to detail, super friendly and welcoming, and competitive prices with TONS of options! Highly recommend everyone check this place out!

This place sucks. Stopped by as we were leaving Maine. Bought a quarter for $120 (no price breaks for buying more - pretty unheard of). I get home to find one nug in the bottle, which is fine, but it didn’t feel dense or anything, so I weighed it, and it was only 5.9 grams. I’ve traveled all over the country and never have I ever had a licensed dispensary short me.
