Great medicine and Shay was super helpful and dope !

Gabrielle and the whole staff at this store are always so attentive and helpful when we shop at MedMen. They have introduced us to new products that we LOVE and also have always had all of our tried-and-true favorites in stock. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

MedMen is on of my fave dispensaries in SD. Went there a couple days ago and got a preroll Sergio recommended me, it was bomb! (Heavy hitters diamond infused in sunset sherbet).It's always easy to find parking and everything in the store is out on display for you to see up close which is something I like. MedMen never disappoints :)

Nice little location that never seems to be busy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are hit or miss hince not 5 stars. For example some of my favorite edibles are $10 more here than at Columbia Care (not sure if MedMen matches prices or not). But most things are at a competitive price at least in my experience.

I have been very loyal to this dispensary since hey opened. After today that has changed.  Some things are unforgivable. Unfortunately even with COVID and the DMV backed up (up to 6 weeks) I have not received my new DL still. My birthday and expiration date was a week ago, and I have been out of state. I am 33 so no doubt I was under age. I had an email with a receipt from DMV showing a paid renewal. Not having my passport on me (it was a 40 min drive to pick up).Under an extremely high levels of stress and pain from lymes and desperately needed some relief. Zero tolerance, ZERO compassion, zero FUCKS from MedMen management.During such a fucked up time on this planet you should learn to show some compassion and understanding towards your loyal customers! I will be taking my business else where from now on. Zero fucks. Taking my future business else where.

I was very happy and satisfied with the few dispensaries I would go to to get certain product and didn't feel the need to look elsewhere until one of my favorite items wasn't in stock at my normal go to spots. I actually live pretty close to the MedMen in Mission Valley but I've never been to either one until today. After leaving Torrey Holistics I searched on Weedmaps for my specific item I was looking for and this place happened to have it in stock! I was so happy and I drove right over just a couple minutes away. I was quickly surprised by how nice it was AND how nice and friendly all of the staff was upon arriving. So far I'd say this place had nothing but amazing vibes, pretty comparable if not better than March and Ash which up until today was my favorite spot. Everyone at this location was so helpful, accommodating, professional, down to earth and just overall extremely welcoming and comfortable which isn't always the case at a lot of places recently. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I've actually never even written a nice review about my fav spots and I've had a lot of great experiences but felt the need to take the time to write this since the people here ALL deserve kindness and just good people awards. Everyone was happy and nice.. not super high or an attitude or overly pushy or salesman style which I've ran into. Even the security guard here didn't seem bored or way too serious, he was happy, professional and friendly. Like I said all good vibes from everyone. Also, idk what I was thinking but the name threw me off I thought it was a men's place. Nope! Men & women... in fact I think it's amazing because I tend to like girly stuff and they had everything I love AND some really awesome products that I'm about to try now! I've had a pretty rough day and I even had a crazy problem w my bank while inside their beautiful store and it didn't bother anyone, in fact they all individually helped me and made me feel comfortable. After about an hour of being on the phone to get my debit card to work, I was able to purchase my new goodies to try and I have a feeling I will be back VERY soon because I think this is my new #1 favorite spot. Even if I have one of their locations next to my house, I'll gladly drive back here because their customer service exceeds a everyone else. Even their bags are so cute! Oh yeah, I almost forgot the best part, their prices are way cheaper than what I've been paying and I thought I was getting good prices at my spots! I guess because they don't really advertise or market like others but if you want the best quality service, products, and price... definitely come check this place out! It's a hidden gem and I'm going to let everyone know where to go because I gladly support any business who does great business and treats people like actual people instead of another customer. Im very thankful I discovered this place today

Love this dispensary and idk how I didnt discover it until now! Super easy parking, fast service, very efficient, spacious interior and excellent layout, located close to the highway and all the staff were attentive, polite and helpful especially Anna (her badge showed her blonde but she hd dark hair now) in particular was super helpful and so great that I even bought a MedMen merch hoodie! ‍ i tried to tip her but she wouldnt let me and just asked me to write a review.?!Will def be back here.

Shauna was quick, efficient, pleasant, and I LOVE her bright red hair colour.  The rest of the staff is always great to be around as well and their entire system makes for a quick in and out!

Went today to MedMen for the first time and it was seamless. Ordered ahead of time and a half hour later I received an email my order was ready for pickup.  Sergio was awesome checking me out. Definitely coming back.

My man Sergio was phenomenal. He was so friendly. Had this incredible warm aura to him that was infectious. He greeted me at the front of the store and was by my side educating me on the wonders of cannabis. He was so well versed in all the products at the store. This makes me want to come back not just for the cannabis but for the kind heart and good vibes of Sergio.

First time here and was greeted by Sergio, who noticed my anime shirt and we got into a discussion about new anime's and marijuana! He was super helpful with understanding the menu and any other questions I had! Deserves a promotion! Smoked the weed and was also top notch!

Walked in and was assisted by Anna. She quickly helped me find exactly what I needed and I'm glad I took her advice. Thanks again for an awesome experience!

My Fiancé purchased a cartridge about two-weeks ago, used it about 3 times, we both loved it. He called last week since it suddenly stopped working and the manager He spoke to said NO PROBLEM bring it in and we'll switch it out for one that works.  I recall this and was pleased that they were so "accommodating",  I was dead wrong. Manny walks in there today to do the switch out and He's met with a rep who says "where's your receipt?"  After that things went down hill.... wow.  Honestly Who keeps receipts from a weed shop, smh...As a newbie to the area- My impression is this: HYPOCRITICAL & TALKNG OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR MOUTH ... unfortunately that kind of shifty customer service gets circulated through the so called social network Grape  Vine like wildfire... so congratulations & Good Job  for being a total Schmo of a Dispensary. We will NEVER again spend Our money there. In Addition, forget about recommending this place to anyone.. VERY HIGH PRICES and sell you bad cartridges!Customer Service? Yeah right, What a pathetic joke...

Customer service: Dr.Dre (Andre) helped me out today while I was there and he was able to provide a pleasant experience for me and my friends. What set him apart from others was that he was funny,chill, and easier to speak with. Interior design: very clean, everything is easy to find without asking anyone. They played good music while I was there.

Super expensive, low quality products. You're paying for overhead here, and pretty packaging. I sooo wanted to like this place because they're close to home but unfortunately I'll continue getting better quality, much much much lower prices, and FREE DELIVERY elsewhere.$68 for 3.5g (about an eighth) of LA Kush AFTER the 10% new customer discount. This is supposed to be about 26% thc but is nowhere near that. My guess is this place is going for first time customers excited by the new legalization, or tourists.  No way anyone would be a regular with these prices and quality.

MedMen is the 'Gucci' of dispensary's ;) Gabby and the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful . The whole vibe and convenience make my weekly visits quite enjoyable. The large open space homes a huge selection of products which are displayed beautifully . The regular security guard is such a nice , professional man. I would give MedMen 100 stars if I could. Enjoy !

I am sadden to write a bad review because past two visit were great. This evening I arrived at the front at 8:55pm and closing was at 9pm. Security was at the door and notice me. He first locked one half of the double door so I thought he was waiting for me to be let In. He then waits by the door and waits til 8:58 to tel me they are closed. There was no other customer behind and I was clearly there before closing. Really disappointed and if closing is at 8:50 or 8:55 please rewrite your hours.

Great experience at this store! I recently stopped by on my trip from New York. I was greeted instantly by Andre who helped point me in the right direction of what I needed. The store itself is very clean and well kept. I will def be back next time I'm in town!

I Love that this location is so open and welcoming. The prices are a bit high on the flower however I would gladly pay as long as I continue to get the excellent service I received from Blue. Blue was able to find the perfect 1/8th for me. Her knowledge and attention to detail was on the money. She was extremely friendly and helpful.I came home and tried out Blue lemon thai it was exactly how she described,, uplifting& euphoric! Thanks Blue for going above and beyond.

This place is essentially the apple store of cannabis. Insanely wide edible selection and staff is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stop during rush hour and browse while everyone else sits on 805.

Wow, what an excellent experience that was. I went in with the intention of picking up four different flavors (two indicators and two sativas) and doing it relatively quickly. I gave Blue my budget and she was able help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the merchandise and the way in which she describes a product is phenomenal! Ask for Blue every time you come in and you're guaranteed to go home with a smile on your face eager to try out your products!

This is my new fav spot thanks to my fiancé . The customer service was on point. I didn't feel pushed around or rushed. They gave me a sick deal and didn't screw me over with prices. This place is so much better than Torrey Holistics. Tip these guys well because they deserve it! You just earned a very loyal customer tonight.

I normally visit the location in convoy however this one is near the ocean and I thought I'd check it out, oh boy am I glad I did. My bud tenders name was Jelani and when I tell you this man was absolutely incredible I mean he was amazing! I told Jelani exactly what I was looking for and the amount of money that I was looking to spend. He showed me all the delicious options are Flower and Vape cartridges oh can't forget about the edibles!! Everything there was reasonably priced be sure to sign up for the rewards club; I really appreciate working with someone that is knowledgeable and articulates themself well I have to say Med Men is lucky to have such a hard working guy working for them. I didn't know this was here until I drove by.   Super nice and clean, you can wander the store and look without being hovered over.   I need cbd for medical reasons so I just come to buy cbd drops. Alex helped me and she was super helpful. She knew everything about what I needed, she could even tell me the difference between two items that seemed to have the same balance of cbd and thc,  (but don't work the same at all) how the thc works most effectively with the cbd and exactly what I needed for my situation.  Even the man at the door was super nice.  The selection was as good or better then Torrey holistically and it was cheaper.   Plus you didn't have to go in a dark cave like your doing something wrong, Med men is bright and open.  Overall a very good experience.

Enough parking spots and easy access to entrance. Was greeted and checked in fairly quickly. Big mat helped me out finding what I needed then suggested another product that was new. Can't wait to try it out I'll be back for more meds

Unjustifiably expensive!!! Big Pharma of medical marijuana. I wouldn't have been surprised if Martin Shkreli was my budtender. You are definitely paying for their fancy iPads and sleek decor. I will never be going back. They didn't even offer a first time discount. The most corporate looking despecary I've ever been to felt like I was shopping at Ambercrobie and Finch.

This place is beyond overpriced. Some of the items are priced at almost double what other recreational stores are charging. A Pax ERA pod here is priced at around $60 whereas you can get them for $35-$40 at places like SDRC. I can't believe they are getting away with these prices. You can even get delivery for cheaper than here.

Only come here for Mauricio! He makes me feel like I'm visiting my brother. Always guides me in the right direction and gets me the proper meds. Couldn't be happier and ill be coming back!

Last night was my first night in a dispensary. From the first moment walking in I felt that each employee was accommodating, there to answer questions, and make me feel welcome. Michael M. was the employee that helped me. He gave me an extensive tour of the store and explained each product. He asked about my lifestyle and recommended the products that would be best for me. Can't wait to come back!

My first visit to MedMen.  Meredith was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.  While I work for a competitor, I was quite impressed with the dispensary.

Honestly it's sad to say that most of their goods are OLD AF. Ive been multiple times and what I got last time was almost 10 months old so same old shit always. They buy too much from one vendor and have it forever. Also they don't seem to add fresh stuff to smell in the sample containers.. it's all brown and dried out... not appealing at all. If this is your go to spot, then you know it's the same every time, which is fine, if it was fresh... but it's not. So bye.

I came into MedMen SV after visiting their Santa Monica location. The store is right off the hwy, there's plenty of parking & the showroom is super clean and organized. This location is huge and I love being able to browse the products on my own without being followed around by pushy people trying to get you to buy the most expensive items in the store. I was lucky enough to land Matthew and he was the real. deal. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was HONEST - he didn't try to pass off unnecessarily expensive products and he let me do my thing. He knew exactly what I wanted and he came through in a big way. I haven't tried a new product that I was this impressed with in a while, he really knew what he was talking about. (If you're reading this, you must try AlienLabs - Sherbacio) I will most definitely be coming back, Matthew made a loyal customer in me!

My first time stepping into Medmen and I felt like I was at the apple store for weed! Of course very overwhelming seeing everything displayed so perfectly and thanks to the wonderful tour given by the GOAT MATTHEW , I was able to walk out feeling like I bought the shop. Matthew literally took the time to explain EVERY product in the store AND recommended only the greatest. His personality and eagerness to help made my experience picking up so much more than just picking out a flower and leaving. We literally didn't want to leave. Great new location with improved shopping experience. The larger footprint and user friendly product displays create an atmosphere that allows you to wander and explore. Xochitl was friendly and helpful. Kudos to her for an amazing grasp of all the different things that Med Men has to offer! Not shopping anywhere else!

I was with a shopping with a friend today and it was very quiet in the store. I think service was alright, there were a lot more associates than customers and they were friendly enough. I'm trying to cut essential workers some slack because I understand it's a scary time to be working. I did appreciate that the cashier explained to us that they would round up the debit charge and give us change in cash. I vowed to never go to MedMen again after last time because the WeHo location on Santa Monica blvd did not give me or my bf change, but i was here for my friend. I asked why they didn't give change in West Hollywood and it seemed like the associate there either pocketed our change or forgot twice in a row to give it. Either way I refuse to give WeHo any business for its awful service all around and I commend Torrey Pines for being more pleasant and making it very clear how the rounding works.

Erika is awesome!!!!   I started going to Med Men in Sorrento Valley and I love this place.  There's no wait, EVER.  Plenty of parking and such a variety inside.   The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable.  Definitely recommend this place!!!!!  Bella is great too!

My experience at Med Man has been a positive experience.  My visits are always met with  a smile, courtesy, knowledge of their products and a willingness to assist you.  There is never a line and they are always well staffed and ready to help with any question you may have especially Calvin.  Calvin is an outstanding employee and he knows the products and will help u find whatever it its u looking for.  Med Man is the place to visit and make sure you ask for Calvin you cant go wrong with him!

Went in today and April was absolutely fantastic helping me out with my picks today. She worked introduced me to a new product and was patient thru the checkout process. (I had to use the ATM cause the debit machines were out of the store and they credited me the fee for the inconvenience.) The customer service here is always outstanding here and y'all have a beautiful shop here. - I will definitely be back here soon!

Went in a coupe days ago and was pretty impressed with the crew. Big guy helped me out and showed me around. Sorry I couldn't remember his name. Love, the gal in charge is a sweetheart.Overall very friendly and knowledgeable crew. Good selection of products and the touchscreens with product info is a nice touch. They're the Apple of dispensaries!So glad that they're in Sorrento Valley. Torrey holistics has gone downhill in the last couple years, poor customer service and poor product knowledge. It's just going to suck when these guys get busy once everyone knows they're open.

I normally don't go into dispensaries because I'm a little dumb, but the team that works here was phenomenal. They helped me find the things i needed without making me feel dumb. The shop was spacious and they had all of their sample products on display so you knew what you were expecting. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Recently stopped in for the first time. Didn't seem like they had a huge selection. They made me use a huge gift bag for the ONE 1/8 I bought, I think they can do better here and use bags that aren't so wasteful. Also, the woman never explained to me that I would have a "non chase ATM fee" associated with my transaction. So basically by using my debit card it processed like an ATM would, and now my bank charged me. I will not be returning.

Today was the first time I've ever visited a dispensary and I was VERY impressed. I'm pretty sure most of the employees greeted me and asked if I had any questions. The facility was very clean and the iPads helped with information on the different strands. Ivan was extremely helpful. I didn't really know what I was looking for.  After speaking with him, for maybe 2-3 mins, he knew what I interested in and made his suggestion. I was very pleased with my purchase. MedMen is a dope store and I felt very welcomed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

First time here and Robbie was so helpful ! I got some edibles and flower that is amazing! The gelonade is a must grab ! The store is beautiful and the check in and out process was so smooth. No waiting and they take debit.

This place is Awesome! I really enjoyed the parking lot and storefront. It was awesome. So awesome. Like supperrr awesome.

Used to be my regular go-to spot, until they hired this girl with a mean attitude, skinny, and giant fake eyebrows. 99% of the people there are so real and nice, but this girl gave off a 'im too cool for you loser stoners' 'mean girl' attitude. Worst of all, she tried to scam me to get her tip. She tried to overcharge me with the 'new system' and not give me change, thankfully one of the other employees caught her in the act and made her give me change just as i was leaving. Left with a shady vibe from the first weird girl, she was super sketchy.

I recently called for a issue with a delivery. A woman named sochee answered the phone promptly with a great attitude. Usually I have a problem contacting the Kearny Mesa store and was pleasantly surprised. I accidentally forgot to order my Papa and Barkley tincture , so I relayed this to Sochee and she was very helpful and helped me solve the issue quick. Great customer service , I see myself ordering from this one in the future. Thank you

I have only been to only one other dispensary and it wasn't MedMen. The other place almost made me never want to try again because their information was so wrong. I tried MedMen and wow! What a difference. April was OUTSTANDING. She walked through EVERYTHING and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I am so appreciative and will most definitely be back!! No doubt about it. Super friendly staff, well laid out floor, accessible product and a good variety at a reasonable price.Dustin, our budtender was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Offered great insight on the product but was never over-bearing or pushy. He seemed genuinely stoked to help people find a product they're happy with. 10/10 would be back. High quality purchasing experience. Wide selection. Went with some of my girlfriends for my gal pal's 21st bday, and they gave her some cute freebies. Staff is friendly and informative if you have any questions or are new to cannabis.

To be honest, I usually go to dispensaries and hope for the best, but this time around I ran into Dustin, a store representative. He was able to empathize  with my past experiences smoking weed. I opened up to him about how in the past weed gave me anxiety and I did not know why. He recommended that I try a strain with less THC in it. I chose to purchase it, along with some Camino edibles (social). Together I was hoping for some more enjoyable experiences.After a few days of trying out the weed and edibles, I started to experience pleasant highs. The edible high was very mellow, which I enjoy because I like to work while high. The flower was light and uplifting too. Wedding Cake has a THC percentage of about 19%. It would recommend this to anyone who constantly gets too high from smoking any other type of weed. To end, I want to say that I appreciate having met Dustin during my visit. He helped me make a great choice and he made me feel comfortable throughout my entire time in the store. Thank you Dustin!

Delivery service is a five star so I'm happy to give this rating. I am not really a weird person but I purchased $84 worth of edibles and I have no idea what to do with them! I'm actually allergic to THC so does anyone want some edibles? Lol I need a bud master to tell me what I'm eating or notttt!!

$140 down the drain. Bought two of the exact same cartridge - first one tasted like garbage smells (I've had several different hybrid cartridges and this was the first time it ever "tasted awful"). Second one unopened. Tried to exchange the second one - I was told they only process returns if it's defective.  Apparently my "return reason" doesn't qualify as defective. Wow. I have been going to Torrey Holistics but found out about MedMen which is right across the railroad tracks from them. Went 1 PMish on a Monday and parked in the lot right in front of the entrance. ID check at the door. Greeted be a associate as soon as I walked in. Not crowded at this time of day. She immediately gave me an overview of the very retail setup. Edibles on one table, flower on another and so on. I had done my research an knew I wanted Maui Wowie, which was readily available. They no longer carried the chocolate edibles that I wanted so she recommended another brand which I bought, dark and milk chocolate bars. Oh yes and there is a 15% discount for seniors. I will be back.

An order was placed online, offering a variety of selections, and driving up with curbside service is awesome. When Anna greeted me at my car she ensured I had my mask on for safety reasons, which was appreciated! Highly recommended.

Disappointed. I've been a long time customer and placed a delivery order. Took the driver 3 hours to get to my location. Never called me to tell me my order was outside and ready. I only received one email stating the driver was outside and directly 1 minute later I received an email stating my order was canceled. No call, drove over an hour to my location and within 1 minute of being outside canceled my order. Again no phone call, nothing. I called the sorrento valley location and was met with rude employees. I will never spend another dollar here. This was my worst delivery experience I've ever had. Not to mention the last two times I physically went into the Torrey pines location, I was also met with rude employees. Spend your money elsewhere, they're expensive, rude and don't appreciate their customers.

She offered Great recommendations and just overall from beginning to end provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
