Drove like and hour to place, payed for parking. Nowhere ever is stated it is a medical only. Should be advertised.

I love the Somerville location. I like that it is for medical marijuana and not recreational.I do wish they had a bit more of a selection of edibles - or a more consistent menu.The employees here ROCK!!! They know everything , are super helpful and always fun and nice.

i came here about 2 months ago, and they had a cash payment issue... 2 months later, the wait to pay in cash was excruciating.... will not be visiting here again.

I have been using Rev Clinics a lot during COVID and I've never been more grateful for their delivery service. In fact I've only used them for delivery! Their products are good if slightly on pricey side but I do admit I am willing to pay that little extra just for the convenience of delivery. I often get the lil nugz or concentrates which end up being a decent deal for me (with delivery) if I buy a bunch at once. I think that the new delivery online system (dutchie) is nice but they need to add in my own discounts to the total so that I know at least approximately what I'll pay when the delivery gets to me.So all in all, I've been happy with them and won't complain. The biggest bummer I've had is one kind of grumpy delivery driver, but what can you do, this is a tough time for everyone. And in the end I got my meds, so I'm fine.Whenever I had customer service Qs they were helpful and prompt, but I never had a big issue to deal with. I would recommend them.

This place has the worst staff and a very poor selection of goods.. go anywhere but here! You'll be a long time waiting in line even though the line is small.. incompetent disgruntled staff outside telling people where to stand and getting all confused about which line you're supposed to be in .. don't waste your time!

By far my fav dispenary in the Boston area but it's the staff tat keeps me coming back. Always so friendly, full of energy and passionate about their bud. They also take the time to thoroughly give you tips on anything new that you might want to try. My guy Ruslan is the man! I signed up for the annual membership after 2 visits... I'd highly recommend!

While the inventory here is less varied than other dispensaries I've visited, RevClinics is my go-to.I'm "rev access card" holder, which is a no brainer because it pays for itself.  For $99/year you get free delivery, a free gram of flower every month, and other community discounts. Highly recommend!The platform that they use for online orders, Dutchie, isn't compatible with their POS system, so it doesn't reflect any offers or discounts in your total which can be frustrating when you're trying to make sure you're over the $100 delivery minimum. The customer service is really great here, whether you visit the dispensary itself or order delivery. I would recommend revolutionary clinics!

This is my go to dispensary.  Not only is it super professional but they do a great job of making you feel comfortable.  After you check in you are welcome to a cup of tea, comfy couches and friendly conversation.  When it's your turn to shop the associates are super helpful! They are so knowledgable about the product.And as far as the product itself goes it's always high quality and packaged beautifully.  They also have a great rewards program that will have you being loyal because it pays off! 5 stars for Rev Clinics!!

Update:Started the day the same as yesterday but thankfully the end result was much better.Tried to place a delivery order but ran into the same problem as yesterday. The site wasn't accepting orders. So I placed a pick up order with a note attached requesting it as a delivery instead.Wasn't expecting much considering my experience yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised.I got a call from Gabby a little while later explaining that the site was down and probably would stay down until they caught up with 72+ orders dating from Friday. She offered to take down my order by phone and promised to submit it as soon as the system was back up. Hopefully the order would be delivered by Tuesday at the latest. Much appreciated.Thankfully, as I was talking to Gabby, I was also on the site and noticed that the Delivery option had appeared. I told her that I wanted to give it a shot and she agreed it might be worth it. I told her I would call her back if necessary.It worked. Awesome.I got a confirmation text.It gets better. I got a call with great news. Rev was going to be able to deliver today.My order was delivered by 12:30pm. Beyond satisfied.I even got a call soon afterwards from Justin wanting to double check if the order was correct. It was.Really appreciate the time and effort put in by Gabby and Justin. Really felt like they were committed to my satisfaction.Not sure if they read my last review but either way it was a good course correction. I hope they keep up the communication and attention to detail.

It's been a week. Finally got my questions answered and they even updated their website to reflect my question. Maybe I over reacted. Would still like to visit if possible. I was all set to go and take advantage first time visit. I am a well seasoned user. I always contact the dispensary prior to visiting. Just a couple questions how the product is presented packaged, process of extracting concentrates. Just a few basic questions that I'm still waiting to get an answers it's been a week. If they can't answer BASIC cannabis questions. Maybe that's why they offer an appealing discount. Sounds like a waist of time and money. Plenty of dispensary's that can answer all questions in a timely manner.  And want your business.

how do you get the best dispensary award and you never ever have bud only pre-rolls / it does not make sense / who fixed the votes this year and got the  nerve to open open another trash shop in central sq what  a disappointment / liberty in somerville ma 304 broadway st  they always have bud and great deals and graet people / rev is just out to get your money me - can i get a 8th budtender - sry only pre rolls me - = let down

I am so happy to have found this place. Great product, great staff and very clean!!!! Plus for first time patients they give you a $200 coupon, what a deal!!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been to every dispensary within a 30 mile radius, and this place really treats their patients with the utmost respect. The bud tenders know the product and are willing to take the time to explain it. There is never a wait and parking on site. This is a no brainer!

Super cool place with wicked (yes Wicked) smat staff!Check them out. They're going to be bringing in some local treats towards the Xmas season so keep an eye out. Could be your new "go to" too.

Good dispensary but long wait times. If you're a patient person + don't mind waiting, def check it out. If you're not, there's lots of other options. Their staff is friendly. Do note, Fresh Pond location (Cambridge) closes at 7P, while the other two locations close at 8P

Absolutely my go-to place. Super conveniently located and plenty of parking. The staff are SO NICE. Product is also very good- lately inventory has been very limited but I can almost always find something! Very reasonably priced and the points program is great. Lots of sales and they send text updates on deals and events. Highly recommend this place!

I placed a delivery order two days ago. When I called yesterday to ask about a projected delivery time, they said sometime on Saturday or Sunday.  I asked how much notice they give so I don't have to wait around the whole weekend and she said they would give me a call in the morning and we could talk about where I land on delivery schedule (ok - no problem). This morning I'm called and told my delivery is Saturday between 1-3pm. The only time I'll be out the whole weekend is Sat 2-3pm I asked if they could come any earlier or later. Nope. No solution offered. They expect you to wait around the whole weekend as they can't tell you when your delivery is and aren't willing to adjust schedules. Guess I'll wait 4 days after order for delivery and cancel all plans tomorrow.

First, this location doesn't look like what you would expect. When I got there I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who made me feel so comfortable. Upon entering the clinic, I felt more like I was entering a spa! The layout is gorgeous and very pleasing, and there are many different educational items throughout the space. In addition to the mindful setup, the modern and sleek transaction area makes for a very easy and pleasing transaction. Plus, the staff is AMAZING! Immediately upon entering a beautiful (inside and out) and lovely woman made me feel at home. I needed the restroom, I needed to charge my device, and I needed a minute to read the menu and I was so relaxed and at ease. The staff is very knowledgeable and mindful. Each time I was given information but never persuaded to get something I don't need. I could go on, but the bottom line is that this location is far superior to what I expected, and I had great expectations.

Pushy agitated bud tenders that test you and question your purchases. The women who helped me was very snippy with me when I came in for the Renewal patient discount. When I told her what I wanted (2 half g of RSO) she was like "it's an applicator" questioning me on how to use it. Again, she said "it's an applicator, how are you going to use it" I told her I'm going to make edibles, and then she's like "but how, it's already active". Like come on, no wonder your just a bud tender(even then you should know). I ended up giving her a little run down on how to make edibles with RSO. Lastly, when I had first walked up to the counter to place my order I inquired about the free sweatshirt they advertised for renewals and the women took a deep breath and sighed like she didn't want to get me a sweat shirt. She went to grab my RSO and came back to finish cashing me out, and told me I was all set. I asked again about the sweatshirt and yet another deep sigh and roll of the eyes. She walked away and came back with a voucher for the sweatshirt with a sassy attitude "anything els I can get you" . I'm only going back for the remainder of my renewal discount.

wacky tobaccy clinic in east Somerville! they talked about it wouldbe there.. now we got it! you need an id from your doctor to get in..when inside there.. guard shakes you down..  and they watch youthe whole time.

I really enjoyed my first time here and will be back! The employees are very helpful and fun to talk to.They really know their products and listened to what I wanted before recommending.Very comfortable and welcoming experience..I live an hour away but this place is my go to !

Great product and great people! The bud tenders are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had Casey for my first experience here and he patiently helped me decide what products would best fit my needs and did not disappoint! Looking forward to my next visit!

It gets quite expensive buying in small quantities,  and that's all they seem really interested in (huge profits).  Plus, if you want an ounce, you have to pay $25 more than the competition. Staff seems very friendly and helpful, but I will spend my money at the competition, gladly.

I've been going to Revolutionary Clinics for about a year. Had one bad experience (pre rolls were shorted) and they took good care of me. First I was a caretaker and now a patient. I've never waited for more than 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are about the same but the service is exceptional. Their online menu is kept up to date. There's only been a couple of times that they didn't have what I wanted but was offered a similar replacement. I have a dispensary a couple miles from my house but choose to drive the 10 miles to Somerville.

Love this place! Everyone is super pleasant and knowledgeable. I rarely have to wait long, but it wouldn't matter if I did because it's such a comfortable environment. They also have their own parking lot, which is very convenient. The medicine is of excellent quality, but really, the staff is what makes this place so great. I'm pretty sure I've chatted everyone up so far and I truly enjoy visiting.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Revolutionary Clinic for always going out of their way to help explain their products to you, creating a warm, inviting environment and for having exceptional customer service.  I am always impressed by their choices in products, strains, and modalities.   I LOVE that they are so involved in our community by not only offering outstanding products but sponsoring great artistic acts coming to the area, educational fairs and their Stash Blast which is always fun- I even won a free certification this year at Medwell Health and Wellness!  As more dispensaries are opening and I see their products and experience their customer service it solidifies my feelings that Revolutionary Clinics is the shining star for MA.

I had a great experience.  Joe was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and informative. Joe was able to answer all my questions as well as explain the entire process to me. He was very patient as I did had a lot of questions.  A pleasure.

I've always had a positive experience here.  Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.  Pick up is an easy experience - booking a time on their site, swinging through and leaving with product in hand is surprisingly speedy.  I worked with Ruslan today who has helpful, introduced me to some deals, and was overall a positive dude.  Highly recommend this dispensary / the Somerville location as a loyal customer/patient for the last year.

By far the worst medical dispensary in/around Somerville. Awful customer service, not accommodating. There's either no line and you can't get in 10 minutes early or the line is down the street and you're waiting for 15+ minutes outside in line. Yikes.

Love love this place !!!! Great prices , great atmosphere, and amazing customer service.Please keep up the Pre roll demands and keep getting more of the plastic to go bags .. I also love their point system and did I mention the great customer service Viva 420 and Tacos

My favorite place! I was helped by Jen who I am writing this review for because when I say "helped by" I mean actually helped. She was very patient with me and all my question asking and was extremely nice, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jen! Also as a side note, this place definitely has the most quality stuff, especially their actual brand because I've gotten other brands from here before and Revs is still the best in my opinion. I've also compared a couple of the exact same strains from other dispensaries vs Revs & Revs is by far better quality and usually slightly less expensive!! Incredible! This is pretty much my only dispensary I go to because I also love the points system and rewards they give for new patients and recertification. Very generous!! Thanks!

This is the fastest, nicest, most professional medical dispensary in the area. As a new medical card holder, I feel like all of my questions have been answered without a scoff and the new customer deal is too good to pass up!

Showed up without knowing you needed to order ahead as it was my first time here. Staff was super courteous and patient with me. Kevin and Sabrina helped so much with their knowledge on the different strands. Variety and prices are great!!!! Definitely recommend and going back.

I loved this place until I had two very unpleasant deliveries with the same guy. He claims to keep calling my number but I never get his calls. The last time he just left before I got my product and the most recent time he kind of came barging upstairs to my apartment door. (Aren't the deliveries supposed to happen outside during the pandemic?) He was extremely accusatory and aggro when I finally came to the door. He said he called me 14 times. Why wouldn't you just call the office after the first three times? We've all heard that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, right?The products are great- I really enjoy them. But I just can't get over a delivery dude practically breaking down my door because of a technical issue which was not at all my fault. Dude should chill out and be more patient- he is delivering to weed patients after all.Anyway I called and they offered me some "points" but I decided that I won't be going back there. I also wrote an email to them which they have yet to respond to. You can find comparable products somewhere else with much nicer and way more efficient customer service. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

Went in here the other day, and as usual, i had a great experience! I was served by Jill who made the exchange great. I highly recommend rev. Their deals are excellent and their product is fantastic.

Great dispensary with great customer service. A great array of products and they deliver . Stu was a great delivery driver . Really like the distillate oils especially the pineapple Durban and sour diesel.

I love the staff! I wasn't quite happy about a oil that I purchased so I brought it back. The management team was very understanding, apologetic and gave me a new applicator. Then they explained to me how terpenes work and how it could have affected the oil. I've always had good experiences there. My only gripes are the sap glass jar makes it hard to collect all the material without pushing it around, and maybe a little more variety when it comes to concentrates. Other than that, great staff, great products, easy parking, and conveniently located.

So this dispensary used to be an old train storage building so don't get caught off guard by the outside. Once you go inside however it's very modern. There's a nice lounge area that bears the resemblance of a living room with some really trippy art.Great selection of edibles and flower. Wish they had a larger selection of non cartridge concentrates.They also have a really good collection of gadgets too if you're looking to vape. Usually I'd prefer to go to the clinic in person, but my online experience was great! I am a new patient and had lots of questions. Enter Barbara! My consultation with her was phenomenal. she gave me the basics and beyond. She anticipated my questions and answered questions I didn't even know I had. She was very patient and extremely knowledgable! I would have been overwhelmed without her guidance. I ordered online for delivery and it was quick and very efficient and they offer great discounts for new patients. The products I got are very effective for my specific symptoms and just what I needed. I've recommended Revolutionary Clinics to friends and family and know they won't be disappointed. Definitely schedule a consultation with Barbara - she has so much knowledge to share!

I'm a new patient. After visiting the Somerville location last week for the last first time, they told me I could purchase inside the Cambridge locations.  Today, I arrived at the Fresh Pond location just before 11.  I waited until 11, went to show my ids at the front desk and I was told I had to order online and I couldn't make a purchase in the store.  So, I went to the car, placed an order and waited 30 minutes until my order was ready.Finally, I was able to enter.  FYI the wind chill today was below zero to cold to wait outside!!!  I went to the counter.  Told the bud tender I was a new patient and had birthday rewards to use. (yesterday was my birthday so this was the ONLY reason I came into YOUR dispensary today.   I was met with a cold response.  She was not very personable.  I asked about my other discounts.  She was not very helpful at all.  Didn't offer to explain anything.  I paid with my debit and left.  Once back in the car, I realized she didn't give me my change!!!  So here I go again, back in the line in below zero weather to speak to a manager.Manager finally showed up to the lobby area! She didn't let me back inside! Again freezing cold!!!  I asked to come in and speak to hear, as I also was having a hard time hearing her.  She DIDN'T introduce herself.  She eventually said she was the GM. Again, no name, no introduction.  She rushed through explaining the discounts and my receipt.  She did get my change due and then offered to add "points" to my loyalty card.  Again, I'm a new patient trying to understand your discounts and rewards program.  She could've done better and taken the time to explain things to me instead of brushing me off.  This was my first time at this location and after my experience today. My LAST!!!

Revolutionary clinic was amazing. I dropped in without an appointment. The guard assured me it would be fine... I walked in...Amazing products, amazing pricing incentives... Great clinic!! Great staff!!!

It is telling that people have either a great or a poor experience here. In my experience, it is mediocre over-all. Some of the staff are great, some have made a bad impression, but most seem to share an attitude of "too cool for school." I'm an old hippie, fine, but I don't know how they expect to appeal to anyone over 30. The products are nothing to write home about-I've sampled just about everything and have yet to find anything special, including the "special" guest strains, etc.For some reason they have stopped letting people review products-never good. Most cannabis patients find reviews very helpful, especially those who are relatively inexperienced. I'm experienced, but relying on generic reviews online is not a substitute, since strains etc are not consistent everywhere. I only use them because of convenience.

This dispensary breaks the mold when it comes to service, knowledge, and expertise. Tucked away on Fawcett the exterior is unassuming. Once inside the atmosphere is professional,  secure, and relaxing with a nice sitting area. What I like most is that RC's goal isn't to come in and get what they can from the community, they want to make the community their home. They also give back and have drives during the holiday. You're never pressured into sales and the patient advocates are extremely knowledgeable. New patients get the most attractive offer I've ever seen on the market ($200 off) that can be used any way they prefer and they're often running specials found in the newsletter and on their social media. They also have the cutest reusable bag swag and I often smile and resist the urge to say "aren't they great?!" when I'm in whole foods seeing a person (young and not-so- young) in line with their happy bag. Great products. Great rates. Wonderful service. Free parking.They're going to be around for a very long time.

Everyone here is super helpful and accommodating. I always do delivery and last time I even got a free lighter!! Highly recommend, my favorite dispensary.

My first ever visit to any dispensary. It was a stellar experience, especially with Alex, who was the patient advocate who I worked with. She was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and understood what products would meet my needs. I really appreciate how relaxed I felt during the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend RevClinics and if you can work with Alex, you will definitely have a great experience!

I usually order on line and then pick it up from their Somerville store.  I was at Alewife and needed some consultation re a particular edible I was looking for to help assist me with sleeping. Alex, from Revclinics, was extremely helpful explaining my options.  I purchased a tincture, gummy, pre-roll and a 6 pack of cannibis infused tonics.  Trying some of it out now and thinking very favorably of my great experience with Alex and Revclinics.

Not many dispensaries offer same day delivery and the fact that they do makes life easier. Pick up in person is just awesome though. So many cool bud tenders to assist. Ruslan is one of my faves there. Super helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about all the products. It's a pleasant experience every time. They have a laundry list of amazing products. Rev Clinics has never failed me and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Jen, Ruslan, and everyone I’ve worked with who’s name I don’t know, are all genuinely good people who care about their jobs and it shows. They’re happy to answer questions, always courteous and friendly, and that makes it an enjoyable place to not only to purchase but also to just be. #1 in Boston by far.

Excellent perks for new patients as well. Plus, it's accessible! Parking is always a cinch & there's a ramp up to the main entrance. Hope to see this business thrive for years to come.
