Started buying my medical cannabis product 5 1/2 months ago.it started out great! back then i was going to smithville. product was good i started with gelato and four other strands.It was all going good til i stepped foot in there nkc location.I don't know what i did to tick them off but started working with the cop's ever went as far as putting a plant from besa me in a mental hospital where i was seeking help bipolar disorder.there plant waltz around lauging at me..after that i stoped going to nkc started hitting up barry rd,last straw was wednesday.i order potent illicit garden's product waited a long time.the young man short in height with big arm muscles stared mean mugging me then he switch the ill gardens for flora farms.icould literally hear him rip the bunk 15% weed packages. DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLK'S!

Smaller selection, but not too small. The staff is very friendly and the bud tenders are helpful. Will definitely return.

The dispensary itself is very nice and the selection is pretty awesome so, 2 stars for that! A for effort. Otherwise my experiences here have been pretty “eh” starting with the employees, they come off as pretty judgy and make you feel like you’re wasting there time. They seem as if they strive for the dime, not excellent customer service that makes you feel welcome, equal and invited.The walkup window is not very inviting at all, you cant make any type of “real” connection with your bud tender unless you're one to connect with tinted glass. It’d be nice if you could see them and then maybe they use blinds after hours? I dont know. I personally wouldn't come back here but, they’re the only place with a certain product i like in stock; so for now ill have to come back until other places carry it.

Excellent company to work for, staff is knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The building is clean and well maintained.

Something needs to be done to streamline the process. They were walking a single person through the entire process one at a time (signing them up in their system, selecting product, waiting for the guy in the back to prepare the order, then payment). There were 3 people in line, it took 30+ minutes to get to me. There needs to be more people on staff and the product needs to be prepared beforehand. The north KC BesaMe location was fast and efficient, I don't know what's going on with Smithville.

THIS REVIEW IS REGARDING THE PRETTY LADY NAMED STEPHANIE THAT SITS OUT FRONT AND GREETS EVERYONE. THIS GIRL IS PRETTY, FUNNY AND VERY KIND TO EVERYONE AND THERE ARE SOME STRANGE ONES INSIDE THIS STORE. LOVED THE VISIT, BOUGHT A LOT AND WILL BE BACK TO SEE STEPHANIE. A wonderful, helpful staff. The atmosphere is wonderful. I have enjoyed my experience.
