I ordered ahead on a Sunday afternoon and was in and out with my order with no wait. All of the staff were cool and nice. The store is fancy so it's fun to look around. I got home and discovered I was given only 8 instead of 10 gummies and the packaging was different than the website. I am not going back to fix it, it sounds like a lie. Lesson learned, always count your gummies before you leave.

Let me first off say , I am an advocate of marijuana and have gone to every dispensary with in a 50 mile radius. THESE guys are top notch #1! Huge shout out to all the staff and especially ROCKY & MAKAYLA !!!! I feel like instead of walking into a normal dispensary and being bored and watching staff run like headless chickens , I walk into here with a huge smile and get greeted PERSONALLY by almost all the staff. They are very knowledgeable and not a single question they don't have an answer to. Huge shout out to all the staff there and KEEP ON ROCKIN ! Stay high and stay blessed. By far the best dispensary I've ever been to !

I was told about this place by my boyfriend, and I went to check it out and I was helped out by Josh. He was so kind and informative about different strains to meet certain needs I had. He definitely thought me a lot! Very great customer service. Everyone greeted me with a smile.

This entire group is suffering from a decline in their quality of stores. Their best supplied stores are recreational only. They do not show the prices after-tax for recreational, unlike other stores. They have sale marked on every single item, but these are not sale prices; rather the regular price without the tax. If this is a sale, then they are really stealing your money! Use greenhouse for nearly a year and a half. Probably won't ever be back

Listen, I relocated from Bay Area, CA & LA and loveeee greenhouse. The staff is always super nice and helpful in answering any questions. The products aren't as top tier as west coast dispensaries (again I'm from CA so have higher expectations) but I've came across great products there. It's my top dispensary in the area and they are really quick with getting you in and out.

Always helpful.  They have a good variety. They care about their clients. They're also being extremely cautious during the pandemic by letting clients stay in their car to place an order.

Excellent customer service!  Went to other dispensary and was left literally waiting in the cold.  Not greenhouse!  Top notch!  Well done!

Great product offerings.This establishment could be very busy since other dispensaries in the area are so incompetent.

Staff was amazing, warm, friendly and very knowledgeable! We were a walk in and had absolutely no waiting. There was a variety and you get paired with an employee who answers your questions and rakes your order. Ample parking, currently socially distancing and masks, so where I would think to assume they may let you smell the different strains in pre-pandemic times, that is no more. Cash only and they give you a pretty cool discount for your first 3 visits and they have a rewards program. Picked up some pre-rolled and edibles and so far the edibles have been great and the employee we were paired with led me to a great choice and explained why different strains tend to have the different effects. Great experience

This place is much classier than the other dispensaries. Very clean and organized. Everyone on staff is extremely knowledgeable. I'd like to mention Kim who has been the most helpful! Hopefully they treat the staff well, because they treat their clients well. Highly recommend this place and the staff!

Went today for their grand opening and had a great time! People were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The woman who showed us around really new their products and was very kind. They had everything you could want. Welcome to Skokie! This is one resident who is happy you're here!

Working with Levi at green house dispensary in Northbrook was amazing. He helped me out tremendously, he was very polite had an amazing attitude. I also seen Justin who is always a pleasure, and seeing Alexis who always remembers me which makes me feel like I have a real connection with them. I love this here they always go above and beyond. Two thumbs up as always.

It was busy when I went in but there was a sale going on, so it was a bit of a wait. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the environment was sanitary and welcoming. Shout out to Will, he was very helpful as I was checking out!

When you're here David is the man to see. This place is always my go to when in IL!! I highly recommended first timers as well. They'll take care if you.

Definitely go to their website and pre-order to avoid the wait.  I know that involves commitment and if you're not sure you can keep your appointment and want to wing it, be prepared to wait. They did a nice job on the renovation of this old bank, inviting atmosphere, with an efficient layout. With my pre-order I was in/out in under 15 minutes from parking in their lot. Nice folks, all easy peasy. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program to receive cash back discounts.

Awesome dispensary all the staff are down to earth and help you out the right direction and put you on some recommendations I always come back for concentras only they keep a good verity on all type of wax budder live resin highly recommended this dispensary

I have made a few trips to this dispensary including the week they opened and I must say it was a a completely different and an educational experience. The in store ambassadors are very knowledgeable about their inventory and I can only compare this visit to that of a luxury boutique while shopping for a very specific item. They can definitely help you with any first time questions you might have, I sure had a list of my own. Love the pre roll selection, thankful to God it was made possible for this place to open as some chronic pain is just unavoidable to many of my friends and long time medical patients. Overall, I would recommend placing an order in advance, to skip the line, and make sure you get a confirmation after your order is placed. Read the reviews! They answer a lot of questions that some might have that the in store ambassadors won't be able to give you a direct answer about. Personally, everything I tried from here, took the ball out of the park for me. Stay healthy.

Wow!  I'm incredibly impressed with the ease of this dispensary.  I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!!  This dispensary was found because my current/former one (Sunnyside Chicago) looks like it's in the process of closing because they have less and less product to choose from.  Well folks, I think I found my new favorite!  Although it's a little farther, it is worth it.  Greenhouse Dispensary has a great selection and I was able to stock my online grocery cart with ease!  I'm a new customer and cashier #49611 was very helpful and pleasant!  I'm completely in awe!  I will definitely be back!!

This place scammed me. They said we can do half card deposit and half cash once they arrive and then they just kept my cash deposit. They wouldn't refund me after I asked so many times. SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT BRING ANYTHING

I went here when it was called Greenhouse and it was perfectly fine. Then it was sold and is now called Curaleaf. I recommended specific products to three different friends (newbies) who tried and liked what I had bought. Instead, this happened:Case 1: I recommended Wana Blueberry Indica gummies. Instead, the clerk sold them Incredibles Snoozzze Berry gummies. Case 2: I recommended Wana Blueberry INDICA gummies to my other friend. Instead, the clerk stuck her with HYBRID Sour Raspberry gummies. Case 3: I recommended Nicco Bedford Grow INDICA shake to a third friend. The clerk stuck her with Smoke Pillow Factory HYBRID flower. Flower! Instead of shake. (She did say that the clerk seem "out of it.")WTF?!In these cases, my friends were complete newbies and had no idea that they had been sold something other than EXACTLY what they showed the clerks on their phones.I certainly will never recommend Curaleaf to anyone again.

I have being looking for were I can get Gummies for night sleep and I think I have just found the right place all their products are super their customer support are really friendly the make sure am satisfied but my credit card was declined by their POS system.

CASH ONLY!!!I was impressed by this Dispensary. Social distancing is strictly followed, and all the products are neatly lined up inside glass display box so that no one wipes their grubby hands that might have a strain of coronavirus on them. The interior was clean and brightly lit, and the employees were professional and helpful. Even the security guard next to the designated exit door was friendly and polite, which are characteristics that security guards never seem to have. I got some CBD and THC gummies that had a concentration of 5 mg of each. Twenty pieces of these gummies cost us ~$34. The employee that we were assigned with suggested that particular product because we told him that we were looking for edibles that would make us relaxed. The weed gummies certainly had a strong bitter aftertaste that I wasn't expecting, and made a newcomer like me sleepy within an hour. Parking is plentiful. In addition, they check IDs and the amount of free space available before allowing customers to trickle inside.

Ahh! The good old Marijuana. Ever since being legalized in Illinois recreationally, road incidents have soared, people high as a kite on the road, at work, in stores, marijuana induced psychiatric hospitalizations, drug induced mental illnesses, etc. And what happens when those negatively affected seek help? They either buy more marijuana or go on psychiatric drugs - benefiting pharmacies and increasing their revenues, and giving plenty more business to psychiatrists. It's almost as if this "legal weed" thing is an orchestrated conspiracy with the pharma companies - to benefit both sides (the recreational vendors and drug makers).

Had a really good experience here. Stacie P. was such a huge help as I haven't partook in over 10 years. She was kind and patient with me. I also LOVED the space and decor. 10/10, will be back!

I somehow always get matched up with Simone and they just knock it of out of the park! My last visit especially, they really guided me through all of the best products catered to my needs and more. They’re so knowledgeable and are the prime example of what an expert on the floor looks like! I was able to get several cartridges, a crumble, and the new squeeze to try. I always know who and where to go when I need my stuff!

We had a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you Stacy for listening to our specific needs and recommending some good options. As a runner I especially love the topical cream which really helps relieve sore muscles. But everything we got was spot on what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.
