Passed through here on my way from Denver to Avon/Vail. Firstly, their staff is awesome. The girl that helped us was super cool. Though I feel like she pushed a sale on a strain that wasn't gonna sell any time quickly. And those PRICES. $15 a g?? I always forget how expensive the small mountain shops are. Now the real issue... the flower was old and compressed. We got Headband and Cookies and Cream. I feel like they had been sitting on the back shelf for a while. Small, popcorn buds. I typically don't expect much out of popcorn. I grow myself and know that the smaller buds are typically towards the bottom of the plant where not much light penetrates. Hardly got high off the stuff. Completely different experience than last time. Overall, staff 10/10Prices 3/10Dankness 3/10. Not dank enough for $15 a g, or $32 1/8 of popcorn.

They have great customer service and great deals! I love going to these guys for my weed needs.

Definitely VERY informative and VERYYYYY friendly/patient staff. I highly recommend them, especially if you are a first-timer. No other place will walk you through everything or explain things to you like they will. This place, I highly recommend because they have been featured several times in magazines, etc... pretty neat, so you should definitely drop by and take a gander while in town!

Wayyyy over priced and kinda snobby budtenders. Pretty decent flower, but can find good flower anywhere.

Team was informative, helpful, and patient.  Interesting to go.   Best bet if checking it out is to be open and honest, don't linger, listen, and buy something.

James was very helpful in picking out the best weeds for our occasion. We love being able to pay with debit card option. Amazing bud trees growing right in the lobby. Love the selection and bud tenders.

They advertised a free item with purchase and when I asked about she said she already complete my purchase and that it was too late so too bad pretty much.

I have never been to vail and got to Colorado and I didn't have any weed which for me is a travesty. When I walked into high country healing I was greeted amazingly and escorted into the room it was so quick and easy the staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Also the growing area in the lobby is gorgeous! I definitely recommend this spot!

Friendly staff and great customer service! They have a wide variety of strains and edibles for whatever you may please. Easy to read menus on flat screens, they take the confusion out of the process. Enjoy stopping in each time we visit Keystone. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quick easy experience.

Found this shop on Yelp. Closet one to keystone. Incredibly friendly staff and a wide variety of options. The tenders are very knowledgeable too. You should check this place out!

I'll never shop anywhere else for quality small batch cannabis! All organic and soil grown, hand trimmed and treated with care, plus there are tons of varieties of strains to choose from.

First time at a dispensary and it was a fun experience! Shianna was helpful and never made me feel silly for not knowing all of the proper terms. They also sell vegan gummies!

The staff was extremely helpful, patient and friendly.  They have a wide range of products to help every need.  The lady answered every question and offered suggestions based on needs.

The receptionist was a bit much but the customer rep was super helpful. She answered all our questions. Not over priced.

When my family decided to vacation in Colorado for Christmas I headed straight to Yelp to find a reliable dispensary. Being that I have a chronic illness affecting my stomach, I have found marijuana to be a very effective treatment. HCH was one of the best parts of our vacation. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and kind, answering every question that I had as well as questions from other people in my party. Shianne was incredible and helped us pick out the best edibles for our individual concerns and even suggested long term solutions for me to think about for my stomach. Next time we're in CO we will definitely be returning to HCH.

I don't buy often but I bought an oil cartridge today that I thought was priced high but I went through with the sale. Well my intuition was right. They charged me $100 for what I could have bought down the street for $50. Save yourself the trouble and don't go.

Great place! My family & I are visiting from Texas & we've stopped at several dispensaries but this one was by far the BEST! Zack has excellent customer service skills. He took the time to explain the differences between the strains & made recommendations. Great experience, highly recommend this cool place!

I prefer the Eagle Vail location, they are always friendly, seem interested to help ya out (even if they look hungover all the time). The Mini J's are super dope! It is what I come to this location for. Otherwise it is pricey. You can find much better prices at other dispensary. The Silverthorne location is just meh. It feels bro'y and it seems they are much cooler and helpful if you look like a dude snowboarder. Thats not okay, be cool and open with everyone.

Had a great experience on our first visit to a dispensary.  Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, very patient and helpful.  Prices are completely reasonable, and the selection is nice.  All of the buds and pre-rolled are grown in-house.  Excellent quality products.

Buyer BEWARE!  One of the Guy budtenders is really horrible. Charged us for 3 js and only gave us 2 and then when he got called out on that proceeded to give us the wrong strain that we requested. Also he only gave the local discount on one j and not on all three. He had poor customer service and only wanted to rush us out the door and not much of a help. Have been there a few times prior to this time but after that extremely weird and uncomfortable purchase will not be back again and will recommend to all others to purchase elsewhere.

Amazing place! Staff were so friendly! Great prices! Bud growing on premise!! She even used chopsticks to measure out our buds! After a shit 1st experience at native roots, this place was a savior!!

Worst place I've ever seen!!! $52 for  2 single joints!!!! Unfucking believable!!!! I can't believe these highway robbers!!! Just because your off I-70 does not mean you can rip people off!!! I will never go here again!!!

Great pre rolled bud.  Easy Menu.  Very spirited establishment.  They were nice and helpful.  You will be satified.  Pass the other shops this is the right one and open 9-10 everyday. Mas Nice.Back in Florida missing my pre rolled Sativa Joints and the great energy people give off.  I'll go again and HCH is my spot.

Absolutely awesome! The staff was great! Very friendly, informative, felt like we had known them for years! It was a little more pricey but def worth the experience!

I would like to say it was so heart warming and a pleasure to be in high country healing I personally haven't felt so comfortable and outgoing in side a dispensary but now I know where I enjoy going most. Coming from someone shopping all over the front range and vail area. Thanks a lot HCH summit.

Always my first stop when heading into the mountains.  Quality products and knowledgeable staff that is always pairing me with the right product!

This place always hooks it up when I'm in Dillon. Came in this weekend and picked up some Tangerine X Flow... Maybe some of the best smelling and tasting bud I've ever smoked. Definitely should check them out if you're in town and looking for quality buds.

Great employees, everyone is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Best herb in the area by far and it's such a awesome store. I highly recommend checkin this one out while passin' through. Make sure to get some Summit Sweet Skunk or some Cookie Monster!   "Hands down dopest dope I ever smoked" -Pineapple Express.

This is by far the best shop in Summit County.  They have been super helpful from the first day I went in.  They always have new bud and they grow most if not all of it.  I have only been to the other shops up here once or twice and was not impressed at all.  There is a good reason why High Country has a line most of the time.  Trust me its worth the wait.  I try to go during the slower times.

Can't say I'm a fan. Very overpriced, and the quality was not up to par. In fact, the stuff I got gave me a horrible headache. Staff wasn't very helpful or knowledgeable at all. I asked the guy several questions, I wanted something for my back pain, and he didn't really seem to have a clue what to suggest. I told him indicas work best for me, and he recommended hybrids with mostly sativa. Their indica selection was disappointing honestly. Compared to other dispensaries, this just seems like a tourist trap to me. You're not getting quality, and you're paying too much for it.

Not sure who was working tonight. Didn't catch his name, but wouldn't sell to my boyfriend because he asked "I am about to travel" wouldn't let him finish his sentence and told him to leave, if he would of let him finish that he gets ANXIETY. Not trying to travel with it, ya jerk. We live here, not stupid tourist. But come on... NATIVE ROOTS is cheaper and better people! :) good day.

I have been shopping at HCH for 3 years now. I have shopped at all the dispensaries in the county several times.  HCH is slightly more expensive then other shops but I can honestly say they are the only shop that I have never been disappointed with. I never taste fert or nutes in the flower which tells me they don't cut corners or rush processes. The bud always looks really good, smells amazing, and taste unforgettable. They have high 20% THC and lower % THC strains so wether you smoke a lot and like heavy hitters or are a novice and don't want to get to wrecked, they have a strain for you. They have a great edible selection as well.  They have the best customer service meaning, friendliest staff, very knowledgable bud tenders, and tons of positive vibes. They also have a really unique waiting room with tons of their own gear, so a selection of souvenirs if your visiting. Their is a reason they are my number 1 spot continuously. They are consistent, always put out a quality product, and have a really cool shop.

Great place. They have a good selection and they allow you to pick your own buds. Also, they have reasonable prices and the tax is included in the price, so there are no surprises. They are up front and honest, not like other places.

My friend was very happy about the selection, service, and choices. While I waited outside I listened in on a great dissertation of bud growers. They seem eager to help others, which is tatamount to great learning begets great teachings. I'll appreciate them more for that than probably anything else. Truly a "rising tide raises all boats" philosophy. I heart this place.

Brandi was 1 of the most knowledable and personable bud tenders.. I feel like going forward I will be fully equipped for this trip and stay.. Really enjoyed/valued her personality and expertise!

This place is so awesome!! The atmosphere is so lite. They have the flower trees growing right I  the lobby! Jenna and Frank was so welcoming. Brandi was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flower selection and helped us pick the right items. So happy we stopped here!

we've been to dispensaries in several states and this is by far the most welcoming. The young man at the front counter that greeted us was fun, exuding positive vibes. The staff were very patient & informative as they helped us with our purchases. We would definitely recommend visiting High Country Healing for your cannabis.

Great shop, super cool place with a great selection. I walked in and was given a 10 minute wait time. Was fine with that, on a time crunch trying to make dinner and what not. I waited 45 minutes before getting a text to go inside. On top of that, multiple other individuals who I'm assuming are regulars walked in straight ahead of me. Really liked this place but the treatment if you're out of state is a little ridiculous.

Good store, good service, and GASSS WEED. The staff is very helpful, and have a lot of information of all of their products. Definitely have to come back soon.

Fantastic and very organized operation. I took some gummies home on my recent trip here and was not disappointed at all. They have a great selection of the staff is extremely helpful. Pictures are permitted too so that's a bonus for tourists !

David helped me out this last time picking out multiple strains and kept exceptional rapport through out my visit. Will continue to come here for years to come!

Stopped in to HCH this past week and had a great experience! I had a lot of questions and the Bud-tender named Connor was very helpful. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he suggested what to try! Not only did he suggest what to try but he explained the difference in some of the products and why it would be better to try certain products! I would highly recommend this dispensary!!

10/10 I would recommend this dispensary! Would drive hrs just to shop here, the customer service and knowledge is incredible. Ask for Nate!!! He takes the time to educate you and recommend you certain products, rather than just shoving anything into your bag. And being able to see and smell the fresh beautiful ladies growing in their grow room is just a bonus! ;) Will definitely be back again soon.

Landon is the man! Super good staff quick yummy in-house grown goods! We’re from St. Louis and Landon greeted us he pulled up the map wrote down stuff we would enjoy in the area while on vacation he told us about a bunch of cool spots to visit on our trip he told us about this yummy place Lilis bistro we went and ate there had the best Mexican ever. The green is the best in my opinion and so is being greeted by Landon. Thankful for this place to exist. Super good hospitality and kind people make the experience better.
