They are a very clean and well lit dispensary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Alex helped me find exactly what I needed. The local discount I get for living around will keep me coming back over and over again.
Best place to go in Blackhawk for concentrates! Probably the only place to get live res. Their Necterbee is only ok, and very pricey, but they do carry great brands like Lazer cat or Nomad. (I would give 5 stars, but I wish they had a few more like Kama, Olio, or 710, and that they would get new product, but maybe one day!) The staff is super friendly, and people like Alex knows what's up. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend hitting up this place!
We had a great experience with this location, as we do most green solution locations. However, this one was in a really cool old building and had a lovely door greeter. You have to go up two small flights of stairs, but I think they have an elevator but not sure. Once upstairs we were helped by the manager, Zachary. He was extremely friendly and he wasn't overly in your face nice. Just like cool and calm and helped show us around. Some bud tenders are like so over the top that it's uncomfortable for my semi introvert personality. Anyways, Zachary was great and I hope this location will thrive out there. I feel like they are really fairly priced. We always save money since we are members there.
Love this location, I felt bad coming home just now realizing I forgot to tip so here's my second best.The workers here are always extremely friendly, and go out of their way to provide amazing experiences for every guest. I've been here plenty of times now, and will be back plenty more.Special thanks to the Ladies tonight who made the long wait enjoyable, the workers here are too good at up selling their product. They know what they're doing, and I personally appreciate the extra hard work they put in. This company does it right
Great dispensary! Very good selection. My budtender was very helpful. Definitely a high-end dispensary but the prices were very reasonable. I'll be back!!
Where to begin?...I went to this location while on vacation in the area back in December 2019. The customer service was amazing to be honest. My issue begins at checkout, I use my card to pay and they charge me a fee for paying with card, ok fine. The payment goes through with my bank account and they proceed to tell me that I had to pay in cash because supposedly the payment didn't go through. At the moment I didn't think much of it and paid. So I was charged twice for the same product. Fast forward to May 2020 I am still waiting on a refund. I call every week and every week it's a different excuse. Horrible.
We loved this dispensary. We've been to others, but this one is our favorite.Once you get inside, you wait in line for the next available personal shopper. We had Emmi. She was wonderful. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She also graciously put up with my husband's joking...bless her heart. He's annoying as hell. We took our time and asked many questions. We never felt rushed.We love the aesthetic of the shop. It's very clean and crisp. The layout of the all the different products is easy to follow as well. There was a great variety. They have a large selection of edibles which are my favorite. We felt like the prices were very reasonable. We had just been in Las Vegas the day before and paid almost double of what we did in Denver.
Horrible customer service!! First time here and forsure last time!!! The bud tender Emma said she accidentally charged us 2 times for something and she said she fixed it before charging us. Bill came out to $216 which was a little off to me because we didn't get that many things so I was like wow okay I guess. We get our receipt and noticed she never fixed the issue and actually charged us 3x for a cartridge. Then we tried getting our money back but "sales are final" wait a minute how are sales final when we didn't even buy 3 cartridges, it was her fault not ours so I don't see how our sale was final when we didn't purchase those things she charged us for. Overall it's a crappy place. California could never
First time in a legal cannabis dispensary. Your greeted in the outer office and present your ID. They give you a ticket and direct you to the waiting area, just some ropes set up for lines, however no one was in front of us.while waiting on the budtender there is fun merchandise to look at, all cannabis related. The bud tender was very helpful, asked us if we knew what we wanted, we did, but he did let us look around awhile and explained the loyalty policy and talked discounts. We checked out through another sea of merchandise, all cannabis related, and presented our ID for the third time- they did warn us to keep it out. Over all, the store was inviting, clean and the staff was very friendly.Also, one of the cartridges we bought went bad with bubbles. Tyler exchanged it with no hassle, he was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I will recommend this place to my traveling friends!

We have gone to several TGS in Colorado and this was purely gets one star because the representative Tiffany was awful. She had a horrendous attitude and was snarky with her comments. She truly made it seem like we were a burden to her. We left empty handed because there are so many other locations with reps that do want to help. Even there we wish we would gotten the young guy working next to her, he into ally greeted us but we got stuck with her and her awful attitude
Charles is EXCELLENT. This is my first time here, he took his time and explained each item I asked about. I suffer from Devic disease which causes me to have muscle spasms and insomnia he gave me several recommendations. His knowledge is superb and I enjoyed him. Thank you Charles. See you next time.
Worst customer service of any dispensary I've ever been to. Poor selection. Mediocre quality at best. Terrible staff. So many other great locations to visit. Don't waste your time
After getting to know the area and visiting lots of dispensary's in Aurora Denver and even Trinidad this is by far one of the worst chains of dispensary's I do not enjoy their products they do not have quality products and their prices are not good! There staff is friendly! But I would pick somewhere different!
The green solution has great high end products but I wasn't too satisfied with the customer service today. This place is very clean and upscale compared to some of the other places I've been to. I liked the design of the room when you walked in and the way each of their products are displayed with its information. It was convenient to have and read while the 'tender was busy. Has a high end feel to it. When first arriving, the receptionist at the front didn't seem to enthusiastic to have us and barely greeted us with a smile. Once inside, I asked a question about certain terminology I had been unsure about. The 'tender looked and when responded, made me feel like I should've known already and responded with an attitude almost. Can't remember his name or I would jot it down. Besides those two things, Check out was pretty smooth and the products are of quality so expect the pricing that comes with it.
Last time here!!! Way to expensive. Bud so dry it turned to dust. 1/16 @ 30$ for top shelf ...No way!!! Green dragon 18$ out the door and that's with tax... get with the program

Green solution sucks! They love to lie about advertised "promos". Like their birthday promo. 420 points on your birth month. To use any day of your birth month. I got three stories from two employees at the same location as to why the points weren't loading. Both were lies. Don't waste your money or time with these "yahuntzels".
CHECK YOUR TOTAL BEFORE YOU PAY THEY MIGHT RING UP THE FULL SIZE VERSION INSTEAD OF A SAMPLE THEN REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. If I could give this place a zero I would. My boyfriend and I were shopping for a few pre-rolls and some edibles, and before we checked out I saw they had thc lube which I wanted to try a sample of which was $4. When we went to pay, I noticed the total was a little high but assumed it was taxes plus we did get quite a few things. Anyway, I look at the receipt right as we walk out and realize I got charged $32 +tax for the full size item. I asked the front desk lady if I could get help and she assured me something could be done for their mistake but when the manager in training came up she said I only had two options: get the full size bottle or $20 of coupons (mind you the price difference was more like $27) and refused to refund the difference that was overcharged due to some bullshit new COVID 19 policy being stricter on returns and exchanges. Okay, sure, but I didn't need an exchange! It was THEIR fault! I just wanted the money difference back because I didn't want the full size. When I said I wasn't from here and couldn't take the product on a plane I was told those were the only two options. When I said it wasn't acceptable but eventually I was forced to accept the coupons, she had the audacity to tell me to use them at a different location because I was "hostile"... so like I said CHECK THE TOTAL BEFORE YOU PAY AND BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT CHARGING YOU bc apparently the MIT doesn't know the prices well enough to notice she did something wrong and they also do not care if they steal your money.
Brandon is the man! He was helpful, enjoyable, and helped my find the right product for my needs. I would recommend Brandon to everyone. Also, such a friendly environment.
Came in for some good concentrates, the hash is really good. I dont like the fact that 2 people had to walk with me to pick out products. Like dude was on me like I was gonna do something crazy. All the way till I walked out the door. Maybe it's the location. The bud tender showed me the hash and held it out to smell but would not let it go from his fingers. Something bothers me about people's fingers being near my nose. And the hash was all over the inside of the container. Spent 15 minutes collecting it with a straw off the lid when I got home. Its alright just hella sketchy and a lil pricey
While the location is nice, some of the products they carry are LOW quality. I bought 3 cartridges of NectarBee brand they heavily advertise on their website. All of the cartridges have an absolutely HORRENDOUS smell and taste - a cheap cigarette mixed with plastic. The budtender said the extraction method was CO2, on the Green Solution's website it says ULTRA PURE LOW ODOR oil extracted by CO2 where in fact it is Propane, CO2 and Ethanol in TINY letters on the NectarBee packaging, plus added propylene glycol. It's deceiving on NectarBee part and The Green Solution part. The CBD cartridge has no smoke coming out whatsoever when smoking, others do but the taste and smell are disgusting. I had a terrible breath afterwards. On top of that, the effect was very low, I woke up in the middle of the night which never happens with other brands. The NectarBee has a nice website and packaging but that's about all, the products don't live up to its' name. I'm beyond disappointed for The Green Solution to carry this low-quality deceiving brand. I wonder if they think people still have very low standards and won't notice or it's their friends' brand. I have smoked other oil concentrates in cartridges and know what I'm talking about. I have wasted $94 plus tax with NectarBee, thanks a lot, The Green Solution.
This was my boyfriend & I's very first time at a cannabis dispensary and Zack gave incredible customer service when it came to educating us about the products they sold. I highly recommend this place!
We have only been to a few dispensaries, so we're new to all of this. The employees were super friendly and helpful, and they never tired of our insane amount of questions. We were there for a while and they told us the good deals, their preferences, and were so patient! (Shoutout to Kirsten! (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!) She was our main employee help and was just fantastic!)

I used to love green Solution when it Frist opened been going here for years but not any longer . 1) price for flower is HIGH. 2) only package flower in 1/16 and 1/8 you find any big buds and if you buy 1/2 or an once you have dozen pre packaged flower containers . 3) flower is super dry ... and when I emailed to complain about my recent visit they don't respond...
Will never come back, even though it's right around the corner. Was told twice yesterday by 2 different bud tenders that "Everything has a satisfaction guarantee if you return it in 30 days" Sounds great but they won't honor it. I purchased a Dime Bag scent proof wallet to carry my vaporizer in..it's not even a consumable good. Was told by the bud tender last night I could return it if it didn't fit. Went back to return it this morning. The tender that greeted me said "sure!" when I told her I wanted to exchange it for the next size up. All of the tags were still on it, I had only unzipped it to try to fit my vaporizer in it. NO damage and definitely not used. I had my receipt. She told someone I can only assume was a manager that I wanted to exchange it and the manager read me a BIG list of exceptions to their "satisfaction guarantee" and said it was an accessory and I couldn't exchange it. She then went back to reading her clip board..nothing else said.There are plenty of dispensaries that don't pull shady guarantees on their products. I am now stuck with something that is completely useless for me. Don't tell your customers "everything" if you mean only a very few items. Won't be back, and won't recommend to anyone.
I've been coming to this Green Solution for the past 6 Months and every time my experience is getting worse. They're running out of stock, not a whole lot of variety, and their wait times are always long!!

Green Solutions is a good dispansery to got to. They have everything i need here. The deals are sweet. And the store is really close to my house.
As many times as I've been to this location, this time around I wasn't impressed. Thankfully rather leaving without an empty hand we bought a few items to get the employee name to make a review about their horrible customer service. Justin M, was unprofessional and whoever hired him should fire him. For the fact I was asking for specifics on which one had the highest THC for carts all he said "any of them" and 95% of the time he was dead silent as we walked around to see what can be new to us that stuck out. Asked about certain joints and he said the same or "depending which one". Like show us a menu so we can get in and get out like other dispensary?? If working here isn't going to bring good but only for the discount that should be looked into. New or old, practice on customer service isn't hard for a job. At least look upbeat or something. Not a dead board as a plain piece of trash.

I was excited about a dispensary in the neighborhood but my first visit will be the last. The paper ticket to hold onto for checkout is an annoying step. Waiting in line after check in just to browse took too long. The prepackaged weed is suspect. Also telling customers in Aurora that we legally need to purchase an exit bag is a lie. Learn your compliance regs as this amounts to stealing from customers. When I attempted to give feedback to Sherri, only asking her to pass on the information to her superiors, she nastily snapped at me, interrupted and said she would not argue with me. I am a middle aged professional and only wished to be listened to as most small businesses appreciate feedback.
Let's start with the first transaction. My buddy goes to the Montview store to purchase a disposable vape cartridge. He buys a $15 vape pen and is told that it contains a half a gram of oil. He leaves the store and calls an Uber. After making the call he looks at the pen only to realize that there is no oil with the pen he was just sold. He has to cancel that Uber for a $6 charge. He then goes into the store to ask for oil for the battery that he just bought. The budtender told him that he had everything he needed in a disposable pen as we were set to leave for a flight in the morning. He takes a $15 Uber back to the place we are staying. When we arrive at the place we are staying at, we realize the battery and the cartridge are not compatible. I then spend $15 on another Uber to take the items he purchased to the location on Colfax with the receipts only to be told we are not allowed to return the products that are not compatible because they were not purchased at the same store. So now, I paid yet another $15 for an Uber back to where we're staying. In total we've spent over $52 in just Uber rides only to have products that don't meet our needs and cannot be used. Our flight leaves in the morning and it would be illegal for us to fly with the items we are sold. We spent over $50 on the products and we can't even use them.
A large standalone building off the main road, clean and very organized. It reminded me of a hospital meets Best Buy. Staff was friendly, they check you and and then you walk into the store and wait for an associate to let you in. You can shop and browse, but when you are ready, grab an associate to help check you out with your purchases. The clerk was nice and mentioned if we needed help just grab him.
Trash customer service. We've tried to place multiple online orders and they lose the order every time. When you call no one knows how their own online ordering system works, so they tell you to come in and get in the hours long line. For patients with health problems, Online ordering is the only realistic option in this pandemic. I prefer going to a place where the online ordering works and the employees know how to use it.
First time going here and will more than likely be my last. The guy at the desk was awesome and nice and very informative. Went inside and stood at the front of the line, in front of a sign saying that the wait shouldn't be too long. That was a lie. When i was finally able to talk to someone I told the guy I wanted to get an ounce and he said that I could do a half ounce of one strain and mother half of another if I wanted. I agreed and was told I was getting half indica and half sativa. Okay cool. After that I browsed for a few minutes at the gummies and decided to get one. When I stood there for a couple of minutes trying to get look for someone to help I walked up to this one guy and said I'd like to get some gummies. He said that "once we are done with our customers we can help you" ..last I checked I AM a customer and it would only take 1 second to grab it and put it with my stuff. Keep in mind this dude was just standing there not really doing anything. When I finally got the gummies and were getting checked out everything went well had a nice chat with the dude, paid and left. When I got home and opened the bag and looked at everything I realized that the bags didn't say if they were indica or sativa, weird but not an issue. I pulled up the green solutions website and saw that they had given me a hybrid, which I did not want. So I had to go all the way back and spend more time there waiting, great. Walked in and told the front desk guy what happened and he was, again, super nice and told me I can just go back and they can fix it. Go back inside and join the end of the line. When I get to the front I actually get to talk to the same guy who cashed me out. So I told him that he said I was getting one indica and one sativa and when I got home I realized he gave me a hybrid. After talking to him and trying to explain to him something HE did he pulled out some other options I could get that was actually right. I just accepted the first one cause I was annoyed at this point and just wanted to go home. He passes me off to his manager who proceeds to tell me that all their weed is hybrid but it just leans more to one side. Okay well if that's the case you should have some signs out saying that. I told him that the guy said that one is supposed to be indica and one sativa. He then says the one I was exchanging was actually what I was told. I told him about the website and he said that it needs to be updated or something. So which is it? Is it hybrid but more indica or is it just hybrid or is it indica? After talking to him he takes forever to do the exchange and even had to start over again which took a while .In all I spent maybe an hour and a half to two hours there for the tender to not know what he's selling, for false advertisement, and for the manager to not know his own strains and to not be able to do his job. Just terrible experience over all.
Ok this is the 3rd time visiting CO. Let me start out by saying the owner of the building attention: you need to tear down 2 things: number 1 get rid of that horrible concrete barrier in your parking lot, my Uber driver tore her whole front bumper off because of it, it's in the way and needless and other customers have experienced the same accident!! Your employee verified this to me! Number 2, the big shelves/walls are blocking the customers' view of all the selections! And worse, when asking the bud tender if you guys have breeder-specific varieties.. no one could give me an answer to any of my requests. This is a let down. If your staff is not knowledgeable about the famous breeders who create the hybrids you sell, then there's no point in even having a store. I did not come to CO to be sold watered down hype cookie strains (yes some cookies are good, but I wanted breeder specific strains that are not "cookie family" hype. No one there even heard of BOHDI, no one there even heard of TOPDAWG (JJNYC/TOODAWG IS BASED IN CO!) When I also asked "do you guys carry any of Exotic Genetix varieties?", they pulled put some crumbly shake dust from cookie fam, and I laughed and said "uh NO I'm not paying for shake! I ended up settling for "gelato cake" and left. It was ok I guess. Definitely not even close to a Northern Lights. The staff was friendly however, just not very knowledgeable with breeders.

Didnt even get a chance to check out the product because our bud tender was so rude. He failed in every area, he was incredibly short with my partner and I and anytime we asked a question he acted like we were stupid on top of having a disgusting attitude. We left without buying anything because of it. Don't waste your time. The livwell down the road has tremendous customer service
This place has the worst customer service on the planet. Every time I go in there I experience a problem. Solutions are never offered. They should rename this business The Green Problem.
Terrible place the front desk girl Carmen has no Etiquette and should not be at the front desk she's not suitable for front desk service, she maybe more suitable for janitorial work. If you can go somewhere else you maybe get way better service.

My first visit to a Dispensary (I was like a kid in a candy store!). Lucked out big time finding The Green Solution. I had stopped at Jordan Wine & Spirits. Asked the young man working there if he knew of a good dispensary. He said The Green Solution had good products at fair prices. He was spot on. From the moment I stepped into the reception area I was greeted in a friendly, efficient manner. My Budtender was Patrick and he was excellent! He answered all of my questions and was extremely well versed in all of the products. Patrick also made suggestions on products based on my desired effect. I am only visiting CO for a short time but I've visited The Green Solution three times. My visits were completely chill and I thoroughly enjoyed each one. Will go back every time I'm in town.
I called corporate to resolve this issue and was told I would get a call back but never did so I guess I'll let you know here. I came in a few months ago to get some concentrates and a cart and had a terrible experience. All I wanted was the 4 for $60 indie wax and a cart with my 15% off med card discount. I showed my med card to the manager, to get the 15% off and he looked at it so I naturally assumed that meant he would use the discount on the cartridge. I noticed after I left that the discount wasn't applied so I went back in and they said I couldn't double discount. I explained that wasn't a double discount nor what I wanted. I just wanted 15% on the cart. I've done the 4 for $60 and 3 for $15 edibles together all the time so why would this be any different? But regardless the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and didn't even mention I wasn't receiving there discount on the cart? But if that was the case they should of said something when I showed my med card instead of trying to trick me by saying nothing at all. Because had they said I can't do two discounted items on the same transaction then I would have waited on the cart or done a separate transaction. They were very unprofessional and couldn't even accommodate me by doing another transaction for the cart, instead they just didn't say anything!! Then give me attitude when I come back in wondering why they didn't say anything about the discount?

So let's secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity. And let's keep the head and torso intact please. But on to the weed. They have top weed. Glass slipper gave me the energy to write this, so if all are created equally, how come you won't let me use this plant infront of me? If you see the forrest for the trees and let progeny be, then you will see the God that is me. So to sum it up lyrically, I got some good weed!

Came here for the first time because it was near my friends house. It's very clean and organized and the attendant was quick to help us and he really knew the products well. I had a lot of questions and he was about to give me answers and tips and good opinions. Another good thing is you can use your card to pay (debit only and there's a three dollar transaction fee). Free parking btw!The bad was the security... I found it weird we had to "check in" first give our ID and get a slip to enter. Other places I have gone you just show your ID and you're good if you are over 21. And the other bad thing was the price... I found everything here to be more expensive than other places... Good products and service but you pay more for it.

Ugh. Quality is way down. Prices seem to constantly be rising here. They give awful recommendations and if you don't know what you're looking for, I don't advise going here. If you have way too much money to spend and don't actually care about feeling stoned, this place would be perfect for you. The staff is very friendly but their product knowledge is just not that great unless you get one of the employees that have been there a long time, and even then, I think they just recommend what they see first and not what you're actually looking for. And this is just a side note but the mega millions giveaway that they did a few months ago was bs. It said you could win from a bunch of different prizes but they weren't actual prizes, they were coupons. For instance on one of the scratch cards I got, the "prize" I won was "buy four cartridges, get one free!" And another one said "buy one concentrate at regular price, get 20% off second!" Prizes are supposed to be free, not a discount on products I don't even buy.
I have been a loyal customer of TGS for over a year now. I was excited to try it this location but was severely disappointed. The young African American girl (Tiffany A)who took our ID's/brought us back was among he RUDEST employees I've ever met working in a dispensary. She made nasty comments to me and my friends. When telling her what kind of strain I was looking for she scolded me and stated "WOW, you can't even pay attention huh?" And rolled her eyes multiple times during the process. She practically threw my change back at me after spending near $100. I am disgusted and hope that TGS is able to fix this issue. I also overheard her and another employee making fun of the customer who was taken at the register next to me, stating that he was annoying and had to be ignored during his purchase. Wit this being a favorite spot of mine for so long I hate to say that I will not be returning. Customer service was a joke.
I was a regular customer who shopped at this location weekly. I have spent thousands of dollars here since the location opened. Today I was told I couldn't make a purchase because I was wearing a hat. The same hat I wear everyday of my life and every single time I've entered your store. When I asked why? I was told to "read the sign posted on the door". No thanks. I simply walked across the street to Green Dragon, was treated with respect and completed a $300 sale with them instead and wasn't asked to remove or change my clothes. With such an abundance of options all over it's easy to take my business somewhere else where service and price are better. I strongly suggest you re-examine your in-store customer experience as it is currently awkward and uncomfortable with overly high prices. Good Luck

This chain is one of the worst in Colorado. Expensive, low quality trash. Terrible customer service which had no knowledge of their products or store. This and Eurflora worst chains in the state.

The good thing about all the TGS locations is that you always know what you're going to get. This place is open, very clean, spacious and well stocked. Staff is always been very friendly and upbeat and willing to answer any questions that I had.They have a very good online ordering system and it gets filled very quickly so I love that option. Highly recommended!

I love this place it's always so clean and the staff is always friendly especially Malcolm. He was so helpful and let me know all the deals and was very knowledgeable about the products. I went in as a novice hoping to speak to someone who could help me with my needs while looking at edibles. I was met with someone who flat out said all we have is "hybrid", and didn't seem willing to explain what each item was. He was very much of the attitude as this is what you get. I also had a friend with me who had asked for 1/2 gram of hash, and this man pulled a full gram out of the case and charged him for it. Instead of trying to make it right he just went back and refunded the amount and got the 1/2 he initially requested and charged him again. Your customer service is terrible!!! (Although the ladies at the front desk were awesome!!)...Also who the fudge gives dimes and Penny's back after a card purchase!!! I will not be back nor will my friend....
I've shopped here twice. The first time was because it had just opened last year. I had a bad experience then. The staff were unprofessional and unfamiliar with their products and prices. The prices were high considering the quality of products. I left then thinking that the new Quincy The Green Solution location was as bad as the others. Hadn't shopped there again until last week. I tried this place again because I had received an email with a 30 dollar off "we want you back" offer. I had another bad experience. Same lack of customer service. Its like the people there don't know how they are supposed to act in a retail business setting. I would overlook the poor CS at The Green Solution if the products and prices were good. In my opinion the prices are really high for what you get. Even with the 30 dollar "we want you back" offer I received from them my total out the door for an eighth of flower and a gram of wax was more than an eighth of flower and a gram of wax from one of their competitors right across the street without a discount. And the TGS products aren't as good. TGS wants $40 an Eighth before taxes for their "highly potent" flower. The TGS flower was no better at all than the eighth of flower I bought down the street from a TGS competitor for $24.99 out the door. TGS wants 33.00 a gram for their wax before taxes. I bought a gram of wax down the street for $24.99 out the door and the other stores own brand of wax is better. It just is.TGS doesn't seem to appreciate its customers. At least not at the Quincy location. TGS seems set-up for the out of towners who don't know how bad TGS prices are.I do not recommend The Green Solution on Quincy.

On April 27th, 2020 around 9:45am, I arrived to pick up my online order, and this guy was incredibly rude to me (pictured below). FYI, I'm the CUSTOMER, not your subordinate! The African American female receptionist was very nice and polite. I mention this to prove that I was actually there. This guy refused to show me his credentials that are hanging around his neck, and he treated me like my business was not needed. You saw my ID, so why can't I see yours? After asking him twice for his name, while holding cash in my hand for my online order, he said that he doesn't have to show me his name. He then suggested that I have a problem and that the door is right there. Way to treat a new customer and give your competition (Green Dragon) across the street your business! Seriously, what is this guy's malfunction that he refuses to display his credentials that are hanging around his neck?? You are costing your employer money because you're rude and you don't want to show your badge with your name on it. Probably because you're ashamed of your behavior! I have read ALL of the reviews prior to writing mine, and there are plenty of 1 star reviews stating 'poor customer service' and 'a rude employee that might actually be the MANAGER'. This was my first and last visit to this Green Solution location. Fortunately for me, there are 2 more dispensaries across the street from this store. I already shared this bad experience with everyone I spoke with today. This review is also going to be submitted on at least 2 other social media platforms, and I'm also emailing tgs support team and district manager. I highly recommend that this guy be removed from tgs employment.

I've been coming a bit more often in the last few months and they've relaxed their pricing a little. At least on the "middle shelf" stuff. Just make sure to do the online reservation so you can save 15%. They'll also price match so be sure to have the ad or email pulled up on your phone to show them. The rewards program is not bad, specially compared to some other shops. You get 5% back on all purchases. For the home grower, they sell seeds and clones which is pretty cool!
I advised friends who just moved to CO to shop at this store. I built up Green Solutions as a quality experience with great products and presentation. Unfortunately their salesperson, Noah B. was extremely rude to them. Upon entering the product area, this couple waited about the line quietly browsing. The experience with Noah was not good. Noah was very terse and rude In his mannerisms and speech. They stayed despite this and spent $140 on products. The story gets worse: none of the staff were wearing masks. Pedro is African-American and Valentina is part native-American. Noah would only work with her and told Pedro that he had to wait behind the green line, despite being told that they were together. Do you condone this terrible attitude? I will go to the press with this if it is not respectfully resolved.

I visited this Quincy location and was appalled when I got home and looked in the bag. I SPENT $426.73 this first and only visit.CONS- the Pure caviar, the gram includes the weight of the packaging, the liquid was oozing out already (but stickers put on before I could see).-the weed in the clear pack, looks nice but you weigh it..doesn't weigh out.PROS- very friendly staff, clean lobby and easy to find.I personally wont visit this brand again. I received three times the amount from another store and everything weighed out outside the packaging.Response to manager:No thank you, I truly will not be back.
I have used this dispensary for years until recently. Dogs are welcome in almost every dispensary I've ever been to. I have spent a lot of money in your store over the years. So apparently you had a worker in your store who brought his dog to work there and ruined it for every other good dog. It was 82 degrees out and I could not leave my dog in the car. I think you should be aware of all the business you are losing. I took my dog with me down the street and spent my money there.
Filed Police Report....So, while Joanie K. from 11/26/21 is rightfully concerned about leaving her dog in a hot car and was treated poorly, recently the receptionist here denied me a phone to call 911 about kids being locked in a car!!! You heard that right. To paraphrase, she said she didn't want to get involved... please keep reading.I was attempting to ensure the 3 children (ages 2/3-9/10) were ok while stuck in a brand new, white, running Infinity SUV with NO parents inside it! Her excuse, "we shouldn't tell people how to parent'.... Ummmm... WHAT THE WHAT?! How is trying to ensure the safety of children getting in the way of parenting? If anything, CPS should have a look here. Ma'am, this is YOU turning an ignorant, blind eye when it comes to the safety of children (& possibly dogs) because you didn't want to 'interrupt someone's parenting style' that is endangering children... so what, so you don't have to 'deal with it'/take responsibility? Clearly the parent doesn't want to take care of her kids either leaving them in this EXTREMLEY vulnerable way. WHERE ARE PEOPLE'S MORALS? WHERE'S CPS? WHY IS TGS DOING NOTHING? So long as you get your money, eh? Hopefully I'm wrong & something IS being done. Regardless, a police report was filed & the CEO of TGS was also notified... Karma misses NO ONE.

Wow worst customer service ever. A front office clerk and Kory (managaer called to respond to the issue, but he was more uninformed then the very rude greeter) both were Completely ignorant with Federal ID knowledge. At entery a U.S. PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD WAS PRESENTED They were rude and treated us like and illegal ignorant immigrants SAYING IT WAS NOT A FEDERAL ACCEPTED ID, and they need a passport (tho mind me the green card says what country my passport is issued at, also demonstrates birthday, issued date, experation date and alien number). A permanent resident card is a US GOVERMENT ID. Do not go there unless you want to be treated like trash and be humiliated. It took a 500ft walk accross the street to another dispensary (ALTITUDE highly recommended, they are kind and knowledgeable), they referred to laws and a visual booklet that displayed clearly what i.d.s are acceptable to the city and state.

Coming from out of state this place was pretty awesome to me. Really clean and lots of cool merchandise. Charlie B took care of me, he's the tits. Had an extensive knowledge of everything in the store and hooked me up with 2 BOGO deals and an awesome glass blunt. Explained the laws and answered any questions I had very professionally but still made me feel like a homie.
Pricess aren't too bad, but not geat. I like that their prerolls are filled with bud and not shake. Their palm blunts are a little disappointing. . .Staff is friendly, store itself is nice compared to the rest of the neighborhood. I go there often.
Friendly staff. Entry is comfortable and not awkward like some... The set up of the store is pretty awesome. The bud display, I like! And they have cheap Quick Fix (Synthetic Urine For Job Hunters) at a really good price.

Amazing selection, professional staff, good deals, great people!!!! I went in after a terrible experience somewhere else and stumbled upon this "pot" of gold. They have a lot a unique prerolled stuff. Tons of shatter options, if you think of it they've got it. I saw they even had preloaded bowls for like 10$
It's a pretty pot store, but the layout is really awkward, and the service was meh. I was the only one there midday and once granted entrance to the store part, the guy "helping" me didn't greet me at all, just stood there.Just him and me.Hanging out.In a pot store. I wanted to ask him, "What can I help you with?" to see if that would cue him to ask me such a thing, but instead, I awkwardly said, "Uhhhh... can I get some pot I guess?" Now, this isn't my first rodeo, but I had questions. Every single person who works in a pot store statewide probably deals with a lot of folks with legit questions about all of the different things, and there are SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS. Pie crust? Shatter? What the? I foolishly expected someone here (who turns out is an assistant manager) to know things and share information with me, like what exactly a topical compound does or how/where to apply it. Well, I wasn't going to write a review because toward the end, I feel like he was guiding me toward something I needed/wanted. But then I did my own research, and I'm really disappointed at the bad advice and frankly incorrect information this guy gave me. For a store that's up for an award, I'm totally unimpressed and if I was some internet-less heathen, I may have found myself out $80 with nothing to show for it. Come on, folks. Pot is fun. If you can't have a staff that appreciates all it offers and are also willing to both gain firsthand experience on using different mediums and purvey such valuable info, don't bother. There are a hundred pot stores in fifty square miles, and I'm sure one of the others will.
Where do I start. The staff is rude and obviously lost on what goes on throughout the company. They do not follow up on issues nor do they do what they say they're going to do. The prices are ridiculously high for mediocre flower. Oh, and never do the survey because it's all a lie and they never actually send you the reward even after you do the survey. If you were thinking about coming here, I definitely wouldn't. I would highly recommend The Wellness Center of the Rockies or Infinity though!

So this was my first dispensary, and my first time buying legal weed. so let me start off by telling you the drug dealer aka sales person was so freaking smart and knowledgeable of everything! She took me to weed school! Broke it all the way down to me,which was super cool! Customer service was amazing! Now let me explain to you how important it is for you to follow instructions! So my drug dealer (lack of a better word ) gave me 2 suggestions she said you can have Sativa & Indica I think they were.. she said one is a upper makes u wanna clean up and the other makes you calm and wanna sleep..So my smart ass picked the one that was suppose to give you energy.. (2 friends and I) then the marijuana was smoked and everything was all good the first 30 Min .. then I got hungry and ate my strawberry short cake edible.. mind you I was warned to only eat one. but because I'm a hard headed fat ass I decided to eat 3 .... long story short one of my friends ended up in the fetal position screaming for his sister, and asking us to help him we didn't know what to do so we stopped and got him some Milk .. as for me ..... I ended up having a real euphoric moment that lasted for hours , I threw up, the room was spinning and I blacked out for hours ... so I don't know what kinda weed that was iv been calling it "crack weed" but whatever it was I'm sure the symptoms have to be very similar to that of crack and just know some stuff is not for everyone! Think about it scientists are making this weed lol I'm sure the strand I had was from the coco plant anywho all u beginner smokers like me or tourist ! Please stay in your lane follow instructions...
I like the Green Solution. Their locations are always extremely clean and well set up. The bud I received today was so fresh, regardless of the fact that it was on discount. Can't say the same for a lot of places in this area, so it's definitely a plus.The layout of this particular Green Solution, however, is a little awkward. When you walk in after being ID'd, you're just standing awkwardly in a square roped off area until someone is ready to help you. You're not able to look around and browse in your wait time, so your visit ends up taking that much longer. Also, there was only one guy working when I came; there was a random guy sitting in the back (not sure what he was doing), but he didn't come out for another 5 minutes or so. When he finally did, he was friendly and helped me with what I needed. Maybe just improve the "wait area"? And definitely more hands on deck.
Whack af. Aka the green problem with the industry.Your stores make me feel like i am hurried cattle. It's uninviting, doesn't make you feel comfortable and seems unauthentic. Out of touch with majority of the cannabis community. Also, having a 'Cannabis Cup Award Winning Strains' means your company invested money into the competition more so than the company whowins second. Meaning, if you buy the most ads, purchase the largest booth, typically you'll 'win' the competition. Your blunts are whack, pre rolls are whack, your "shake" is trim, you make your employees wear corporate uniforms, and you treat them(the employees) like customers, like cattle. Kick ass spot. Plain and simple, I've been coming to the chain for awhile and as a whole I'd give a 4 star too but this specific location gets a 5 cause they're the chillest people here and they get you in and out the door no BS. Since it's smaller too with very very limited parking, it never gets overcrowded and filled with tourists and you never have to wait awhile. Great convenient spot right near 285 too.

Have been to this dispensary a couple of times, but after my most recent couple of visits, I will definitely not stop coming back! Not only do they have some of the best deals, but the staff their is VERY patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I came in one particular day and told Josh about how I had tried to place an online order for their "Happy Hour" deal but for some odd reason the order wasn't placed. Josh was very helpful in making sure that I still walked out satisfied with what I needed and was not at all pushy about making the sale. This place would be amazing if they actually staffed well. A 20 minute wait is obscene. And the wait is because every customer wants to have a conversation. This lack of concern for those waiting is unacceptable

I've like other green soliton facilities but not this one. They were pretty rude. With all the places around denver or Colorado in general that you can go you'd think you'd want your business to stick out and to have good service but they were very sarcastic and rude. I'll just go elsewhere and tell others to not come here and why the hell do I need to wear a mask still?!! There is no order and it's weed not a healthcare facility. Also it smells like ass in here!

Will at the Silver Plume store was absolutely one of the best customer service people I have dealt with not just as a bud tender but in any retail store I have been to. His was very polite, friendly and was able to quickly answer our questions about the products. We travel a lot and have visited dispensaries in Oregon, California and Arizona. TGS is the best chain of dispensaries we have dealt with and this is their best store.
This has become my new local spot. Andrew, Ernest, and Shelton are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I ride my bike over and usually get to walk in with no wait what so ever. I smoke for pain management but don't have a med card. The guys here are always pointing out deals and informing me of products that help keep me with in a reasonable budget for being an everyday smoker. Definitely worth stopping at if you are passing through, they have a crazy selection and what better way to kill time in I-70 traffic.

This store is a great place to stop. If they are busy when you arrive don’t get discouraged. It is worth the wait. They have the best prices and everyone here knows the product. We enjoy TGS but this store in particular is my favorite. The parking lot is small but I manage to park a 44 foot travel trailer with no issues.
Talk about personalized experience. Mr. Will at Green Solution was awesome and super welcoming. From the moment we walked in we felt at ease, no rush, and he walked us through every product specifically for our visit at Vail! He went out of his way to hook us up with the deals, combos, like a 24k gold plated joint!!! :p hands down this place has 5 stars!
