I love The Botanist in Shrewsbury! The staff is friendly and engaging with the customers, and all my questions about the product are answered- without anybody making me feel like I’m being a bother. I personally work in customer service, and it reminds me of exactly how I want my customers to feel like after I help them. Chris always answers my questions and provides great service. Today, Christian gave me amazing advice and helped me pick out some of the best wax I’ve had in a long time! I felt like this place was just deserving of a good review, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service. Thanks again, The Botanist!

Clean, organized, extremely professional. High quality, and they have a rather large selection from my college and grad school days. If "old school" or high quality is your game this is the place, because i have not found a comparable selection elsewhere.

Best flower ever...it's seriously amazing what these guys are doing and the staff is even better. They allow you to look at the products before you buy (glass case). Everything me and my friends has purchased from them has exceeded our expectations.

Worked here for two weeks. Made one mistake (which even if the mistake is immediately corrected it’s not good enough for them). I had asked the manager if I would be fired over something that has been corrected. Her response was i absolutely would not be fired. She made me feel safe as I would not lose my job. I was fired the next day 30 minutes before my shift. Must I remind you I was told almost every other day about how I was “killin it” at my new job by the managers. Very untrustworthy. Talk poorly of many people. Good image on the outside, bad on the inside. Will never step foot in here again. Waste of time.

The Botanist is hands down my absolute favorite dispensary. The flower is always fresh, potent, and tasty. The staff are always kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The environment is clean and inviting. They have buds on display and allow you to ask as many questions as you may have! Truly a one of a kind dispensary experience that I hope everyone gets to enjoy one day!! ??
