Came with card, payment, etc after talking to a staff member over the phone and had ordered online. Turned away at the door two and a half hours before close (after an hour drive there) because they wouldn't have time to fill my order. Drove another hour home.

Everything is so wonderful about this place. New, clean, stylish decor, FRIENDLY STAFF. Little to NO WAIT. Updated menu every 5 minutes. Clear on what you're getting and for how much. Very knowledgeable staff, especially Lisa. She is the bees knees. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. AMAZING products, HUGE selection. They help you find the product that works best and does what you expect it to. They explain everything, they'll let you change your mind a million times, and ask them a list of questions. Once you try this stuff, you will never go anywhere else to get your prescriptions.

Best dispensary within an hour drive from me. The rural location is perfect, and the only time there is a real wait is evenings and weekends. Even then the longest I’ve ever had to wait was maybe 20 minutes once. And AMAZING customer service.

I suffer from stomach disease.. Derek was the specialist who helped me find something that was rich in CBGs...as he knew CBGs would help me the most. I had never heard of CBGs before but took his advice. Wow ! Thank you! Derek is the person you want if you aren't sure what will help you most effectively. Thanks Derek for the Personalized white glove service ! Ask for Derek when you go!!

A nice location with nice people that are more than willing to work with you to get you what you need! My only gripe is that their online menu, though recently updated to use I Heart Jane, is a little lackluster and confusing. I am happy to see that there are now pictures and the ability to search, but I REALLY wish that there was more information about each product. For example, it would be great to see terpene content, tagging for what each strain is good for, and reviews for each product as well. I understand that everything is still very much a work in progress, so hopefully these things will be implemented in the future. Also, Jessica Urban, who is a patient education specialist for Bloom as a whole, is a FANTASTIC person to talk to. I was brand-new to the world of medical cannabis and had no idea what products to use or which ones would help with my issues. Jessica took the time to make sure that ALL of my questions were answered (and I had a lot), recommended me products to use, and explained in detail why she thought they would be good for me. Overall, I would say that my experience with Bloom as a whole has been excellent, and I look forward to trying out their location in Akron when I move back home from school.

Too overpriced in comparison to other dispensaries. The selection compared to other stores is absurdly small. Alex is cool though?
